Naganadel [QC 1/3)

[OVERVIEW]
- Naganadel's typing allows it to beat Dragon-type Pokemon like Zygarde-C, Kommo-o, Fairy-types like Tapu Fini, Primarina while beating faster Grass-types like Jumpluff when Timid nature is used.
- Naganadel has nice powerful STAB moves like Draco Meteor and Sludge Wave, as well as coverage moves such as Fire Blast, which is effective against Steel-type Pokemon like Magearna and Nasty Plot which is effective against Special Walls like Chansey.
- It has a very high Special Attack stat and a very fast Speed stat, allowing it to outspeed and OHKO threats such as both non-Choice Scarf Landorus formes, Garchomp and Porygon-Z.
- Its typing together with low defensive stats makes Naganadel lose to common Ground-type moves such as Earthquake from Mega Gyarados and Earth Power from Heatran and Mega Diancie but also to strong STAB moves like Mega Lopunny’s Giga Impact and Greninja's Ice Beam.

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

-Draco Meteor is Naganadel's strongest STAB move. Use Draco Meteor when it is neutral- or super effective on the opponent. Zygarde, Mega Blaziken and Buzzwole are therefore weak to this move.
- Sludge Wave is its other STAB move that gives coverage against Fairy-type Pokemon like Primarina, Tapu Fini and non-Choice Scarf Tapu Lele because Draco Meteor has no effect on them.
- Fire Blast gives coverage against Steel-Type Pokemon that resist its STAB moves like Mega Scizor, Ferrothorn and Celesteela. It beats Magearna and Mega Metagross as well, but these Pokemon can be EV’d enough to tank Naganadel’s Fire Blast.
- Both Thunderbolt and Air Slash don’t really affect the amount of Pokemon Naganadel can beat. Thunderbolt helps to beat Water-types like Mega Slowbro and Keldeo, but since common Water-types share a Fairy-Type, Sludge Wave outclasses. Air Slash is effective against Mega Venusaur and Volcarona, since its Sludge Wave is neutral against it as well as Fire Blast. It really depends on your team which move you want to pick because Naganadel's STAB moves do more damage in general.

Set Details
========

- 252 Speed EVs make it just fast enough to outspeed Mega Pinsir with Jolly nature and all the Pokemon with 100 base Speed like Charizard-Mega X/Y.
- 248 Special Attack EVs together with Modest nature and Choice Specs is used to beat a larger portion of the metagame including Magearna and Mega Slowbro.
- 8 SpD EVs are given to make Download boost Attack, which is useful against Genesect.

Usage Tips
========

- Use Naganadel against Pokemon with little to no Special Defence investment and that are weak to one of its moves or when you can OHKO the opponent’s Pokemon like Zygarde-C, Kartana or Primarina.
- Try not to send Naganadel against Pokemon that are faster than it. Pokemon like Greninja, Mega Lopunny and Choice Specs Deoxys-S can OHKO it with their moves before Naganadel can land an attack on these Pokemon.
- Also try not to send Naganadel against Special Walls like Mega Sableye and Mew, and Pokemon with the ability Sturdy like Crustle and Donphan. They tank Naganadel’s moves and counter it afterwards.

Team Options
========

- Because Naganadel has difficulties with defeating bulkier Steel-type Pokemon, a Ground-type Pokemon like Donphan or Landorus-Therian in your team would work great. They also beat Mega Lopunny which is faster than Naganadel while Naganadel defeats Grass-type Pokemon like Tapu Bulu and Ferrothorn that counter them with the exception for Flyinium-Z Landorus-T.
- Fire-types like Mega-Charizard Y and Incineroar work great as well by beating the Steel-type Pokemon Naganadel can’t beat. Use a bulky Charizard so that it is able to beat Greninja and Mega Lopunny which are faster than Naganadel. Naganadel supports Charizard by beating Electric types like Thundurus-Therian.
- Naganadel has difficulties with Pokemon that run Sturdy so another good pick would be Pokemon with the ability Mold Breaker and Taunt like Mega Gyarados. Mega Gyarados beats the Sturdy Pokemon Naganadel doesn’t beat while Naganadel beats the Grass- and Fairy-type Pokemon that beat Mega-Gyarados like Mega Altaria and Primarina.
- A physical Attacker in your team would be necessary to beat the Special Walls Naganadel has trouble with. Zeraora and Sawk are great examples of this.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]

Other Options
=============

-Dragonium-Z could be used instead of Choice Specs, it gives the same amount of damage as Choice Specs Draco Meteor but this gives Naganadel the opportunity to make use of Nasty Plot which allows it to beat bulky walls like Blissey when paired with this Z-move on the cost of reduced power of its other moves which will make it lose in matchups against Pokemon like Meta Metagross and Tapu Lele.
-Although Naganadel has 121 base Speed, it gets beaten by Pokemon that are faster than it. Therefore Choice Scarf gives it enough Speed to counter Mega-Lopunny, Greninja and Pokemon that run Choice Scarf themselves like Porygon-Z and Genesect.
-Firium-Z could be used to lure Special Defensive Steel-types to guarantee a OHKO. This is effective on Mega Metagross and Magearna just to name a few.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Steel-types** : Naganadel’s STAB moves are resisted by Steel-types. Most of them tank its Fire Blast and counter back like Mega Metagross, Aegislash, Mega Aggron and Heatran.
**Bulky Water-types** : Bulky Water-types tank Naganadel’s Draco Meteor and Thunderbolt and therefore Mega Gyarados, Mega Blastoise and Mega Swampert are a big threat for Naganadel.
**Sturdy Pokemon : Their ability guarantees them to counter. Donphan, Golem, Magnezone and Sawk are therefore big threats.
**Special Walls** : Naganadel is tanked and countered by special walls like Chansey, Blissey and Porygon2. These Pokemon still lose to Nasty Plot Naganadel so keep that in mind.
**Faster Pokemon** : Faster Pokemon like Mega Lopunny, Greninja, Deoxys Speed and Choice Scarf users like Excadrill, Haxorus and Landorus-Therian run enough Attack or Special Attack to OHKO Naganadel before it can attack.

[OVERVIEW]

- Naganadel is a fast Special Attacker with its Poison- and Dragon-type typing, this allows it Its typing makes it possible to beat most Dragon-, Fairy-, and Grass-type Pokemon like Kommo-o, Primarina and Jumpluff.
- Naganadel is able to learn Fire Blast which gives it coverage for Steel-type Pokemon that would otherwise tank its Poison- and Dragon-type STAB moves like Mega Scizor and Celesteela , but Steel-types like Mega- remove - Metagross are often bulky enough to tank Naganadel’s Fire Blast.
- Naganadel easily sweeps Pokemon with no Special Defence I think we use US English so it be Defense investment like both Landorus formes, Buzzwole or Mega Blaziken.
- Naganadel has access to Nasty Plot to set up against bulky Pokemon to be able to beat them like Mega Venusaur and Chansey when needed
- Because of its high Special Attack stat and Speed but its low dDefensive stats Naganadel is used as a hyper offensive sweep offensive sweeper that mostly relies on OHKO'ing get rid of ' the opponent so Pokemon like Mega Gyarados and Snorlax counter Naganadel.

Moves
========

- Draco Meteor is Naganadel's strongest STAB move. Use Draco Meteor when it is neutral- or super effective on the opponent example. This does more damage than a super effective Thunderbolt, so only use Thunderbolt when you know Draco Meteor won’t OHKO the opponent because the opponent Pokemon might use a healing move afterwards.
- Sludge Wave is its other STAB move that gives coverage against Fairy-type Pokemon like Tapu Bulu and Primarina because Draco Meteor has no effect on them is immune to Draco Meteor.
- Fire Blast gives coverage against Steel-Ttype Pokemon that resist its STAB moves like Ferrothorn and Celesteela. Steel types add a - in between Steel and type. that run Special Defence defense often tank Fire Blast like Mega Metagross and Magearna.
- Thunderbolt puts pressure on bulky Water-type Pokemon, mainly Mega Slowbro another example would be nice although Water-types are often bulky enough to tank its Thunderbolt. Example of this

Set Details
========

- Modest nature is used to deal more damage to bulky Pokemon like Mega Slowbro and Mega Mawile.
- 248 Speed Evs give Naganadel 340 Speed, just fast enough to outspeed Mega Pinsir with Jolly nature and all the Pokemon with 100 base Speed like Charizard-Mega X/Y. Mega Charizard X, and Mega Charizard Y.
- 240 Special Attack EVs together combined with Modest nature and Choice Specs gives Naganadel an excellent powerful 577 Special Attacker.

Usage Tips
========

- Send Naganadel out against Pokemon with little to no Special Defence investment and that are weak to one of its moves or when you OHKO the opponent’s Pokemon like Zygarde-C, Whimsicott or Primarina.
- Don’t send Naganadel out against Pokemon that are faster than it. They often run Attack or Special Attack to as they can KO Naganadel first like Greninja, Mega Lopunny and Deoxys-Speed.
- Don’t send Naganadel against Special Walls like Mega Aggron and , Mew and Pokemon with that has the ability Sturdy like Magnezone and Donphan as they tank Naganadel’s moves and counter it afterwards.

Team Options
========

- Because Naganadel has difficulties with defeating bulkier Steel-type Pokemon, a Ground- or Fire-type Pokemon like Donphan or Landorus-Therian Landorus-T in your team as a teammate would work great as they can also beat Mega Lopunny which is faster than Naganadel while Naganadel defeats Grass-type Pokemon like Tapu Bulu and Jumpluff that counter them (exception for Flyinium-Z Landorus-T). Mega- remove -Charizard Y works great as well by beating the Steel-type Pokemon Naganadel can’t beat. Examples plz
- Naganadel has difficulties with Pokemon that run Sturdy and Special Walls so another good pick would be Pokemon with the ability Mold Breaker and Taunt like Mega Gyarados. Mega Gyarados beats the Pokemon with Sturdy Naganadel doesn’t beat while Naganadel beats the Grass- and Fairy-type Pokemon that beat Mega-Gyarados.
- Faster Pokemon beat Naganadel so a bulkier Pokemon on your team like Magearna or Chansey would work out.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

-Dragonium-Z could be used instead of Choice Specs, as it gives the same amount of damage as Choice Specs Draco Meteor , but this gives Naganadel the opportunity to make use of Nasty Plot to set up against stall Pokemon like Blissey and Mew.
-Defensive Naganadel with Charm, Nasty Plot and Draco Meteor with Dragonium-Z could be used to check Mega-Gyarados and Mega-Lopunny although this set is less reliable. I do not believe this is usable lol.
-Although Naganadel has 121 base Speed has a high Speed stat, it gets beaten by Pokemon that are faster than it examples of this. Therefore Choice Scarf gives it enough Speed to counter Mega-Lopunny, Greninja and Pokemon that run Choice Scarf themselves like Porygon-Z and Genesect.
- Air Slash can be used over Thunderbolt especially to deal with Mega Venusaur and Mega Heracross.
Flamethrower over Fire Blast and what kills it misses out on

Checks and Counters
===================

**Steel-types**: Naganadel’s STAB moves are resisted by Steel-types. Most of them tank its Fire Blast and counter OHKO back Like Magearna, Mega Metagross, Aegislash, Mega Aggron and Heatran.

**Water-types**: Water-types often run a lot of bulk so they tank Naganadel’s Draco Meteor therefore Mega Gyarados, Mega Blastoise and Mega Swampert are a big threat for Naganadel.

**Sturdy and Disguise Users**: Their ability guarantees them to counter. Donphan, Golem, Magnezone, Sawk and Mimikyu are therefore big threats. This makes no sense, reword this please to something like Sturdy and Disguise users like __ and __ can take care of Naga thanks to its ability allowing it to live a hit from Naga, and OHKO it back with its z-move or super effective attacks.

**Special Walls**: Naganadel is tanked and countered attacks are useless to do anything to by special walls like Chansey, Blissey and Porygon 2.

**Faster Pokemon and Choice Scarf abusers**: Faster Pokemon like Greninja and Deoxys-Speed and Choice Scarf abusers like Porygon-Z and Genesect are mostly intended as sweep and therefore OHKO Naganadel because of its low defences defenses .

Overview;
-I'd rephrase first point, I'm bad at grammar but I think the way its worded right now make it sound that Kommo-O, Primarina and Jumpluff are Grass-type Pokemon. Might be correct so idk.
-Instead of mentioning Fire Blast alone, mention that Naganadel has nice powerful moves (draco, sludge wave) + neat coverage moves such as Fire Blast, Air Slash, Nasty Plot
-Just talk about Nanaganadel all around stats, say it has good speed allowing to outspeed x important Pokemon, great spa which allows it to ohko y important Pokemon and etc, talking about 1 stat while forgetting others is something I don't like.
-Don't mention Nasty Plot again, mention it when you talk about moves (see point 2).
-By adding all the stats in point #3 you can expend the overview by mentioning more strong points and definitely add Naganadel's weak points.
+Mention the Dragon/Poison type, you talked about it positively in the opening why not mention its weakness such as losing to popular ground-type attacks
+Mention naganadel weak stats here just like you're gonna mention good stats in point 3

[SET COMMENTS]

-First of all, I don't really like Thunderbolt alone, it does exactly next to nothing. Tbolt hits water types, the most important ones are Water/Fairy, so I'd slash both Thunderbolt and Air Slash which makes more sense as both moves aren't much used by they allow the user to pick one of them depending on their team.

Moves

-Remove excessive Thunderbolt mentions in point #1. Why would he use tbolt instead of Sludge Wave (If the opp isn't weak to tbolt).
-I'd add popular Pokemon as sludge wave examples, not bulu. Mention non-scarf lele, tapu fini, primarina.
-I'm p sure Specs FireBlast can nail the OHKO on Magearna. Mention Scizor w/ ferro and celesteela
-Keep Tbolt mention but give examples of other "Bulky water-types that this beat"
+Add Air Slash here + what it can beat ie. mega venusaur.

Set Details,
I think this looks good?

Usage Tips
Also prob looks good, could be worded better.

Team Options
-Please reword the first point it made no sense at all. You probably forgot a word or two. I'd also break it down to two parts (If that's how I understood it)
+Add something that beats Special walls.
-Last Point can be merged with Point #1 that I told you to break in half.

Other Options
-I really don't like Defensive Naganadel at all, I think it's shit and has no place in the metagame. Analyses give people ideas about what they should run and this is bad and no one should run this except if they are memeing.
-Remove Specs, its gonna be merged w/ tbolt in main sets.

Checks and Counters
-Remove Magearna, Magearna isn't 100% a Naganadel counter.
-Don't mention all Water-types, mention BULKY water-types and only the ones that can tank Thunderbolt.
-Don't special walls lose to NP Dragonium-Z? I'd mention that.

I believe that there's a lot of edits to be done so I won't be giving you a QC stamp, edit all these info in then re-tag me so I can re-check and give you my QC stamp.

[OVERVIEW]
- Naganadel is a fast Special Attacker with Poison- and Dragon-type. It (dex info)'(Add apostrephe)s typing makes it possible to beat Dragon-type Pokemon like Zygarde-C and Kommo-o, Fairy-types like Primarina, Tapu Fini and Grass-types like Jumpluff. (Since Zygarde is also a common Dragon-type, and Tapu Fini is also a common Fairy-type sadly)
- Naganadel has nice powerful STAB moves like Draco Meteor and Sludge Wave, as well as coverage moves such as Fire Blast, which is effective against Steel-type Pokemon like Magearna and Nasty Plot which is effective against Special Walls like Mega Slowbro Chansey. (Mega Slowbro is not a special wall, it is a physical wall; Chansey, on the other hand is a special wall)
- It has a very high Special Attack stat of 127 and a very fast Speed stat of 121, allowing it to outspeed and OHKO threads threats such as non-Choice Scarf both Landorus formes, and non Scarf(RC)Garchomp and Porygon-Z. (Just making it clearer, since your sentence seems to imply that Naganadel outspeeds Choice Scarf Landorus and Choice Scarf Landorus-T)
- Its Poison- and Dragon-type typing, together with low defensive stats makes Naganadel lose to common Ground-type moves such as Earthquake and Earth Power (from Pokemon like? Provide examples, since you have said that it can beat common Ground-type move Pokemon and users Pokemon right in the previous sentences)but also to strong STAB moves like Mega Lopunny’s Giga Impact and Protean Greninja's Ice Beam. (Since even this is a strong move on the special attacking side)

Move 4: Thunderbolt / Air Slash

(I'd say, make this spread 240 SpA / 100 SpD / 168 Spe Timid Nature, since you mentioned that Naganadel is capable of beating Jumpluff in the Overview, while your set doesn't)

[SET COMMENTS]

Moves:
- Draco Meteor is Naganadel's strongest STAB move. Use Draco Meteor when it is neutral- or super effective on the opponent.
- Sludge Wave is its other STAB move that gives coverage against Fairy-type Pokemon like Primarina, Tapu Fini and non-scarf Tapu Lele because Draco Meteor has no effect on them.
Thunderbolt helps to beat Water-types, but since common Water-types share a Fairy-Type, Sludge Wave outclasses. Air Slash is effective against Mega Venusaur, since its Sludge Wave is neutral against it as well as Fire Blast. It really depends on your team which move you want to pick.

Set Details:
- Modest nature is used to deal more damage to bulky Pokemon like Mega Slowbro and Mega Mawile. (
- 248 Speed Evs gives Naganadel 340 Speed, EVs makes Naganadel just fast enough to outspeed Mega Pinsir with Jolly nature and all the Pokemon with 100 base Speed like Charizard-Mega X/Y.
- 240 Special Attack EVs together with Modest nature and Choice Specs gives Naganadel and an excellent 577 Special Attack.
- (Just make a small note that 8 SpD EVs are given to make Download boost Attack, which is useful against Genesect, and the remainder is dumped into HP)

(If you are considering changing the EVs, do modify this section accordingly, else implement the changes I have suggested inside)

Usage Tips:
- Use Naganadel against Pokemon with little to no Special Defence investment and that are weak to one of its moves or when you can OHKO the opponent’s Pokemon like Zygarde-C, Kartana or Primarina.
- Don’t use Naganadel against Pokemon that are faster than it. They often run Attack or Special Attack to OHKO Naganadel first like Greninja, Mega Lopunny and Deoxys-Speed. Pokemon like Greninja, Mega Lopunny and Choice Specs Deoxys-S can often OHKO with their moves before Naganadel can land an attack on these Pokemon (This just makes the sentence and its meaning less ambiguous)
- Don’t use Naganadel against Special Walls like Mega Aggron (Mega Aggron is not a special wall; Chansey, Pyukumuku are) and Mew,(AC) and Pokemon with the ability Sturdy like Crustle and Donphan. They tank Naganadel’s moves and counter it afterwards.

Team Options:
- Because Naganadel has difficulties with defeating bulkier Steel-type Pokemon, a Ground-type Pokemon like Donphan or Landorus-Therian in your team would work great. They also beat Mega Lopunny which is faster than Naganadel while Naganadel defeats Grass-type Pokemon like Tapu Bulu and Jumpluff (not with your current spread, since your current spread reaches 340 Speed stat, while Jumpluff peaks at 350)that counter them (with the exception for Flyinium-Z Landorus-T). (Remove Brackets)
Mega Gyarados beats the Sturdy Pokemon with Sturdy Naganadel doesn’t beat while Naganadel beats the Grass- and Fairy-type Pokemon that beat Mega-Gyarados (like? Provide examples).
- A physical Attacker in your team would be necessary to beat the Special Walls Naganadel has trouble with. Zeraora and Sawk are great examples of this.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]

Other Options:
-Dragonium-Z could be used instead of Choice Specs, it gives the same amount of damage as Choice Specs Draco Meteor but this gives Naganadel the opportunity to make use of Nasty Plot to set up against stall like Blissey and Mew and therefore beat Special Walls. (What are the drawbacks of Dragonium Z, tho? I mean, why is it not used as much as Choice Specs?)
-Although Naganadel has 121 base Speed, it gets beaten by Pokemon that are faster than it. Therefore Modest Choice Scarf gives it enough Speed to counter Mega-Lopunny, Greninja and Pokemon that run Choice Scarf themselves like Porygon-Z and Genesect.
-Firium-Z could be used to lure Special Defensive Steel-types to guarantee a OHKO. This is effective on Mega Metagross, Magearna and Aegislash just to name a few. (I wouldn't quite list Aegislash here, since it is not a guarenteed win)

Checks and Counters:
-**Steel-types** : Naganadel’s STAB moves are resisted by Steel-types. Most of them tank its Fire Blast and counter back like Mega Metagross, Aegislash, Mega Aggron and Heatran.
-**Bulky Water-types** : Bulky Water-types tank Naganadel’s Draco Meteor and Thunderbolt and therefore Mega Gyarados, Mega Blastoise and Mega Swampert are a big threat for Naganadel.
- Pokemon with the ability SturdySturdy Pokemon: Their ability guarantees them to counter. Donphan, Golem, Magnezone and Sawk as well as disguise Disguise Mimikyu are therefore big threats.
**Special Walls** : Naganadel is tanked and countered by special walls like Chansey, Blissey and Porygon 2Porygon2(No space in between Porygon and 2). These Pokemon still lose to Nasty Plot Naganadel so keep that in mind.
**Faster Pokemon** : Faster Pokemon like Mega Lopunny, Greninja, Deoxys Speed and Choice Scarf abusers often run enough Attack or Special Attack to OHKO Naganadel before it can attack.

Some points you could do well to remember are:
1) Don't add info which can be found by typing "/dt" like typing, stats, etc.
2) Don't give stat values in analyses.
3) Try to maintain consistency.

Cheers!!

Wrath of Alakazam implemented, I didn't want to change the set, so instead I wrote in the overview that Timid Naganadel beats Jumpluff, if that's okay. Since there aren’t many common Grass types that aren’t Fairy and don’t resist Sludge Wave. Also deleted Mimikyu as counter.

You mentioned nasty plot in overview yet you didn't talk why it's useful. You can put on OO cause it allows it to beat bulky walls when paired with z move. Qc 1/3

- Naganadel's typing allows it to beat Dragon-type Pokemon like Zygarde-C, Kommo-o, Fairy-types like Tapu Fini, Primarina and Grass-types like Jumpluff when Timid nature is used. Separate Jumpluff Timid in some way otherwise it sounds like you need Timid for defeating all

========

Draco Meteor is Naganadel's strongest STAB move. Use Draco Meteor when it is neutral- or super effective on the opponent. Give info with Pokemon examples.
- Sludge Wave is its other STAB move that gives coverage against Fairy-type Pokemon like Primarina, Tapu Fini and non-scarf Tapu Lele because Draco Meteor has no effect on them.
Give more examples of what Pokemon do these moves defeat so the reader can make a choice.

Set Details
========

- 252 Speed EVs make it just fast enough to outspeed Mega Pinsir with Jolly nature and all the Pokemon with 100 base Speed like Charizard-Mega X/Y.
- 248 Special Attack EVs together with Modest nature and Choice Specs is used to beat a larger portion of the VR including Magearna and Mega Slowbro. I think metagame in place of VR is more suitable here.
- 8 SpD EVs are given to make Download boost Attack, which is useful against Genesect.

Usage Tips
========

- Use Naganadel against Pokemon with little to no Special Defence investment and that are weak to one of its moves or when you can OHKO the opponent’s Pokemon like Zygarde-C, Kartana or Primarina.
- Don’t use Say try not to send instead of dont use Naganadel against Pokemon that are faster than it. Pokemon like Greninja, Mega Lopunny and Choice Specs Deoxys-S can often OHKO with their moves before Naganadel can land an attack on these Pokemon.
- Don’t use Naganadel against Special Walls like Mega Sableye and Mew, and Pokemon with the ability Sturdy like Crustle and Donphan. They tank Naganadel’s moves and counter it afterwards.

Team Options
========

=============

-Dragonium-Z could be used instead of Choice Specs, it gives the same amount of damage as Choice Specs Draco Meteor but this gives Naganadel the opportunity to make use of Nasty Plot which allows it to beat bulky walls like Blissey when paired with this Z-move. Also add in its cost which is reduced power of its other moves on the first costing matchups against Pokemon like...

===================

**Faster Pokemon** : Faster Pokemon like Mega Lopunny, Greninja, Deoxys Speed and Choice Scarf users examples of Scarf as well often run enough Attack or Special Attack to OHKO Naganadel before it can attack.
Great job on this

Implement if yogi approves this check.

hell yeah love naganadel

Bolded is additions, strikethrough is stuff that should be removed, underline needs to be edited in some way, red is comments. All information I bring are based on 1630 Usage stats (considering anything at or above 6% usage relevant) and Calcs.

[OVERVIEW]
- Naganadel's typing allows it to beat Dragon-type Pokemon like Zygarde-C, Kommo-o, Fairy-types like Tapu Fini, Primarina while beating faster Grass-types like Jumpluff when Timid nature is used. You don't mention Timid anywhere else. Either remove this example or include timid in the main set. I will get more into Timid nature later w/ the main set.
- Naganadel has nice powerful STAB moves like Draco Meteor and Sludge Wave, as well as coverage moves such as Fire Blast, which is effective against Steel-type Pokemon like Magearna This is a 50/50 with the most common spread of Magearna, even with modest. 252+ SpA Choice Specs Naganadel Fire Blast vs. 248 HP / 24 SpD Magearna: 338-398 (93.1 - 109.6%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO and Nasty Plot which is effective against Special Walls like Chansey. This is an other option, I wouldn't mention it in the overview.
- It has a very high Special Attack stat and a very fast Speed stat, allowing it to outspeed and OHKO threats such as both non-Choice Scarf Landorus formes, Garchomp and Porygon-Z. More of a small GP change but make sure the reader knows you mean "non choice scarf" for all 3 mons, not just landorus

[SETS]

Name: Choice Specs
Move 1: Draco Meteor
Move 2: Fire Blast
Move 3: Sludge Wave
Move 4: Thunderbolt / Air Slash
Item: Choice Specs
Ability: Beast Boost
Nature: Modest/Timid While I definitely understand your proclivity to Modest, Timid definitely has its uses in outspeeding and koing common threats like Jumpluff, Kartana, Durant Ninetales Alola Terrakion and Archeops, and also a much better matchup vs Mega Lucario and Blacephalon, while still maintaining the power to beat threats like Kommo-o fini primarina and Garchomp. Add timid here for main
Evs: 248 SpA / 8 SpD / 252 Spe judging from what you say in set details, I think a more optimal spread would be 252 spa / 4 spd / 252 spe. This accommodates for the Timid set while still getting the max amount of spa possible in either set, while avoiding an opposing genesect's download boost. unless you can list a more specific reason to run 8 spdef instead of 4, bc 4 avoids the download boost too

Moves
========

-Draco Meteor is Naganadel's strongest STAB move. Use Draco Meteor when it is neutral- or super effective on the opponent. Zygarde, Mega Blaziken and non-Choice Scarf Buzzwole u still lose to scarf variants (15% usage so significant) are therefore weak to this move.
It beats Magearna max Hp magearna makes it nonguaranteed, and thats the most common set. and offensive Mega Metagross as well, but these Pokemon can be EV’d enough to tank Naganadel’s Fire Blast., and also gives you around a 60% chance to OHKO bulky Magearna, one of the most common sets in the metagame Normally I wouldn't include this, but because Magearna is incredibly common its worth mentioning.
- Both Thunderbolt and Air Slash don’t really affect the amount of Pokemon Naganadel can beat if that's honestly true then remove these for like sleep talk lol. But I don't think that statement is entirely accurate. Modest Thunderbolt helps to beat Water-types like beats Mega Slowbro even if they Amnesia turn one if you don't use tbolt against amnesia variants, slowbro wins and Keldeo, draco meteor ohkoes but since common Water-types share a Fairy-Type, Sludge Wave outclasses very weirdly worded and also untrue (see mega bro).
- Air Slash is effective against Mega Venusaur and Volcarona Mega Venu wins if amnesia or leech seed+synthesis, and volc either dies to draco meteor if offensive, or beats you if its bulky by quiver dancing and roosting since its Sludge Wave is neutral against it as well as Fire Blast. It really depends on your team which move you want to pick because Naganadel's STAB moves do more damage in general. mention 30% chance to flinch being a nice bonus. if you can't find better air slash examples, move it to OO and keep tbolt

Set Details
========

- 252 Speed EVs make it just fast enough to outspeed Mega Pinsir with Jolly nature and all the Pokemon with 100 base Speed like Charizard-Mega X/Y. If you run Timid, you will be able to outspeed other notable threats such as Jumpluff, Kartana, Alolan Ninetales, Archeops, as well as not letting opposing Naganadel automatically win
- 248 252 Special Attack EVs together with Modest nature and Choice Specs is used to beat a larger portion of the metagame including Magearna and find a better example for Modest Naga Mega Slowbro with Modest Thunderbolt.
- 8 4 SpD EVs are given to make Download boost Attack, which is useful against Choice Scarf Genesect.

Usage Tips
========

Mention how Pokemon that can resist your stabs and can tank your coverage moves are problems. Pokemon such as Heatran, Bulky Mega Metagross and Aegislash fit this bill
Team Options
========

- Because Naganadel has difficulties with defeating bulkier Steel-type Pokemon, a Ground-type Pokemon like Donphan or bulky Landorus-Therian offensive lando sometimes loses to ice punch in your team would work great.
Use a bulky Charizard so that it is able to beat Mega Gyarados, Greninja and Mega Lopunny which are faster than Naganadel or can tank Naganadel's attacks. Naganadel supports bulky Mega Charizard Y by beating Electric types like Thundurus-Therian and faster powerhouses like Timid Normalium Porygon Z and Offensive Tapu Lele.
- Naganadel has difficulties with Pokemon that run Sturdy so another good pick would be Pokemon with the ability Mold Breaker and Taunt like Mega Gyarados. Mega Gyarados beats the Sturdy Pokemon Naganadel doesn’t beat while Naganadel beats the Grass- and Fairy-type Pokemon that beat Mega-Gyarados like Mega Altaria this is unfortunately a 50/50 with a bunch of common altaria sets, bc if they ddance on your sludge wave, they outspeed and ohko turn 2, and they're obv immune to dragon if they mega and Primarina. where de grass types at? Add something like "like Primarina, Grassium Jumpluff and Kartana"
- A physical Attacker in your team would be necessary to beat the Special Walls Naganadel has trouble with. Zeraora and Sawk are great examples of this. the examples of Special Walls you gave, Mega Sableye and Mew, both beat these Pokemon, or at the very least beat sawk. I would find new offensive teammates

Therefore Choice Scarf gives it enough Speed to counter Mega-Lopunny 252+ SpA Naganadel Draco Meteor vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Lopunny-Mega: 237-280 (87.4 - 103.3%) -- 25% chance to OHKO, Greninja and Pokemon that run Choice Scarf themselves like Porygon-Z 252+ SpA Naganadel Draco Meteor vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Porygon-Z: 291-343 (93.5 - 110.2%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO and Genesect you're not wrong but you already beat Choice Scarf Genesect with your main set.
-Firium-Z could be used to lure Special Defensive Steel-types to guarantee a OHKO. This is effective on bulky Mega Metagross and bulky Magearna just to name a few.

These Pokemon Blissey and Porygon2 still lose to Nasty Plot Naganadel so keep that in mind. upon looking at calcs, I don't think Chansey is guaranteed. You need to get to +6 to OHKO, but they 3HKO with seismic toss, killing you either on the turn you attack at +4 or when u get to +6 +4 252+ SpA Naganadel Devastating Drake (195 BP) vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Eviolite Chansey: 654-771 (93 - 109.6%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO
Mention that scarf naga can beat a few of these threats, like Greninja, Scarf Haxorus, and Scarf Excadrill

Just in general, fix the examples of mons that Naga consistently beats; if its a roll, its not consistent, so be sure to recalculate any matchup u think may be suspect. And add the credits!

After changes are implemented, be sure to change the format to paragraph/written format, then I'll look again and give the qc 3/3.

Some notes:
-It is hard to find an example of a Grass-type pokemon that isn’t a fairy type (as mentioned in “overview” [beating fairy types like... and ...] ) and doesnt resist or take neutral damage to sludge wave mega venusaur, kartana leaving Jumpluff and Serperior.
-I added some examples after the other QC checks, it’s my fault that I didn’t calc them, but as I said, I think it’s weird to re-use examples when there’s not a lot of common mons.
-It is true what you said about switching modest and timid, but I got notified by some people that I had to use the modest set, as I used the Timid set before.
-I used Thunderbolt first, but people told me to add air slash to this. It’s hard to find coverage out of these moves since sludge wave, draco meteor and fire blast cover almost all.
-In my first post I stated that Naganadel doesn’t beat Mega Metagross and Magearna 100%, yet again QC told me to state that it still beats them.

Since you said you liked this pokemon I’m sure you can you help me out with this.

Ye, but Fire Blast is always run on Naganadel as well, so thats what u hit Kartana with. I would understand if this was under the moveset section for Sludge Wave, but that point was under Overview/Team Options, so you can talk about all the tools Naga has as its disposal.
-I added some examples after the other QC checks, it’s my fault that I didn’t calc them, but as I said, I think it’s weird to re-use examples when there’s not a lot of common mons. Understandable, but especially if a mon has high usage/is very good, you can mention it multiple times, so the reader knows especially that it can specifically handle those mons
-It is true what you said about switching modest and timid, but I got notified by some people that I had to use the modest set, as I used the Timid set before. You shouldn't switch, they should both be included on the same set. Perhaps the person who said that wasn't aware that both natures could be included, but thats definitely what you should do with naga, i talked it over with some qcer
-I used Thunderbolt first, but people told me to add air slash to this. It’s hard to find coverage out of these moves since sludge wave, draco meteor and fire blast cover almost all. Lol yeah i'm not sure why ppl suggested air slash. Most mons u hit air slash with draco hits harder. It still can flinch, so put it in OO and mention that. Specifically mention in movesets that Thunderbolt guarantees that Naga wins the slowbro matchup, which is a significant weakness it would have otherwise.
-In my first post I stated that Naganadel doesn’t beat Mega Metagross and Magearna 100%, yet again QC told me to state that it still beats them.
If you're referring to the point deg made saying -I'm p sure Specs FireBlast can nail the OHKO on Magearna reeeeee he should've checked his calcs. yeah you were right the first time then
Since you said you liked this pokemon I’m sure you can you help me out with this.

update: Martha has informed me that you need to have your analysis into paragraph formatting before I can give properly give you a 3rd qc check. That has been reflected in my above QC post, not a huge issue just switch formatting, I'll look over and we'll be golden
