This may not be a surprise to most but Alo wants to switch in on urshifu. Whirlpool urshifu a huge threat to alomomomolola, the possibility of this set existing will let you get value on the rest of their team even if they expect you to have it.

Alomomola, being a great physical wall, can easily switch into any of Lando-T's attacks, fire off a Scald, and either heal itself with Wish + Protect, or pivot out and recover its health with Regenerator.

252 Atk Landorus-Therian Earthquake vs. 40 HP / 216+ Def Alomomola: 153-180 (31.8 - 37.4%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after Leftovers recovery

However, Substitute completely shuts down Alomomola. The given EVs allow Lando-T's substitute to always survive a Scald, and the remaining EVS are dumped into speed, allowing it to outspeed max investment base 65s like Scizor.

0 SpA Alomomola Scald vs. 104 HP / 252+ SpD Landorus-Therian: 72-86 (20.8 - 24.9%) -- guaranteed 5HKO

Substitute gives Lando-T ample opportunities to set up in front of Alomomola, and it is able to OHKO it with Supersonic Skystrike at +2 after Stealth Rock.

+2 0 Atk Landorus-Therian Supersonic Skystrike (175 BP) vs. 40 HP / 216+ Def Alomomola: 445-525 (92.5 - 109.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

A boosted Tectonic Rage turns Alomomola from a mon that can come in on Drill´s Swords Dance and threaten a crippling scald burn, into a guaranteed ko after rocks. It´s also just a generally useful nuke vs other common defensive mons.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 244 SpD / 20 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Sand Tomb
- Toxic
- Roost
- Protect / Defog / Knock Off

Alomomola typically takes advantage of Gliscor as it can confidently take an Earthquake and Wish pass to its teammates. However, Gliscor can use Sand Tomb on an anticipated switch in to trap Alomomola and follow with Toxic. Alomomola generally remains unaffected by status as it switches in and out frequently, with the addition of cleric support from its teammates. Toxic is detrimental to Alomomola when it is trapped, as it cannot regain HP quickly through Regenerator without being heavily punished by Toxic in taking two turns to heal half HP. Special Defense investment allows Gliscor to be 6HKO'd by Scald and heal back with Roost and Poison Heal, meaning Alomomola cannot take out Gliscor if it remains above half HP. Protect is effective for furthering Gliscor’s stall strategy, but Defog is also useful as Gliscor is given an opportunity to remove its hazards when the opponent is trapped and vulnerable.

:Alomomola:0 SpA Alomomola Scald vs. 244 HP / 244 SpD Gliscor: 84-98 (23.8 - 27.8%) -- possible 6HKO after Poison Heal

Tapu Koko @ Choice Specs

Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Usually gastrodon can switch into koko freely so grass knot is really good lure for gasrodon.
calc : 252 SpA Choice Specs Tapu Koko Grass Knot (60 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Gastrodon: 260-308 (61 - 72.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

So yea jirachi is the set for gastro since gastro loves to come in as a mid ground to scout your set.
You can go for wish uturn to get more utility beyond killing gastro if you want,
Heres the set:
Jirachi @ Grassium Z
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 32 SpA / 148 SpD / 76 Spe
Calm/Gentle Nature
- Energy Ball
- Wish
- Iron Head
- U-turn

Running grass knot could be good if you wanted, but it requires a lot more investment in spatk which takes away from your spdef. You can wish pass to your team mates and get a fast u turn on standard lando and modest heatran.

32 SpA Jirachi Bloom Doom (175 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Swampert: 404-476 (100 - 117.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
32 SpA Jirachi Bloom Doom (175 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Gastrodon: 428-504 (100.4 - 118.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
This is Z energy ball

Since we are nearing Halloween, it seems fitting a scary Pokémon would emerge to lure other Pokémon into its den...
This Pokémon can change its form, assuming the shape of what its prey fear the most, always lurking beneath the surface, awaiting the hour of purge to come, and as it draws near, its power rises, and rises....
Ladies and gentlemen, the time has come....
It's time for....
Blacephalon's Brutal Battle - Solar Requiem
:SS/Blacephalon:
The story begins with Gasby, a little Gastrodon. Gasby was cheerfully crawling across the National Dex OU street, his three eyes full of joy as he saps the rain falling from the dark sky, when suddenly, he noticed a light shining from a nearby sewer drain. Gasby assumed the light to be of a Fire type Pokémon, which fueled the young boy with excitement. "Yay! Free dinner!" Gasby cheered, and slowly crawled until he was directly in front of the drain. The strange light remained unflickering, staring at Gasby without even a blink. Gasby felt nervous and started to retreat, but then he heard something charging behind him. Terrified, the young boy looked back and saw the light multiplying over and over, until finally its source was revealed: a clown with swaying hands! Gasby's fear quickly changed to laughter as he stared at the bright clown, breathing a sigh of relief, which turned out to be his last.
Gasby suddenly noticed the clown has started to glow - A light show, perhaps? but then the glow turned into bright green, and Gasby's face filled with terror as he understood what was about to happen. A few seconds have passed, and suddenly the sewer drain erupted with green light, and as the light faded, so did Gasby.
However, the clown's hunger was not satisfied. He desired MORE.
Equipped with its new secret weapon, the clown returned to the shadows from whence it came, awaiting the next foolish slug to crawl by.
This Halloween, I present to you: Z-Solar Beam Blacephalon!

252 SpA Blacephalon Bloom Doom (190 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Gastrodon: 756-892 (177.4 - 209.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
As a bonus, it also does a TON to Mega Tyranitar:
252 SpA Blacephalon Bloom Doom (190 BP) vs. 132 HP / 0 SpD Tyranitar-Mega in Sand: 264-312 (70.5 - 83.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

You are never safe. Blacephalon will manage a way to get through your defenses, and won't hesistate to eliminate you for a bedtime snack.
So you better stay indoors this Halloween, because the explosive head white swaying clown monster thing is watching....
