re: Losers Bracket
Because of the high amount of bye wins overwhelmingly outnumbering the amount of actual losses, the losers bracket would consist of 15 byes and 1 "bye vs bye" pairing so it will essentially be skipped for that round and losers will not play until next round (Round 3).

- Best of three, double elimination.
- This tournament will use the standard National Dex UU banlist, which can be found on Smogon's strategy dex or here.
- If metagame changes occur during the middle of a round, they will take effect in the subsequent round.
- Battles must take place on Pokemon Showdown! or the SmogTours server
- SV cartridge win conditions are in place; there are no ties.
- National Dex-specific mechanics.
- Replays are required.
