around the 1300 range my rain team wouldn't do anymore and i was looking for a new team and lo and behold wariomaster posts this https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/ss-ou-webs-ho-peak-1.3659392/ is was good but it had some flaws that rlly didn't sit well with me so i decided to change it to my liking and this is the end result if there any flaws please tell me
Peace Sign (Kommo-o) @ Salac Berry
Ability: Soundproof
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Substitute
- Belly Drum
- Drain Punch
- Earthquake

This is one of the many don't use stall or you will die mons and it's works to great succession when setup unless u face a toge which this just gets shut down
Pros: will sweep the heck out of teams if setup and threatens stall discourage
cons: hates togekiss and other flying types and needs to setup other wise it's hot garbage and is a fighting dragon which isn't very helpful against scarf pult and hawlucha and unburden setup teams

Star Maker (Cloyster) @ King's Rock
Ability: Skill Link
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Shell Smash
- Ice Shard
- Icicle Spear
- Rock Blast
same as kommo but different weaknesses and strengths
pros: again discourage stalling and tanking and will wreck teams if not checked plus counters dragon and has priority move incase it can't setup or is outspeed
cons: really weak to physical tanks if it doesn't get the flinch haxs and is stalled
Shout Baby (Dracovish) @ Metronome
Ability: Strong Jaw
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Crunch
- Fishious Rend
- Earthquake
- Substitute
now this is a bit different a baiter in to switching into water immune mons and stalling them and being foster for cases where i need a switch and somebody has to die
pros: counters pex and stops par flinch ready hard plus fat dmg
cons: doesn't hit as hard and can be kill by inf pult
Polaris (Togekiss) (F) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Serene Grace
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 4 HP
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Flamethrower
- Air Slash
- Dazzling Gleam
- Psychic
now my customize toge specialty AV toge as you probably can see my teams HATES dragon and fairy and sp atk alot so why not kill two birds with one stone and bring AV toge
Pros: covers for my horrible dragon/fairy weakness and rekts sp attackers ALL OF THEM
cons: will be one shot by all physical attackers that have 252 atk and when AV is lost it's a sitting duck waiting to be killed
About A Voyage (Excadrill) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Mold Breaker
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
ONE of my suicide leads and if ferro and toad ain't there drill can do some fat dmg and get the rocks which are very important for toge because what it hits for super effective most of time survives on 4-10% hp and i hate when toge takes fat cuz of that
pros: good steel type for countering fairies which again my team plus rocks
cons: very easily killed and rapid spin is needed when your opponents start spamming hazards so that's sucks when it happens

Higher Ground (Gengar) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Cursed Body
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Energy Ball
- Dazzling Gleam
- Thunderbolt
- Sludge Bomb
ah the odd ball with it's move set and item gengar my other suicide lead when toad is spotted as 99.9% of the time if they have toad they start toad because of drill
pros: normally does FAT dmg and will kill unaware toads users with energy ball and counters rapid spinners and conk and covers for cloyster horrible weakness to conk
cons: can be shut down by faster u turners and sp def tanks and drill rekts this set

oh wait what

I don't know if you're trying to make it look like it wasn't even worse before you edited it, but it's really obvious that you just added the 4 HP EV's after the edit because they're at the end and not the beginning the way it would be if it was exported from the team builder. The 4 HP makes it so you die after switching into rocks 4 times instead of 5 now and would probably be better put into speed for for Mandibuzz.

You can also take EV's out of SpD and put them into HP to take less damage from physical attacks while taking the same amount from special attacks. I think AV Togekiss is just a bad set, if you want to use a defensive Togekiss you should use Heavy Duty Boots and Morning Sun. Your team has 2 Pokemon weak to rocks, and 2 with Focus Sash so if you fail to keep rocks off you're really in trouble. Scarf would definitely be better because this team doesn't have no speed control.

No need to be so rude ;-;
Also that's literally NOT how EV's work.
Putting EV's into SpD into HP but giving the same amount of spdef would mean spdef evs would be useful basically, so ;-;
Also you don't even need to EV yourself for Mandibuzz what would Buzz do to you as a Togekiss?
Toxic is literally nowhere, and knock off isn't too bad, but yea AV is a bad set.
Also yea sash drill should not be here w/ spin.
You don't want sash on your hazard removal.

I don't think you understood me.

OP's set

252+ SpA Mew Psychic vs. 4 HP / 252+ SpD Assault Vest Togekiss: 58-70 (18.5 - 22.4%) -- possible 5HKO
0 Atk Mew Return vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Togekiss: 77-91 (24.6 - 29.1%) -- 99.9% chance to 4HKO

Taking 60 EV's out of SpD for HP

252+ SpA Mew Psychic vs. 64 HP / 192+ SpD Assault Vest Togekiss: 61-73 (18.6 - 22.3%) -- possible 5HKO
0 Atk Mew Return vs. 64 HP / 0 Def Togekiss: 77-91 (23.5 - 27.8%) -- 83.2% chance to 4HKO

This isn't optimized either, but I would never run Assault Vest Togekiss so I'm not going to find something better.

The 4 Spe isn't because you need to outspeed Mandibuzz, it's because outspeeding Mandibuzz is actually something helpful, while making yourself faint to 4 Stealth Rocks instead of 5 is harmful.
