Hey all, i've had a team on shoddy/real life that's been pretty solid for a long time, but there's a certain someone who's gummin' up the works. I'll post the guys from the team who I want to keep, then the one I'm considering dropping...

Lead guy, Bjeon has the expert belt on him just to push hidden power over the edge. He's OHKO'd Gliscor (no surprise there) Hippodon (Cream) Rhyperior (More Cream) with that extra 20%, but if not, he's passing a substitute along to whomever I deem necessary for the situation. No lie though, Jolteon has swept three out of six members of peoples teams. If you think there's someone who could do a better job as lead/ the electric guy/ sub passer, feel free to reconmend.

So clutch is this Tentacruel. Tentacruel, or as I like to call him Testecruel, partly because my opponents fall crying to the floor when he's done with them (or because I have very long legs...) One rapid spin and every entry hazzard goes away. Two STAB moves to take on the rocky and grassy guys, as well as other waters who I just sludge bomb in the face. I feel like maybe one of these moves can be taken out and replaced with some type of reflect/barrier-esque move. Let me know what you think, but I gotta say...Testecruel stays (unless someone has a really good suggestion, in which case he stays in my heart.)

What a clutch kid. Switches in on like a shadow ball from a Gengar, and then, pursuit! Switches in on a psychic from...anyone? Pursuit, X-Scissor (or bullet punch, so many psychic types have low enough defenses that I get lucky here or there.) He'll take out like one or two guys, but the thing is, despite that he usually dies, he always takes out those one or two guys, and baits out the fire types so I can throw out Testecruel to set up a toxic spikes, or my stealth rock user Rhyperior. He's handy, but I've felt like Heracross could fill this place. What do you all think? Also, any recommendations on what I could nickname Heracross? Hairycross?

Ever get mad at a substitute setting up on you? This guy is the solution. I've roared away kingdra's, bellyzards, and have brought my team back from some serious trouble with this guy. Basic support guy, him and Testecruel work well together, special and physical tanks who drop different types of entry hazzards are very nice. Having more offense on hand then Tenstecruel is also very nice, many a KO have come from Rhyperior's 316 attack stat, despite no EV'S being thrown in there.

I'm a little iffy that my Bronzong counter is someone who can't OHKO him, but the amount of times this guy has switched in and come through for me outweigh that IMO. Basic Scarf Kiss, pretty sweet passing the sub to her from Jolteon and watching her go first to keep the sub alive with either flinching or OHKO'ing the enemy. Any recommendations as to if she can be replaced or better set up are welcome.
Now for the guy who I'm desperately looking to replace. She just isn't cutting it for me, and I need someone to either recommend how to make her better, or who could step in her place.

Can't figure out as to why she isn't cutting it. I just feel like she doesn't fit in. I've thrown the sub to her, set up with calm mind hoping to sweep with pretty decent defenses to bulk up on, and then she just gets killed. Too slow? Wrong EV Distribution? Needs different moves? Please tell me, because I want to use her, but...I don't think I can lol. If she can't stick around, who's coming in to replace her? Please recommend a nickname too lol.
