- The banlist for this tournament follows the National Dex NFE banlist, which can be found here.
- Best of three, single elimination.
- If metagame changes occur during the middle of a round, they will take effect in the subsequent round.
- Battles must take place on Pokemon Showdown! using the following challenge code:

Velcroc vs Ringmaster Uta
Since Ringmaster Uta is coming up from Loser's brackets they will have to win two sets in order to win the tournament while Velcroc only needs to win one set.
