It sucks that Sharpedos' run ends like this, but it was a great time to be a part of the team. Big shoutout to Oculars and Runo for allowing me to support the team and help the players. It was truly an amazing time there, and loved being a part of both the good and bad times in the cord. Would like to give a big shoutout to my goats pannu and feen for being goated pilots. Also would like to mention Sputnik for being a broken builder and someone I could look up too.

Once again, thank you everyone for the fun times, hope I can team up with you all next time! :psyglad:
 
Well, I'll say that was a fairly sobering first managerial run. It's a shame that our season went south - we had great players and great vibes, just seems like something didn't click in the results table. I'll be back stronger come NDWC. The team, as a whole, had some great moments and great vibes until basically the very end.

OU
Boomenheimer: We always had you on our draft board from the get-go and you did not disappoint. You were the main person we wanted in our SV core for the vibes and the playing, and it's safe to say you exceeded both expectations - a 4-1 SV record isn't emblematic of the effort that you put in and what you brought to the team. Cheers.

SPHZ: We didn't get to talk much, but you were a consistent clicker and delivered on your 9k pricetag with a 4-2 record. Thanks for sticking with us through the season.

SHSP: This tour was my first time interacting with you, and I can see a future for you in future teamtours. Going 3-4 is nothing to be ashamed of, and you had some great moments as well as being a consistent presence in your channel. Hope to team with you again.

Ineros: It wasn't a great tour results-wise, but I'm happy with our investment even if it didn't pan out - we knew we would get a hard worker and someone who would never give up, and we got just that. Your support was invaluable in helping out 2 of our OU slots as well do well this tour. I trust that you can improve on these performances and keep putting in hard work to achieve great results soon.

thebestever543: You were a constant chat presence and teambuilding help throughout the season. I'm glad we were able to give you a win in your start, and I don't fault you for losing much of the drive to win after being eliminated from playoffs. Glad to have you with us.

Ubers
unfuuny: You held down our Ubers slot superbly in what I believe was your first (?) teamtour. Redgoop did well to pick you up for just 4.5k in the draft, and being able to go positive in a decent Ubers pool is nothing to scoff at. There are big things coming up for you in the future. Keep improving and you may soon become one of the best NDUbers players out there.

UU
Dabman1069: You were also another prospect me and Redgoop wanted to buy in the draft. While your record may not be the greatest, your support for not just UU, but also RU (and Bo3), helped me get myself to a semi-respectable record. Thanks for teaming with us and I hope to see you again in a tour soon.

DOU
Terekusai: We picked you up as a fairly known commodity in the NDDOU community, and while the results weren't there, the drive certainly was. The long list of ramblings in your channel serves as proof of that. You didn't shy away from any concept, no matter how farfetched it may have been, and I respect it. Sorry for not being able to give you enough support this tour - I trust that you would do far better if so.

Mono
Neko: We were looking for a pair of reliable hands to hold onto the NDM slot and be fairly self-sufficient. While you didn't really talk too much, MWP was going on and I didn't provide much, if any, support, so I know those two things combined to cause that. Thanks for playing this season.

All-rounders
ARTYMASION: Your willingness to play any tier and work ethic in said tiers was great, and being able to support DOU was a huge boon for us. I'm sorry we couldn't get the results that we had hoped for, but I'm glad to have you on the team.

Fragments: I know it wasn't a good season for you, but we picked you up as a clicker and you did what you had to for the weeks. Thank you for starting in all the different slots.

Niadev - thanks for coming in and shoring up our UU slot, that UU channel was just you and Dabman talking to each other nonstop. Really glad to have you on as a helper.
Don Bork - really glad I had you and Dabman to help with RU and Bo3 stuff, you were invaluable for the team. Hope to pick you up sometime.
Dahness - similar to Niadev, thanks for the help shoring up Ubers with breezai, would love to have you on a team coming up

It’s been a fun ride for the spectriers. My first time managing a tour that wasn’t NDMPL but was ND related with the help of my amazing co Toxinalpaca.

Quite enjoyed my second foray into NDRU, had great support from Runo and helpers and found the tier difficult but interesting to build, with a lot of things that I think deserve more exploration. I made a rambling YouTube vid going over my games and some general thoughts on the state of the tier with some nice ambient background dungeon synth.


The tldr:

Ogerpon, banded Slither Wing, and Tyrantrum (probably the least controversial one here) are all frauds

If you want to use lots of pivots, make sure they have strong breakers with them

Overwhelming the limited steels with like 3-4 guys is quite a good way for offense to win

Venomoth is mad with sleep and Z both legal
