A pretty simple lure, as ferrothorn is one of the best koko answer, as it can spike /leech seed/koff smth if the koko choose to click smth else than volt switch. Note that it will not OHKO, but it will force ur opponent to not rely on ferro to handle koko, and then you'll be able to click something that isn't Volt-Switch.

252 SpA Choice Specs Tapu Koko Hidden Power Fire vs. 252 HP / 176+ SpD Ferrothorn: 220-260 (62.5 - 73.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

252 SpA Choice Specs Tapu Koko Volt Switch vs. 252 HP / 176+ SpD Ferrothorn in Electric Terrain: 62-73 (17.6 - 20.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

After an hp fire, ferro isnt a reliable switch in anymore and you can overwhelm it by just clicking an electric move.

Its clef. Basically one of the best wincon. Why dont use Thunder? Flamethrower let you hit steel type such as mega scizor/mega mawile and still can do a damage to corviknight. Other option is focus blast. It let you hit heatran/melmetal while still lure ferro.

Did you even know how Natural Gift worked? It's BP and type depend on the Berry the user is holding. The strongest Fire-type Berry is Watmel which doesn't exist in SS, so we will be using Bluk Berry instead, giving us a 90 BP single use Fire-type move, perfect for not only Ferrothorn but also a potential Mega-Scizor which would use U-turn in Weavile or a full Def Corviknight. You can also use Occa Berry, which has 80 BP instead of 90, but might be useful to endure a Fire-type move if you don't need Natural Gift anymore

You must be thinking I am stupid (I am), why would you ever replace a move in a mon that sometimes suffers from 4MSS? This is Lure the Threat, we don't care about anything else but the threat.

Mega Zard-Y does not only have a terrifying SpA of 159, but also an average 104 Atk, which coupled with Sun and STAB, can do some interesting things, like today. Slowking-Galar will switch in you, so it will receive a Flamethrower, allowing us to take the KO with a nasty Flare Blitz that takes advantage of the Flamethrower damage + a potential layer of Spikes / Stealth Rock.

Charizard-Mega-Y @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Drought
EVs: 56 Atk / 200 SpA / 252 Spe or 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Flamethrower
- Solar Beam
- Roost

Calcs (Slowking has 344 HP, which is switching when Rocks or Spikes are up)
200 SpA Charizard-Mega-Y Flamethrower vs. 248 HP / 140+ SpD Assault Vest Slowking-Galar in Sun: 123-145 (31.2 - 36.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
Possible damage amounts: (123, 124, 126, 127, 129, 130, 132, 133, 135, 136, 138, 139, 141, 142, 144, 145)

56 Atk Charizard-Mega-Y Flare Blitz vs. 248 HP / 120 Def Slowking-Galar in Sun: 222-262 (56.4 - 66.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Possible damage amounts: (222, 225, 228, 231, 232, 235, 238, 241, 243, 246, 249, 252, 253, 256, 259, 262)

Second Calcs (Still 344 HP)
252 SpA Charizard-Mega-Y Flamethrower vs. 248 HP / 140+ SpD Assault Vest Slowking-Galar in Sun: 127-150 (32.3 - 38.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
Possible damage amounts: (127, 129, 130, 132, 133, 135, 136, 138, 139, 141, 142, 144, 145, 147, 148, 150)

4 Atk Charizard-Mega-Y Flare Blitz vs. 248 HP / 120 Def Slowking-Galar in Sun: 211-249 (53.6 - 63.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Possible damage amounts: (211, 213, 216, 219, 220, 223, 226, 228, 231, 234, 235, 238, 241, 243, 246, 249)

We need 344 HP, so the only rolls that wouldn't kill are 127+211, 127+213, 127+216, 129+211,129+213, 130+122, 130+213 and 132+211, which are 8 of 64, a 12.5% of not taking the KO after rocks

Charizard-Mega-Y @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Drought
EVs: 152 Atk / 104 SpA / 252 Spe or 32 Atk / 224 SpA / 252 Spe or 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature (first spread) or Timid Nature (others spreads)
- Flare Blitz
- Flamethrower
- Solar Beam
- Roost

The first spread ensures the KO after both moves, while the second ensures it after SR and the third is the suggested as its chances to KO with rocks up are still pretty good.

First Spread Calcs (Slowking has 394 HP)
104 SpA Charizard-Mega-Y Flamethrower vs. 252 HP / 176+ SpD Assault Vest Slowking-Galar in Sun: 114-135 (28.9 - 34.2%) -- 99.8% chance to 3HKO Possible damage amounts: (114, 115, 117, 118, 120, 121, 121, 123, 124, 126, 127, 129, 130, 132, 133, 135)

152 Atk Charizard-Mega-Y Flare Blitz vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Slowking-Galar in Sun: 280-330 (71 - 83.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Possible damage amounts: (280, 283, 286, 289, 292, 297, 300, 303, 306, 309, 313, 316, 319, 322, 325, 330)

Second Spread Calcs (Slowking will have 345 HP, -1/8 rounded down after Rocks)
224 SpA Charizard-Mega-Y Flamethrower vs. 252 HP / 176+ SpD Assault Vest Slowking-Galar in Sun: 121-144 (30.7 - 36.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
Possible damage amounts: (121, 123, 124, 126, 127, 129, 130, 132, 133, 135, 136, 138, 139, 141, 142, 144)

32- Atk Charizard-Mega-Y Flare Blitz vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Slowking-Galar in Sun: 225-265 (57.1 - 67.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Possible damage amounts: (225, 228, 229, 232, 235, 238, 241, 243, 246, 249, 252, 253, 256, 259, 262, 265)

Third Spread Calcs (Same as second, 345 after Rocks)
252 SpA Charizard-Mega-Y Flamethrower vs. 252 HP / 176+ SpD Assault Vest Slowking-Galar in Sun: 123-145 (31.2 - 36.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
Possible damage amounts: (123, 124, 126, 127, 129, 130, 132, 133, 135, 136, 138, 139, 141, 142, 144, 145)

0- Atk Charizard-Mega-Y Flare Blitz vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Slowking-Galar in Sun: 217-256 (55 - 64.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Possible damage amounts: (217, 220, 222, 225, 228, 229, 232, 235, 238, 240, 243, 246, 247, 250, 253, 256)

Rolls that don't kill: 123+217, 124+217, 126+217, 127+217, 123+220 and 124+220, which are 6 out of 64, 9.375% of not getting the KO after rocks

As a gift for you for reading this, a calc of Zard-Y 2HKOing Blissey:
4 Atk Charizard-Mega-Y Flare Blitz vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Blissey in Sun: 364-429 (50.9 - 60%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Now, I know some of you have been expecting me to send in something like a Liepard or a choice band Meganium set, aadem, but this time I have come with some actually "viable" ideas that even you would like!
*For reference, the set I will be using as the basis for these EV calcs is the OU AssVest set from the Calc: :SS/Slowking-galar:

Without further ado, it's time we introduce our protagonist for this time: An aristocrat whose throne was stolen by a pretenious pink hippo, this green royal is out to reclaim what belongs to him! He's fast, he's furious, and he's got unfinished business...

:SS/Serperior:
Serperior's Royal Revenge!

Episode 1: A Vest of Victory!
Serperior's usually known for being a fast, formidable snek, but his grassy cloak is actually pretty stong too!
At long last, Serperior has come to overthrow this poisonous peasant pretending to be pretigious!
Having just enough speed to outspeed Modest MegaZard Y, as well as any other neutral Speed nature'd base 100 Speed, Serperior will still be able to outrun many Pokémon, and there is of course the tasty 252 Special Attack EVs for some sweet snek strength!
The combination of DragonPulse, HP Fire and LeafStorm give Serperior a lot of coverage, with enough bulk to even survive a Megazard Y Flamethrower in sun!
And if he can tank THAT, then anything Glowking can throw will be laughable!
The choice of MirrorCoat is to sneak eliminations on many special attackers who weren't expecting the Serperior to survive the attack, and suddenly have the damage turned right back at 'em!
Episode 2: A Physical Python?!
Please listen to me for a second, I promise it's not that bad!
Serperior has equal attack and special attack, and like a certain green dinosaur has better coverage on that side of the spectrum! LeafBlade provides consistent Grass type pain, AquaTail beats these pesky Fire types, and KnockOff of course removes items, and also deals with today's culprit, Glowking!
SwordsDance boosts Serperior's Attack to help his moves do more damage, and guarantees the elimination on Glowking if he has his AssVest intact. Of course, this set has major surprise factor, because nobody expects the spanish inquisition a physical Serperior!

At long last, Serperior has reclaimed his throne from the possession of the purple possessed pretender, which returned to the poisonous swamp hidden within the Crown Tundra, where he always belonged. Peace has returned to the Smogon Kingdom, as all residents cheered and held a party, to the life of their true reptilian emperor.
The end.

of course tapu fini would be the best to kill Glowking with its incredible attacking stat

Tapu Fini @ Expert Belt
Ability: Misty Surge
EVs: 188 HP / 252 Atk / 68 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Whirlpool
- Knock Off
- Nature's Madness
- Taunt / Defog / Anything really

You can run any 4th move as long as you keep adamant/+atk nature.

With Whirlpool on switchin, it will do at least 17% calcing for assault vest. For arguments sake, we could assume that the glowking is max defense, but that would not stop us from KOing it with knock after a natures madness :)

Calcing for the actual set for glowking (AV) is a lot cleaner:
17% from whirlpool, 42% from natures madness, and a monstruous knock off from expertbelt fini will knock it out 100% of the time, of course you can always double knock, but if they have defense investment then you may not KO
252+ Atk Expert Belt Tapu Fini Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Slowking-Galar: 233-276 (59.1 - 70%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

If we were facing max defense Glowking, whirlpool would do at least 20%, which makes natures madness bring it down to 40% letting you pick up a KO quite easily.
252+ Atk Expert Belt Tapu Fini Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Slowking-Galar: 163-192 (41.3 - 48.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

calcs :

+1 4 Atk Charizard-Mega-Y Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Slowking-Galar: 270-318 (68.5 - 80.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

This set helps you lure glowking while have few suprise factor :
1) If you re using dragon dance but not mega evo, people will assume you re zard x. so they will react differently, such as go hard lando
2) Usually when dealing zard y, you will use faster pokemon to revenge kill zard y and after speed boost suddenly your answer for zard y is gone.
3) While you re still dealing with glowking, you still can beat heatran and toxapex
calcs:
+1 4 Atk Charizard-Mega-Y Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 428-504 (110.8 - 130.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Dorron Flare Blitz Char Y!

Knock Off Serperior by Fifty Shades of Rez !

The end.
Ground Z Greninja by DracoMeteor Ok !
:sm/greninja:
Greninja @ Groundium Z
Ability: Protean
EVs: 164 Atk / 92 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Dig
- Gunk Shot
- Spikes
- Ice Beam

it switches into battle bond gren, Cause its fat af, and if you click pulse the man can just switch to a fairy, but not if you ohko it before.

164 Atk Protean Greninja Tectonic Rage (160 BP) vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Slowking-Galar: 470-554 (119.2 - 140.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

this also counts for fini and normal ashgren checks
Knock Off Tapu Fini by lifemap !
:SM/Tapu_fini:
of course tapu fini would be the best to kill Glowking with its incredible attacking stat

Earthquake Char Y by Adib10 !
Charizard-Mega-Y
Level: 100
Hasty Nature
Ability: Drought
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
- Weather ball/Flamethrower/Fire blast
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance
- Roost/solar beam/dragon pulse/focus blast

calcs :
4 Atk Charizard-Mega-Y Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Slowking-Galar: 180-214 (45.6 - 54.3%) -- 53.1% chance to 2HKO

+1 4 Atk Charizard-Mega-Y Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 104 Def Toxapex: 146-172 (48 - 56.5%) -- 86.7% chance to 2HKO
Brave Bird Zapdos by HydreigonTheChild !
View attachment 373612@ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Static
EVs: 248 HP / 96 Atk / 164 Def
Brave Nature
- Discharge
- Heat Wave
- Brave Bird
- Roost

Usually slowking-g walls zapdos, being able to take even offensive sets with ease. With attack EV's and a brave nature it is easily able to overwhelm slowking-g and 2hko'ing it after rocks

252 SpA Zapdos Thunder vs. 252 HP / 140+ SpD Assault Vest Slowking-Galar: 87-103 (22 - 26.1%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after Stealth Rock
96+ Atk Zapdos Brave Bird vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Slowking-Galar: 174-205 (44.1 - 52%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
