Background:
After much tweaking to my team I think I have finally found the correct blend. It is well balanced with its typing although it seems like it has trouble with fire type, thats not what Marriland thinks.

Analysis:

Aerodactyl
Focus Sash
Pressure
Jolly
EVs:
252 Speed
252 Attack

~ Taunt ~
~ Stealth Rock ~
~ Rock Slide ~
~ Earthquake ~

One of the fastest leads. Use taunt to prevent the opposing lead from setting up entry hazards. Hopefully that makes the opponents first turn useless. Next turn set up your own stealth rock for support. Other than that, Aerodactyl can surely handle some enemies with a powerful STAB Rock Slide and Earthquake provides good type coverage, hitting its weakness Electric for super-effective damage. Not really expected to contribute offensively though.

~ Energy Ball ~
~ Hidden Power Ice ~
~ Focus Blast ~
~ Dragon Pulse ~

Special Sweeper who provides some great type coverage. I can easily switch him into ground, rock, water, or electric attacks and proceed accordingly. Energy Ball provides STAB against a good amount of pokemon including the bulky waters such as Swampert. HP Ice is there for flying types and dragons. Focus Blast can put a dent in quite a few pokemon and help take down pokemon like Empoleon or Heatran. Dragon Pulse provides some neutral type coverage as well as hitting dragons well.

Lucario
Muscle Band
Steadfast
Adamant
EVs:

252 Speed

~ Close Combat ~
~ Extremespeed ~
~ Shadow Claw ~
~ Swords Dance ~

Powerhouse that can cut through many opponents after a swords dance. Close Combat can rip through defenses like nobodies business and is the primary attacking option. Shadow Claw provides an option to take out Psychics and Ghosts that are troubling to Lucario. Extremespeed provides a viable way to kill off weak pokemon without having to worry about speed. Swords Dance is to increase its effectiveness.

Tentacruel
Black Sludge
Liquid Ooze
Calm
EVs:
252 HP
120 Defense
136 Sp. Defense

~ Rapid Spin ~
~ Toxic Spikes ~
~ Sludge Bomb ~
~ Surf ~

Serves as a triple threat. Provides Rapid Spin support, can lay entry hazards, and acts as a Special Wall that can soak up fire attacks for the rest of the team. Surf can take out quite a few pokemon due to Tentacruel's above average Sp. Attack and provides nice coverage. Sludge Bomb is a nice STAB that can put a big dent in non-resistant pokemon.

Umbreon
Leftovers
Synchronize
Bold
EVs:
252 HP
164 Defense
92 Sp. Defense

~ Wish ~
~ Toxic ~
~ Protect ~
~ Payback ~

Serves as a dual wall with its good defensive statistics. It's main purpose is to provide wish support to the team and itself with the help of protect. Toxic is there for status support and to stall in conjunction with Protect again. If used at the right time Payback can be a very good attack and help whittle away opponents health. As you can see Protect is very necessary because it helps to scout opponent's moves and to draw the game out longer. It doesn't hurt that Synchronize can help Unbreon absorb status because it just sends the status right back at the user.

--------------

Scizor
Choice Band
Technician
Adamant
EVs:
248 HP
252 Attack
8 Speed
scizor.gif

~ Bullet Punch ~
~ U-Turn ~
~ Pursuit ~
~ SuperPower ~

The revenge killer of the bunch. If one of my team dies, I'll bring Scizor in accordingly and hope to finish off the weakend pokemon. If the opponent doesn't resist Bullet Punch, then I'll use that to finish them off. Otherwise I pick my poison and use whatever move I feel best. Pursuit is there to trap pokemon in a prediciment and get some extra damage on a leaving pokemon.

That's all I got, please leave your thoughts and criticisms.

Your sets need work: And on your 252/252 guys, stick an extra 4 evs in hp. Youd be amazed how often that will make a difference.

Areodactyl: Standard, fine.

Sceptile: HP: Ice and dragon pulse offer redundant coverage. Most dragons are hit 4x effective by ice, so drop dragon pulse and put in leaf storm for when you need a hard hit.

Lucario: Why not crunch over shadow claw? Crunch never misses and has 10 more base power, so he can get a few extra KO'es on things like dusknoir and cressilia.

Tentacruel: Sludge Bomb may be STAB, but lacks coverage. Why not add ice beam? It still hits grass types and can hit dragons.

Umbreon: I really don't see this working with the abundance of steels in the metagame. You are complete setup fodder for things like skarm and swords dance scizor. Because of the low attack, anything with taunt turns this into a pile of fail. Why not replace it with something like choice scarf latias? This could give you hard attacks (every team needs dragons) or mayby a skarmory to give you a second steel and spikes, which are really appreciated by luke. Or zapdos, as you lack a reliable scizor stopper.

Scizor: Why do people run spe EVs on this guy? Max HP and put 4 evs in def. When 2 scizors face, the slower one wins beacuase they will either u-turn after the other, seeing what the other one brings in, or do more damage with superpower because the other moves first, lowers his densese, then you strike in his time of weakness!
