Opp no showed, scheduled for 3pm pst and they agreed to the time

edit: so he asked for another time, I said 3pm pst today, didn’t log in before then. But his smogon profile says he was just online, but no message was left back on the wall so I’m calling act

Opponent no-showed twice, we scheduled for 8:30 pm Friday and they didn't show then we rescheuled to 8:30 Saturday and they still didn't show.
