This won’t be relevant in a week, but that’s also irrelevant to this project.
Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Substitute
Utilty torn can’t consistently break ur sub unless it has z fly, and np also has to waste z moves to consistently hit without like icy wind.
Rockium could be to just bop the torn without setup and hit other targets for big damage
Lopunny-Mega @ Lopunnite
Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Mirror Coat
- Return
- Close Combat
- U-turn
Instead of forcing lop to click u turn in fear of hurricane we now lure this mu. The plan is to stay as base lop and click mirror coat on a hurricane. This is likely against all torn sets, as utility doesnt have a better option to click generally, while z sets will want to click hurricane as attempting to np on lop can easily lead to your torn being a waste of a slot, and hurricane is generally a safer midground for them to click then focus blast, as both would kill but hurricane hits other targets better.
252 SpA Tornadus-Therian Hurricane vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Lopunny: 166-196 (61.2 - 72.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

You can actually:
This Garchomp is the standard offensive stealth rock set except it's bulky enough to live an unboosted 252 Sp. Atk Timid Torn-T Supersonic Skystrike after stealth rocks. This Chomp is also strong enough to OHKO even a 4 HP 252 Def Torn-T with Continental Crush with unboosted attack! This is the set:

Pelipper @ Damp Rock
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Toxic
- Roost
- U-turn
Kyurem is usually a difficult mon for rain to face against, since sub roost sets pp stall ferrothorn in the long game and almost nothing else in rain wants to switch in to it's ice STAB. Due to this Kyurem wants as much opportunity to pick off the rain threats one by one, with pelipper being the most helpless against it as the most it could threaten against kyurem is a U-Turn on the switch, but with toxic this permanently cripples the biggest threat rain team can go against, making it so much easier to dance around the formerly RU dragon. That's not to say toxic is useless besides against kyurem, it can also be used against shedinja, one of the only few reliable answers against tail glow manaphy in stall teams. Other annoying defensive pokemon rain dislike facing against such as tangrowth and alomomola will have a hard time keeping up now that they are on a timer.

Heatran is basically always countered by Kyurem because of Earth Power and Heatran usually not having a Steel-type move on hand. Choice Scarf Heatran outspeeds SubRoost and Choice Specs Kyurem variants and OHKO's Kyurem with Steel Beam. Choice Scarf ensures Heatran doesn't get outsped by Kyurem and dies to the very common Earth Power.
