SS OU my team of supports that will annoy you

Hi guys this is my team, I know that it is not the best, but don’t know how to fix I’m kind a new player, in the past I was a bad player that just played with legandaries and semi legendaries so to make it short I’m not so good and the team is not balanced but I want to get experience in field of attacks like taunt and screens and so I mixed a team of 2 attackers and many support. So pls keep in mind I know its not the best combination, look at them as unit where everyone is his own specialist in his work for the whole team.

many thanks in advance

Wall Breaker

:ss/arcanine:
Arcanine @ Assault Vest
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 240 HP / 8 Atk / 16 Def / 16 SpD / 228 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Flare Blitz
- Wild Charge
- Extreme Speed

I choose arcanine because he does damage is fast and have op ability intimidate
Ev spread to hp to be tankie some points in both defense arts and finally the speed evs as much as possible because he is a flying tank he comes intimidate and attacks to do damage the ev that were leftovers I put in attack

his movepool is typical for wall break.
close combat is strong and do damage better than superpower because he can attack with the same damage after use
flare blitz strong stab attack also high damage.
wild-Charge is also strong, and it supplies effectiveness against water it is important, because the enemy will most times change his Pokémon because of intimidate and the possible bad matchup for him so you can sometimes predict an Out switch.
extreme speed is strong and you have the possibility to attack even faster if you see that the enemy is faster you can choose this move to take the last hit

Screen Setter/Stall Breaker

:ss/Mr. mime-Galar:
Mr. Mime-Galar @ Eviolite
Ability: Vital Spirit
EVs: 240 HP / 64 Def / 204 SpD
Impish Nature
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Fake Out
- Taunt

I chose galar Mr. Mime because of the item eviolite it also has good defense values vital spirit is better for user of sleep powders or other sleep attacks it is a supporter that can take 2 or 3 attacks.
his evs are in hp to last long, most first evolutions have Problems with hp because they are not in their last form.
the leftover evs are spread in both defense values I know it’s possible to just max out one value, but the item is too important so I was using an other way I improved both defense values and focused at special defense so he tanks everything especially special attacks like hyperbeam
his movepool is simple
both screens to always have the right screen
fake out to have a priority move that stun always good it is a surprise and can help to switch in bad matchups and then stun the thread to 2vs1 him
taunt good for staller and self-killer like memento also it helps for sweeper

Pivot/tailwind support

:ss/corviknight:
Corviknight @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Mirror Armor
EVs: 16 HP / 120 Atk / 252 SpD / 120 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Tailwind
- Drill Peck
- U-turn
- Roost

Corviknight is more support than damage dealer and so are his evs and attacks his ability is a little threat for intimidate users and all kind of users that lowers our stats his type also has not so many weaknesses and comparison to skarmory a little bit more damage dealing and with the attack U-turn a possible pivot

His evs are spread I gave him atk to do some damage a lot of special defense to have something against special attacks a little bit of speed, so tailwind has use for him also because he is slow and leftover points go to hp to generally have a little bit more hp.

In my opinion hp and defense are for corvi in this set not so important he already have good values there

Tailwind supports the team and helps the medium or bad speed of the team to push up

Drill peck is a good stat attack I think corvi knight has to be a long time on the field or switch out so for me brave bird makes him more of a loose canon

U turn good attack that spreads the movepool in effectiveness

Roost a move to be tankie and heal like I said he is for long rounds or quick switch in switch out.

healer/Special/Wall Breaker

:ss/clawitzer:
Clawitzer @ Shell Bell
Ability: Mega Launcher
EVs: 112 HP / 144 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Heal Pulse
- Dark Pulse
- Water Pulse
- Ice Beam

Clawitzer is a special attack wall breaker his ability helps to do damage and makes him to a good healer

Evs are as much as possible in speed to improve the bad speed stats left over points left for hp and special attack to do damage

Movepool is simple almost attacks that improve thanks to ability

Healpulse to heal

Darkpulse for the psychic ghost types it can flinch the enemy

Waterpulse stab attack with confusion possibility

Ice beam for plant Pokémon and it can freeze

Pivot/healer/support

:SS/Eldegoss:
Eldegoss @ Eject Pack
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 28 Def / 56 SpA / 172 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Cotton Guard
- Leech Seed
- Aromatherapy
- Leaf Storm

Eldegoss is kind a wall but also pivot healer he has good special defense and for defense cotton guard with regenerator and eject pack he will annoy many enemies

His ev are full investment in hp to use regenerator to fullest ev in special defense the most to be tankie enough with out screens some in def to maxim the usefulness of cotton guard and some in special attack to annoy the enemy

Cotton guard gives defense so I can improve his bad stats there

Leech seed is a good move that heals us, and it could make our enemy switch out

Aromatherapy heals my team for status effects

Leaf storm good attack that do damage and trigger eject pack

Trap Setup/support

:ss/stunfisk:
Stunfisk @ Leftovers
Ability: Static
EVs: 248 HP / 168 Def / 92 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Reflect Type
- Yawn
- Stealth Rock
- Rest

Stunfisk was more or less a place holder, but he helps the with his type of combination

His use annoying with ability static good switch in

I set his evs in hp too be long time on field and heal over time

Some in def to switch in physical attackers and the leftover points in special defense

Reflect type helps to be a long time on field by changing type

Yawn makes switch in easier and annoys the enemy and could let him switch out his Pokémon

Stealthrock a trap to let the enemy pay for switch outs

Rest to heal a mass of hp and tank when the enemy focus him

Hi koro1998, welcome to Smogon! I am locking your RMT for the time being as the forum rules require that you provide at least three lines of descriptions for each Pokemon to explain their roles. Please read the rules carefully and look at Team Showcase to see the detail we require. PM me with updated descriptions, and I will be happy to unlock this. Also, feel free to PM me if you need help or have any question. Have a nice day!

To PM someone on Smogon, go over their name on any of their post. It will display a little pop-up with a summary of their profile. Then, hit the "Start conversation" button and you will be able to write a PM just like you write a regular thread.

Why did you choose this Pokemon?
What do the EV spreads do and why do you have it?
What are all 4 moves for?

I've unlocked the thread, thanks for writing these descriptions. Gonna be completely honest, none of these Mons are viable in OU and the set are really not what you want to play. Reading the descriptions you made I would say that you are relatively new to the tier and I would advice having a look at the ressources before trying to build a team. In particular you can use the Viability Ranking thread (here: https://www.smogon.com/forums/threa...ranking-thread-see-page-90-post-2242.3674058/) to see who are the viable Pokemon in OU, check the smogdex analyses (here: https://www.smogon.com/dex/ss/formats/ou/) to see how these different Pokemon are played, and check the Sample teams thread (here: https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/ss-ou-sample-teams-crown-tundra.3672556/) to have examples of strong teams in the metagame.
