Gengar @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Wave
- Focus Blast
- Taunt

I went for this because it's a good special attacker, and can deal some good damage quickly to a lot of pokemon. Taunt to help with status moves, and Focus Blast for steal types besides Metagross. Shadow Ball for STAB to deal with Psychic types, and Life Orb for extra damage.

Mew @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 104 Def / 152 Spe
Impish Nature
- Taunt
- Soft-Boiled
- Will-O-Wisp
- Knock Off

I went with Mew for something that could help break stalls and deal with status moves. Soft-Boiled for healing. Will-O-Wisp can ruin physical attackers by ruining their attack stat, while Knock Off can remove Leftovers.

Lopunny @ Lopunnite
Ability: Cute Charm
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Return
- Healing Wish
- Thunder Punch

Lopunny was used to attack physically, and deal strong fighting moves, while being able to heal teammates if needed. Return for big normal damage. Thunder Punch can get rid of some of things the rest of my team is weak to.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Roost
- Toxic
- Earthquake

Gliscor gets decent healing with Toxic Orb and Poison Heal, while it can also set up rocks. Roost is there to help heal it, and Toxic is able to give a status to the opponent. Earthquake helps deal with fire and steal types.

Slowbro @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 SpD
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Thunder Wave
- Slack Off

Scald can burn as well as dealing damage, while Ice Beam can deal with grass types. I chose it because it's a good bulky water type that can deal with some threats. Slack Off is my healing move, and Thunder Wave is for Paralyzing the opponent.

Dragonite @ Leftovers
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 216 HP / 36 Atk / 228 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Roost
- Dragon Claw
- Extreme Speed
- Fire Punch

I went with Dragonite for a solid attacker, going for Extreme Speed for quick damage. Fire Punch deals good fire damage, with Dragon Claw for STAB. Roost is there to heal when I need it. Went with this so it could take a hit and give one as well.

Hope this is in the rules, I could use some advice for the team because I feel it could be better
