Welcome to the National Dex Monotype Team Bazaar! This thread is for sharing any teams you might have made with other National Dex Monotype players on the forum to use/admire. You can also ask for advice and suggest changes to improve the teams other players have posted here. When posting a team, make sure to include the importable and a short description of how your team functions so other players can try it out and learn how it works. You're also free to provide some replays if you wish; in fact, it is encouraged. While this is less formal than a RMT, please still make sure you've tried out your team a reasonable amount before posting.

That's it, you may now start posting!

Hello, it is I, Bka Onon. And I'm here with some teams for Week 1 Chaos :D

:ribombee: / :diancie-mega: / :iron-valiant: / :mimikyu: / :tapu-lele: / :tapu-bulu:
Fairy is the type I main, explaining this team in brief, Ribombee sets up webs to enable the other threats on the team. Mega Diancie is a great offensive threat having offense from both sides, Physical and Special. Iron Valiant single handedly makes Fairy VS Steel much easier for Fairy, the given Valiant set lets it get an Attack Boost from Booster Energy, which combined with Webs, is an insane sweeper. It also lives Spirit Break from opposing Valiants. (Okay quick explanation why Flutter Mane isn't on the team, here's the thing, I had it, but then the team loses any priority, which is what that can cause many games to be lost. For this particular team, Mimikyu is better, but if you can live without priority, go Flutter Mane.) Mimikyu with SD and its priority and Disguise is a great revenge killer and has good offensive STABs. Lele is a Fairy Staple which provides Fairy with Terrain to stop the many Bullet Punch users roaming free, and Specs Lele coupled with webs is a monster of raw offensive power, it's also a great abuser of Fairy Tera Moonblast. Lastly but certainly not the least is Bulu, great counter to Water teams, and helps in Fairy's worst matchup against Grass.

:araquanid: / :blastoise-mega: / :palafin-hero: / :iron-bundle: / :dracovish: / :urshifu-rapid-strike:
Rainless Offensive Water, this is NDM Ubers Water, just toned down a bit. We got the webs setter Araquanid who also punishes special attackers and blocks opposing hazards with Magic Coat. To abuse these webs, we have Mega Blastoise, the greatest Shell Smasher in the game; Palafin-Hero, with a Psychium Z to destroy Toxapex and Mega Venusaur; Iron Bundle to punish Dragon teams; Dracovish, being Dracovish; and Sash SD Urshifu-R which can punish a lot of pokemon if they are not careful, also great to kill Ferrothorn.

:pheromosa: / :lokix: / :pinsir-mega: / :volcarona: / :ribombee: / :scizor:
Another Webs team (I know I'm addicted please help) Ribombee sets up webs, the classic best webs setter, this is abused by Adamant Pheromosa with expert belt to dish out insane damage, Banded Lokix with its First Impressions, Uturns and Sucker Punches, Mega Pinsir with its Aerilate offenses, classic QD Volcarona, and SD offensive Scizor (with CLOSE COMBAT) all insane mons in their own right and very good threats teams unprepared for can have trouble with.

:torkoal: / :ceruledge: / :charizard-mega-x: / :chi-yu: / :volcarona: / :rotom-heat:
This time we have screens, not webs! Rotom Heat sets up Screens and Torkoal sets up Sun (which also helps in the water mu) for its teammates to set up and sweep. These are Sash SD Weak Armor Ceruledge (a set that has been getting very popular), DD Mega Charizard X, and QD Volcarona. All these are insane sweepers in Sun, Scarf Chi-Yu with its Beads of Ruin has insane Raw Damage Output in the Sun too.

:ninetales-alola: / :chien-pao: / :kyurem-black: / :baxcalibur: / :avalugg: / :iron-bundle:
For me, Ice has gone from least fav type to use, to one of the most fun. This is a Veil Ice team with Setup Threats such in SD Chien Pao and the Double DD Core of Kyu-B and Baxcalibur, Kyurem-B has insane raw power and Baxcalibur punishes Fire type with its ability Thermal Exchange. Avalugg acts as the Defense of the team with Snow + ID Body Press taking care of any Steel Type in Sight, lastly we have Scarf Iron Bundle, a revenge killer like no other and a brutal punisher of water teams.

:Breloom: / :zamazenta-crowned: / :pheromosa: / :blaziken-mega: / :quaquaval: / :kommo-o:
Fighting has insane unbanned mons on its side, we have an HO team with Lead Sash Breloom featuring Gunk Shot which it has received to punish Fairies, on the theme of Punishing Fairies, Zamazenta-Crowned is a big plus for Fighting teams in the matchup against Fairies, it has also received Body Press, a move it dreamt of in Gen 8. Next up is Pheromosa which is the classic Expert Belt Variant and then Moxie Scarf Quaquaval (you can replace this with Keldeo if you really want) and lastly the classic Taunt Z Kommo-o, punisher of Water, Flying, and a lot more.

:grimmsnarl: / :urshifu: / :chien-pao: / :chi-yu: / :lokix: / :roaring-moon:
Lastly we have the best type in the tier right now, Dark, Dark has a crazy 6-Slot Syndrome now and has A LOT of good options, some not included here are Moltres-Galar, Zarude, Kingambit, Meowscarada, Tyranitar. This is a Screens Dark team, but with all the new crazy unbanned threats, first up is Punching Glove Sub SD Urshifu-S, a really deadly offensive threat, even more so now that it has SD, next is SD Icium Z Chien Pao with its crazy speed and Sword of Ruin Ability, following this are Scarf Chi-Yu and Banded Lokix, both are great revenge killers, and Lokix is great VS opposing Dark. Last up is Roaring Moon, one of the best mons on Dark, with Booster Energy and DD under Screens, it turns into a Sweeper like no other, with Outrage, Crunch and Iron Head, it has a counter for almost everything barring Mega Mawile, and has the potential to end games after just one DD

So that's some teams for this Early Gen Chaos, hope you all enjoy using them! Feel free to criticize and/or make updates (and post)!

Super defense mono steel team with amazing sinergy between the members celesteela beeing immune to ground as well as spamming leech seed all over opposing teams with ferrothorn backing it up ... specialy defensive heatran vs fire threats like volcarona , gholdengo with a fighting immunity also helping vs tapu lele focus blast , MEGA scizor with a more offensive sd set that healps to revenge kill threats with bullet punch and finaly scarf excadrill that also help with an electric immunity and rapid spin support as well as potencialy sweeping after the opposing team got worn down by hazards and Leech Seed

Hey everybody, today i'm gonna show off my balance normal team that i used to climb up to 1510 on the nat dex mono ladder. this team is my pride and joy and it took me wayyyy too long to figure out how to make it it's absolute best. hope yall enjoy hmu with any suggestions or questions about this or normal type in general

18-1.png

Dua Pidgeot
(Pidgeot-Mega) (F) @ Pidgeotite
Ability: No Guard
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hurricane
- Heat Wave
- Roost
- Hidden Power [Ground] (you can use toxic instead, I did for a while and it catches people off guard 100%)

i cannot sing this mons praises enough it is the first mon i'm putting out on the field every match. 2OHKO's torkoal, shreds bug teams with it's high speed and disgusting spa never miss hurricane and you can also screw over those pesky heatrans with hidden power ground. I have a horrible habit of letting this amazing beast die way too early but don't let it die before you make it kill the things it's meant too like steel types or high speed squishies because otherwise you're done for.

398-0.png

Ariana Staraptor (Staraptor) (F) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Intimidate
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 240 HP / 252 Def / 16 Spe
Impish Nature
- Brave Bird
- Defog
- Roost
- U-turn

tanky ass mf will save your ass too many times bring this mans out on any fighting type and he will rock their shit, he's got defog, he's got survivability. Whatever you do never replace the boots with leftovers it is just not good and he will become useless the moment they put up stealth rocks.

760-0.png

Doja Bewear (Bewear) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Fluffy
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 252 HP / 192 Atk / 64 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Bulk Up
- Substitute
- Darkest Lariat

100x better than porygon2 idc argue with the wall I used porygon2 forever and he's just not as good as this dude. you set up for free on any physical attackers it's great fun! but he's so so slow though so don't expect much if you're up against a psychic team unless you can get a sneaky darkest lariat in.

660-0.png

Nicki Diggersby (Diggersby) (F) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Huge Power
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Return
- Rock Slide
- Quick Attack

Why in the world did I ever use him without choice scarf. He has amazing attack without any need for swords dance or anything like that due to huge power he is a pivotal part of the team to cover pidgeot's and staraptor's biggest weaknesses and quick attack with huge power is great for revenge kills.

113-0.png

SZAnsey (Chansey) @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic
- Soft-Boiled

the source of nightmares and easy wins. The MOMENT you expect any special attack, switch her in she will soak up the craziest amounts of damage like it's nothing.

132-0.png

Beyoncé-ditto (Ditto) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Imposter
Happiness: 128
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 SpA / 0 Spe
- Transform

they can't kill your chansey so they switch and do 3 swords dances on an atk mon and kill her with one move. You then switch into ditto, outspeed them and wipe their whole team. He's also just an insane revenge killer

(Kleavor)
So the inspiration to this team was using Vikavolt, because you know it hits like a tank and is never seen anywhere. This team surprisingly did well on ladder and was able to bring it to top 10 not too long ago at around 1650 elo. With the help of Sunnyboi0 this is what we came up with. Vikavolt as your offensive webber with a Z move to nuke any pokemon besides ground types that decides to get in your way, I'd like to add that you can switch out Hidden Power Ice for Energy Ball depending on the MU. Forretress is there as your hazard control and pivoting, it is able to deal with nearly every offensive pokemon as Rocky Helmet will chip at them and you can just Volt Switch your way out of danger. Kleavor is banded to just add additional pressure to your opponent and is able to 2 KO pokemon like Mega Venusaur and Lando T. Volcarno is a must have with it's standard coverage set. Pinsir as your mega to help with your Bug mirror and Grass MUs and finally Buzzwole to take over against those pesky Rock types. So have fun with this team my friends here are a few replays to show it's validity.

I don’t know much English so i will post one of my latest creations : Sticky Web Water team (currently i reach 1500 elo )
https://pokepast.es/6739d0c026562837
Urshifu can check a lot of annoying stalwarts such as Pex , Venusaur Mega … and some of the most dangerous leads such as Kommo-o . Walking Wake for speed control . Do you guys have any suggestions?

This is the CCAT held at 9/10/2023 (DD/MM/YYYY I'm an European) at 11PM GMT +1 revolved around Ursaluna-Bloodmoon

:ursaluna-bloodmoon::iron-treads::gastrodon::gliscor::mamoswine::sandy-shocks: (click sprites for import)

Thanks to the contributions of DimLug Big Chungus irl Neko Don Bork bruised FadedCharm ToastTheDragon777 style.css and many others for coming together to complete the team. Sandless Ground is more difficult to get right than Sand-based Ground so hopefully this works out well in practice.

Here's the initial version of the team for those who wanted to see this as well

Today's CCat although was on the spot it was hosted by none other than FadedCharm!

11/8/2023.

:kleavor: :volcarona: :scizor: :araquanid: :vikavolt: :heracross-mega:

Some didnt feel comfortable being put in the spotlight and that is okay! Yall did great with this week's Ccat! <3

From FadedCharm:

"This bug team with the help of (add contributors) is a HO webs team. It’s centered around getting past difficult match ups that other megas can’t immediately break such as bulky offensive teams like poison, water, steel, and balanced cores such as rock. Mega Heracross gives bug the raw power and breaking ability to speed destroy defensive checks with the help of its handy dandy teammates setting up hazards and wearing down would be counters/checks."

Todays CCat was hosted by me, I absolutely love having a community who will come together and create fun ideas with specific mons! <33

11/14/2023.

:sv/Pidgeot-Mega: :sv/Celesteela: :sv/Zapdos-Galar: :sv/Gliscor: :sv/Dragonite: :sv/Mantine:

Note: This CCat the community had the opportunity to choose from three separate options; Mega Pidgeot (flying), Iron Jugulis (dark), and Okidogi (fighting). Turns out the pidgeot fans voted and by a land slide victory did the pidgeon get her time to shine! This team is revolved around Mega Pidgeot with a defensive core of Celesteela, Mantine, and Gliscor! Together can this team actually do well, and to run toxic over u-turn can switch ins be given a nasty suprise. I want to thank the following; Don Bork boomp611 FadedCharm maroon style.css (for allowing me to host today <3)

Today’s CCAT was hosted by me, It was truly special moment to have the community come together and make a team. People were a little shy for the spotlight, but shoutout to you all!

12/5/2023,

:cyclizar: :walking wake: :altaria-mega: :goodra-hisui: :roaring moon: :garchomp:

*Note Poll options included Articuno, Cyclizar, and Stakataka. The Cyclizar agenda was passed and a HO shedtail team was well crafted with community effort. This team functions on not only keeping momentum going, but also hitting as hard it can. With offensive powerhouses stacked between walking wake, garchomp, roaring moon and mega altaria we stack pressure onto other teams. Even making goodra-H not passive in multiple critical matchups for dragon such as steel and ice.

Today’s CCAT was hosted by me. This was a farewell to DLC 1 and we had a great time making this team. People were a bit shy for the spotlight, but your contributions will always be recogonized and you are always appreciated!

12/12/2023,

:torterra: :landorus: :hippowdon: :excadrill: :clodsire: :great tusk:

*Note Poll options included Dondozo (Water), Comfey (Fairy), Coballion (fighting), Brute bonnet (Dark), and Torterra (Ground). The teenage mutant ninja turtle fanbase awakened and voted for torterra! We made a Hyper Offense sand team with notable replacements of mega garchomp with Torterra, achieving phenomenal wall breaking, while retaining the same qualities as sand rush excadrill and gravity landorus. Great tusk revenge kills tricky things that our sand rusher may not feel comfortable going for. Hippowdon gets either excadrill or torterra in to cause mass destruction with our handy dandy eject button. Clodsire is there being the glue that keeps the team together from water.

Today's CCAT was hosted by me, This is the first CCAT of dlc 2 and the community came together and made a lovely team. People were a bit shy for the spotlight but as always you are all greatly apperciated!

1/24/2024,

:Pecharunt: :sableye-mega: :ceruledge: :sinistcha: :mimikyu: :zoroark-hisui:

*Note poll options were Ogerpon wellspring (grass) Raging bolt (Dragon), Primarina (fairy), Archaludon (Steel), and Pecharunt (Ghost). The new mon on the scene won the hearts of ndm players! We made a balance ghost team that revolves around spreading status and wearing our opponets down. We have set up sweepers that greatly benefit from this in sinistcha and ceruledge. Mimikyu deals with the pesky dragon and dark types that might try to power through. Finally Zoroak-hisui is our revenge killer, giving us some well needed speed control!

dood... i think i cooked

MONO GHOST HYPEROFFENSE - SAMPLE SUBMISSION
:gholdengo: :ceruledge: :zoroark_hisui: :banette_mega: :gengar: :palossand:
https://pokepast.es/378d538105ca9263

so dr. Gholdengo here is a super chef man being able to immune stuff with good as gold alongside be a wincon with recover nplot. shuca berry here bc ground types suck and ceru does better w/o them
Ceruledge. good in ndou good in here...? sash warmor sd 3a as normal
horo bc we had a conversation in ndm room abt the nasty plot z set and i think the design is sick
mban bc ndou had a relevation about this shitmon and surely its good here also encores speed boosting threats and generally super annoying prio encores trades sd polt n stuff
gengar bc its design is also cool and its speed control with the scarf and my first ladder game i tricked some scolipede when they sd'd and they ragequit
palossand bc APPARENTLY electric is broken so wcompact palo should invalidate washtom and non gknot araichu. also boomp likes it and design is also cool.
so. hows the weather recently?

hihi this is Bka Onon coming in with the NDMPL V teamdump, here's how this will go, it'll be structured as:

1. Team Paste
2. Prep
3. Explanation
4. THE FUN PART - Musical Reference (I nickname every team based on an artist or an album, so I just really wanna share my music taste lol)
5. Replay

Also before beginning HUGE SHOUTOUT to Sunnyboi0 who helped me test EVERY SINGLE ONE of these teams!

Week 1 - Vs. Pengairxan
:Klefki::tapu-koko::tapu-lele::iron-valiant::diancie-mega::tapu-bulu:
[Fairy] vs [Flying]
image.png
PXL_20250317_132924761.jpg
For all intents and purposes, this is a very standard Fairy team, but with a Bka Onon twist, that being it was inherently designed to beat Flying a la CM Koko, which highly abuses screens in the Flying MU, alongside Electrium Bolt-Beam Valiant. The Bulu is an interesting Sub set mainly to deal with offbeat of opposing Electric MU. The EVs are interesting on Koko especially as I've designed it so Offensive Mega Scizor is always a 3HKO at +0, while we always 2HKO it at +0 under Terrain, also it allows for muuuch easier setup in a lot of MUs. Aromatherapy on Lele is an offbeat choice but it allows me to play much more aggressively with Koko, i.e. be able to potentially take a Toxic without any consequences. Hasty on M.Dia is unique because in our testing we actually found it better than Naive! This is because although there are much more physical priority moves, and moves in general, we noticed a general trend where being hasty aided M.Dia in matchups which were otherwise actually rolls! For eg. Earth Power from Scarf Enamorus. 36 SpDef on Lele allows it to beat QD Volcarona as it always lives +1 Flamethrower and 2HKOs back with Psyshock, it's something I have on almost all my teams.
Okay this team is named after gnx by Kendrick Lamar, specifically these songs:
Click Icon for song link
:klefki: - This song is meant about support for your friends, alive or gone, and Klefki is the glue that holds the entire team together
:tapu-koko: - Squabble Up vs Flying.
:tapu-lele: - Calm & Serene song, and SZA's vibes give me the same as Lele tbh
:iron-valiant: - Reincarnated as in Future Paradox of Gardevoir and Gallade
:diancie-mega: - I think Gloria would be a nice name for Diancie, and the same SZA vibes again
:tapu-bulu: - It's a Grass Type, It's a Man, It's the Man at the Garden

Week 2 - Vs. Rio Vidal -> Illecent Excaliburn
:klefki::iron-valiant::tapu-bulu::tapu-lele::diancie-mega::tapu-koko:
[Fairy] vs [Rock]
image.png
image.png
image.png
PXL_20250324_132526276.jpg
I don't normally like repeating teams unless they're extremely good, even then not this early, however since I was prepping for Rio, their trends comforted me enough to be able to run the same team as Week 1, however I did have a bunch of switchups that game in clutch a lot. The First being No Foul Play on Klefki which I decided was better as I decided to go slightly more AoA with Fight-Z Valiant instead of Electrium, which would've helped a lot vs Dark, Dragon and Ground, and it came in clutch in the game due to the turn 1 nuke, allowing me to maintain momentum vs Rock without them ever getting Rocks up. The Koko, Dia and Lele are the same, so read about week 1 team. Last Bulu I decided on CC > Sub to throw them off, and to help more in a potential Water or Steel MU.
This one is named after the album Hurry Up Tomorrow by The Weeknd, specifically:
Click Icon for Song Link
:klefki: - Song fits because opp is always wary of Screens, you can even say afraid.
:iron-valiant:- Another time joke...because paradox pokemon haha..
:tapu-bulu: - Sao Paulo is in Brazil, Brazil has Amazon Rainforest, Bulu is a Grass type, yeah that's it really.
:tapu-lele: - Big Sleep because once Lele gets an opening she's gonna put the entire opposing team to a big sleep.
:diancie-mega: - This is a cop out I know, Popular isn't from Hurry Up Tomorrow but..it's too good of a name to pass for M.Dia, the most popular amongst Carbinks
:tapu-koko: - The pokemon that takes Flying MU into the Abyss by owning it
https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/...-2329964540-xxdyahts7k4aeffbg5ardq66kdvq256pw - Win

Week 3 - Vs. Miyoko
:deoxys-speed::gallade-mega::tapu-lele::victini::jirachi::latios:
[Psychic] v [Bug]
To be really honest, I didn't prep for Miyoko properly this week because I couldn't find a general type trend, so I settled on seeing their playstyle trend, and decided to run a comfortable Psychic build with a lot of quirks that can catch anyone off guard if not prepared
There's a lot here, let's begin, first of all, the Deoxys-S is designed to beat Greninja and Meowscarada leads if they bring them, as well as completely ruin Scarf Roaring Moon, along with the possibility of removing Lando-T and Gliscor. Next Sub Mega Gallade easily farms Dark teams by using M.Sabeleye as setup fodder and shreds through it. Lele I decided on Z, because I wanted to bluff Scarf, catch M.Scizor off guard and delete it. Victini is again a Sub set, which is a huuugee asset in the Steel MU, seriously sub tini farms Steel extremely freely. Just standard Jirachi, and then scarf Latios, with Flip Turn, I genuinely do not know why people don't run this move, it's so insanely broken that Latios got this move, it's terrifying being pivoted on by a Latios, especially after its ruined a defensive mon with Trick.
Alright, so this team is named after Remember That You Will Die by Polyphia, specifically:
Click icons for song link
:deoxys-speed: - Once the fastest mon, not anyone, having it's Ego taking a death
:gallade-mega: - This sets up and all does indeed fall apart for the opponent
:tapu-lele: - Okay I shill lele a lot but to me it's one of the best designed pokemon ever made (After Gen 8 anw) and so it gets to play god for me
:victini: - Happy song and Happy vibes for the Victory Pokemon of course
:Jirachi:- The Audacity to bring pokemon that threaten others but get walled by Jirachi
:latios: - I mean...this is self explanatory...I hope..., also another cop out I know, but this collab b/w Marcin and Tim Henson is goated
https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/...-2336041817-75lu45n9c344mq8lmk2c89559ttd4otpw - Win

Week 4 - Vs. Fixzation

[Flying] v [Fairy]
Proper Prep is in Semifinals Team Prep button, but here I was mainly expecting one of Steel or Fairy or Dark due to my usage, and so I decided on this Flying that I could mold to plough through all of them.
Alright so I pretty much decided on a balance Flying structure built around Firium-Z Dragonite. The first is a standard Zard-Y set, followed by a standard Scarf Enam, but with Sludge Bomb, for the Fairy MU cleanup late game potential. Next AV Tornadus, I LOVE AV Torn, it can soak up hits insanely well, ruin a lot of things back, has pivoting and can run a shit ton of coverage without sacrificing anything. This one here I decided on GKnot as the coverage, since I EVd it to always live Liquidation from MSwampert in Rain and KO back, securing an offchance of Water MU. Next Corv, over Steela, because I wanted to fit a defogger and steel in 1 slot, and Corv was right there. Before Dnite is a standard hazards Lando-T, and then finally this weird Dnite set. I can mainly boil it down to the fact that this thing absolutely destroys Steel. Basically I decided to run fat dd dnite, that can take its type setting up vs Steel, and has the potential to delete skarmory with Fire-Z. The EVs allow it to always live Weavile Ice Shard, after rocks, yes that's possible, as well as outspeeding MSwamp in rain at +2.
This team is named after the album From Zero by Linkin Park, specifically:

:charizard-mega-y: - Over Each Other, as in Over Zard-X since it's unavailable for use on Flying
:enamorus: - Enamorus' lore is about being it being the goddess of fertility I believe, so yes Good Things Go along with it
:tornadus-therian:- Two Faced as in one of its forms is bad, and the other is insanely good
:corviknight:- Stained, by the weight of Fairy's opp
:dragonite:- Cop out again, this is an EP, zzz, but Up From the Bottom, is an OU ref I guess, with how Dnite was horrible in the first few generations but ever since gen 5 it's become the goat, and especially so in gen 9 because of tera
:landorus-therian:- The keyboard smash you do after getting annoyed by Lando-T (real)

Week 5 - Vs. Trichotomy
:gholdengo::celesteela::melmetal::ferrothorn::heatran::iron-treads:
[Steel] v [Dragon]
This was probably the hardest game to Scout for imo, and the hardest match in general, and tbh I won with a lot of luck, but I do think my prep was good. I expected Flying or Fairy going off week 4, but I was very off, still I believe this Steel had the potential to handle a lot of things, because quite frankly its a bit cheesy. Also to those who remember, this is the same steel I brought vs Coo in NDMPL 3, but with slight tweaks.

Okay as I said, this team is pretty cheese, and it boils down to 3 Twave mons, setting up Hex Gholdengo, and DIB Melm flinches. It gets really annoying really quick. These are all for the most part standard sets, but their arrangement is in a way that makes it very cheap. The only substandard things here are SE Heatran to snipe M.Zard-Y, and AV Treads, because I did not really care much about natural speed control on this team and much rather valued the bulk that AV provides, as well as move switching. And well, in fashion, the team did win by a lot of luck, sorry trich lol.
Not really any album reference here, but these are all songs by Elvis Presley, specifically:

:gholdengo: - This is a Jojo reference, do NOT pursuit the Gholdengo.
:celesteela: - The Da Ghetto, like the steela cuh
:melmetal:- His Way of flinching fr
:ferrothorn:- He has a dream, to parastall everything, and his dream came true in the game
:heatran:- Burning Love, the fire type love of eating ground moves with balloon
:iron-treads:- Suspicious Minds because this is scarf right how did it switch move what is that it is sus.

Semifinals - Vs. Fixzation
[Psychic] v [Dark]
:gardevoir-mega::tapu-lele::jirachi::slowbro::iron-boulder::latios:
:gardevoir-mega::tapu-lele::jirachi::slowbro::victini::latios:
Here's your Fixzation Prep, this took me over an hour to compile, please be amazed, thanks
Fix_Scout.png
Okay there are 2 versions of this team, and while I did end up bringing the Boulder ver, it was because I heavily expected Dark or Dragon, but in general, Victini version should be better because it farms Steel. Anyway if you told me to pick 1 fav team from this entire tour, this would be it. It's just, so wacky yet functional, it's everything I want to do when teambuilding. Let's begin the ages old M.Garde set from the ancient days of ORAS, which I bring back to absolute destroy Dark and Dragon, the former it does in the game, by taking 6 kills in the game. Next we have Scarf Lele, the goat, with shadow ball to take care of opposing Psychic MU. Standard Rachi, followed by Colbur Bro allows me to 1v1 and remove Greninja, Weavile, and Meow/Moon locked into Knock, all which can threaten the rest of the team. The Choice of Boulder/Victini comes down to what you're trying to snipe, if Dark/Dragon, Boulder better because much higher speed, if Steel, Victini owns that shit. Lastly, Mixed Z Latios, this is meant to lure in Alolan Muk and Huisian Goodra and remove them from the face of the earth, the 2 mons on Dark/Dragon that M.Garde doesn't directly beat.
Again, not directly an album, but a from the compilation of songs from the +x-÷ EPs by Ed Sheeran, specifically:

:gardevoir-mega: - Azizam means My Love, or Dear in Persian I believe, and M.Garde is one of my fav mons of all time.
:tapu-lele:- Idk, I can see Lele having the name Nina tbh
:jirachi:- Jirachi is DEFINETELY british istg
:slowbro:- Slowbro is 100% from New York, look at that build fr
:victini:- I see Victini being a Fire type
:iron-boulder: - And I see myself not changing the name for Boulder lol
:latios:- Tenerife Sea because Latios is inherently related to the ocean and Tenerife because Pokemon movie 5 took place in the Spanish-Italian Area I think

Finals - Vs. Elvira
:archaludon::roaring-moon::latias-mega::latios::goodra-hisui::kommo-o:
[Dragon] v [Fire]
I spent the majority of the week playing RU lol, but I eventually got to work on the prep, and ultimately decided on Dragon for the comfort and to account for type variability, but of course, there's a lot of Bka Onon :tm: things here, let's break it down. Standard Arch, just slightly faster to account for 220+ Heatrans and Opposing Arches. Scarf Roaring Moon, but here's the thing, Crunch over Knock, because I think Knock on Choice Moon is kind of self sabotage from personal experience (Ref. My game from Week 5 NDMPL IV). Next, Mega LatiAs, not Latios, Latias! Style will hate me for this but I think Mlatios is not that good, and tbh at many times is a waste of a Mega Slot, regular Latios to me does just as good if not better at times. Anyway, about the MLatias, it is an extreme fat set, meant to bully Flying Water and Ground to some degree really badly. Then we have Latios, a 2nd Scarfer, classic Bka Onon, team but here I'm using Flip Turn and foregoing Defog because the pivot core of Scarf Moon + Scarf Latios is extremely deadly with how much momentum it generated. Lastly 2 standard sets in Hoodra and Wave Kommo-o, which do their normal jobs.
Okay in the TB week, I spent my time reading through Jojos Part 8: Jojolion, and it's my fav part now, so to pay tribute I decided to name the team after Prince's songs, so I could include Soft & Wet, the MCs Stand, here's all works:
Click icon for song link
:Archaludon: - I'm a known Arch hater, so it better gett off my sights after I finish using this team
:roaring-moon: - Another time joke haha...past paradox form, 1999 was the past...Mence in 1999
:latias-mega: - My goat Latias-Mega gets the Goat Josuke's stand song
:latios: - Paisley Park another stand from part 8 to match with its twin
:goodra-hisui: - ANOTHER time joke... Sign of the times..how past goodra (hisui was the past shh) was goated
:kommo-o: - Kommo-o lowkey looks like its wearing a berret, and its shiny has raspberry colours

SURPRISE!! I also built all our teams for Sificon for the Ubers slot, because I'm like that fr, I won't go into as much depth as I went for my SV teams, but I'll give brief thoughts

:arceus-fairy::magearna::mawile-mega::zacian::flutter-mane::tapu-lele:
Standard Balance Fairy for Ubers, with Anti Ground Tech, and is mainly a Dragon snipe tbh

:groudon-primal::zygarde-complete::arceus-ground::ting-lu::clodsire::landorus:
Very sub standard Ground with niche stuff like Paradance Groudon, but it's very effective. Lando provides fast special offense that the team lacks and... Healing Wish Arceus, what's worse than 1 Pdon and 1 ZygBig? TWO
Also yeah safe to say these 2 might be banned very soon

:deoxys-speed::hatterene::necrozma-dusk-mane::calyrex-ice::mewtwo-mega-x::tapu-lele:
Alright, so in my pursuit of making a good psy team...I might have made the single best team in the tier. This team, is so insanely good that there isn't a single MU this can't win. Why? Because it's essentially 2 teams in one. It's really beautoful, try it.

:araquanid::kyogre::blastoise-mega::iron-bundle::arceus-water::dondozo:
Very standard Idea for Water Ubers, but with donBOZO, meant to calm down Rock Polish Groudon to run through this, other than that it's mainly what it should be, just a good team that's easy to pilot.

Hope y'all enjoy my builds, and can learn something about me and the tier from this, have fun, cheers!
