My Nice Hail Team *0*!!

-I have been studying hail teams and i wanted to make one, i was thinking over many things and i came up with one. After making it not so perfect, i started to see more hail teams and study them around x). then i started to look at my own and try to perfection it. then stallrein came to my hands and omg, i kept it with me x3. i had a past version with Metagross instead of machamp. it works sometimes, and helps with Explosion. but Garchomp was a very awful threat. so i decided to try this, and it has worked =). between the Metagross version and this one i have had, 9 games, 9 wins =).

Well, i took out Payback for Fire Blast, since it works better for the team...
But my question is... is he strong enough to still be a threat without any bulk ups?
how long would it take me to take out Garchomp with Ice punch?
Does Impish Affect a lot the Fire Blast?

-His main Goal is to Set up Toxic Spikes, No Matter what x)!
-Also is important because SR is not so nice for the team, so he Spins the entry hazards away, and absorbs enemy T-spikes.
-Hp Electric to hit some Waters that may wanna bother, and cath Gyarados that switch unexpecting it. it has been quite useful.
-Surf For STAB and, it works on tenta xD.
Basically, Toxic Spikes for the team prevailance xD!

this has an awesome awesomeness, i think Nobody spects charm on bliss until they see it, so its pretty unpredictable, that gives it a plus. and even when they know you have it, its still usable, cuz it walls snorlaxes, can overcome a gyarados, and do some nasty stuff. this can tottaly wall a mixape if it catches him on the switch with charm, set up light screen, and then the next guy can KILL infernape with no problem at all xD.
Also good against Special Sweepers that think can handle bliss with focus blast, choice specs or nasty plot.
Pretty nice in combination with wallrein. and also works pretty good in hail, if it had room for protect, wow this would be almost so good as God x).

He comes in and starts up the hail fun =3!
he can be a good team player with leech seed, and cripples pokemon with "protect" that move is so awesome in this kind of teams xD!
He can come in Waters, so Wood Hammer is there for that.
Blizzard Works as STAB and hits pretty hard o.o!
Leech seed if some pokes dont wanna die, specially works with the last poke since he cant switch, so ill just leech seed, and swap to my Don Stallrein!

Don Walrein in english means like... The Wallrein xD!
he is the main PIMP of the team, once 2 layers of Toxic Spikes are on the floor, he comes in for some fun x)! this thing has gone over many physical sweepers xD.
I just simply love it!
Eq is for Steels, and with that ive killed many metagrosess o.o!
The thing here is that idk if leave him toxic for more security, or give him Ice beam, which has also had been useful lately...

Spiritomb @ Leftovers
Pressure - Calm
Evs: 252 Hp / 100 Def / 156 SDef
- Shadow Ball

My anti-Spinner, and kind of a Special Wall that works perfectly with Blissey. Shadow Ball and Hp fight work for all what might bother in here xD. unfortunately, Hp fight does nothing to Snorlax, that is a main "problem"
He also absorbs status by rest and sleep talking pretty effectively.

The main Problems for the team are: Bronzong, Snorlax and Somewhat Garchomp...
Bronzong and Snorlax can be handled, but Stallwar always starts D:
Garchomp is controlled a bit by Machamp, but if killed i have to start outpredicting, and maybe sacrifice a team mate, then come in with stallrein and kill him with ice beam + combination of protects etc D:..

So, Please Smogon, Help with da Team o.o!
 
For your lead, not everything starts with a sleep move. I really like Rest + Sleep Talk. This set is a positively AMAZING bulky Machamp, albeit not a Rest Talker.

This set could potentially give you lots of help against the three pokemon you mentioned as problems.

Bulk Up, although not as used as the Rest Talker, is great, especially when paired with Payback. This allows you to 2HKO Cresselia and Dusknoir, with just one Bulk Up. The EV spread makes you bulky enough to survive one SD boosted Earthquake from the standard Jolly SD Chomp, and you can fire back with Ice Punch.

Fire Blast is an option for Skarmory, Forretress, and most notably Bronzong, whom you mentioned as problematic. No Guard helps it as well.

Of course, you can choose to run HP Fire and Ice Punch, and replace either Bulk Up or Payback, just make sure you have something to hit the things I mentioned.
This set is also great, as you already have a Rest Talker in Spiritomb.


Not leading with Abomasnow is fine, however, weather teams are designed to benefit most of the members of your team. I see only two fully benefit, and two others with just an Ice move as a boost.

CB Mamoswine would work here, as I notice a small lack in power.
 
@Sidewalk Supernova: Machamp has access to both fireblast and flamethrower. And fireblast can capitalise on no guard.
 
I don't know about the OP, but that set looks OK to me. A fighting type STAB would probably help it though.

EDIT: Consider flamethrower for PP, but you'll probably only use either to take down skarmory and bronzong.
 
Toxic/Ice Beam isn't the best option for Walrein. Blizzard should go in that slot instead. Since you probably won't be bringing him into battle until you've got hail going, that means he'll be kicking out bp 120 attacks and the hail means you get 100% accuracy. Toxic probably will be a wasted slot most of the time if you are working to get tSpikes out early in the battle and Ice Beam is nice, but clearly pales in comparison to Blizzard on a hail team.
 
I agree with Odinwolf. Blizzard is really the best option for Walrein. It has 100% accuracy because of hail and STAB dealing a lot of damage. But the thing is that blizzard is really poor in pp only 5/5 and since it's Impish nature it can't deal great damage because it lowers Sp.attk by 10%. It's better to use toxic because you have sub, protect and hail to deal great damage every turn. For steel types toxic is useless but with earthquake it's helpful. The thing is that your walrein is really weak to skarmory but you can switch to other pokemon to counter skarmory.

But i have a question... Does the impish nature affect a lot to Fire B?
Second, i want to run both Fire blast, and ice punch. What should i take out, bulk up, or Payback?

Impish Machamp Fire Blast vs Standard Skarmory: 44-52%
Relaxed Machamp Fire Blast vs Standard Skarmory:49-58%

Impish Machamp Fire Blast vs Standard Bronzong: 34-40%
Relaxedl Nature Machamp Fire Blast vs Standard Bronzong:38-45%

I'd say go Relaxed instead of Impish, as you can most likely guarantee the 2HKO on Skarmory with Relaxed.

I'd remove Payback if you feel confident in Spiritomb dealing with Dusnkoir and Cresselia. If not, remove Bulk Up.

i also saw another Spread for Machamp,
248 hp
252 def
8 speed
144 atk

that way it had more attack, and it stills resist a SD EQ from garchomp,
but i think i can take off those 8 speed evs cuz they were to outspeed bliss, so, i think they arent needed anymore, so i can put em on to Atk o.o...

i wouldu use Toxic on wallrein, since machamp can take Dragons, and Cresselia will kill you if spiritomb is down or if it use 2 CM
