Caught as a Level 36 Goomy. Easily my favourite Pokémon. I want her to have a moveset of Thunder, Dragon Tail, Rest and Sleep Talk, but cannot figure out how to get her those moves. Anyone know how?

I got Blaziken as a Level 5 Torchic using Mystery Gift. At the time, I had a Level 48 Lucario (affectionally nicknamed Luke), who has resided in a PC box ever since to be replaced with Torchic. Now a Blaziken, should I give up on Blaziken given I have a (fairly useless) Talonflame and switch back to Lucario? Alternatively, how can I improve Blaziken's moveset?

Honestly didn't know what to do here in terms of her moveset. Her best stats are her Attack, Sp. Atk and Sp. Def. Only 103XP away from being Level 70. I'd really like some guidance on her moveset.

Notes: Only drawn out of PC box recently having been unused for a fairly long time to replace my (unfortunate) HM Slave, Blastoise - and yes, I know HM Slaving a starter is a bad idea.

Really bad moveset, and I can tell. Her stats look pretty awful for a Pokémon in it's Level 60s, but I'm unsure if that's just Raichu in general.
