I don't fully follow every tier on smogon like any human but for managers please attempt just going through the profiles if someone's clearly not responding (for discord profiles). My discord was changed to roxieyt because I lost access to my original account because of some irl fighting stuff, my phone got broke in the process etc. This is kind of late but I didn't even know I got drafted for this tournament and no one successfully reached out to me either. Invites were sent to my previous discord and I recieved no PM on Smogon confirming I was drafted. I was the last pick too and commenting on stuff on mobile was def manageable and getting a game in a week as a sub (recovering from surgery rn so I'm stuck at home). Long story short I couldn't manage this PS team tour miraculously after I "refused" to join this team cord so can this just be reworded so it's not a chain reaction..

roxie, there was a genuine attempt to contact you via Discord and Smogon I cannot provide hard proof of this it seems. I have this log to highlight that I kept checking on Oculars's attempts to contact you.

I only have Oculars word here so if there is no proof I have no clue what went wrong there. If you want the announcement reworded sure I don't really care all that much but there was an attempt at the very least. Regarding discord reach outs, we didn't know of your new account. I only had your old account from Brutal Buzzards cord and we could not find anything on your about page at the time.

This still doesn't make sense there wasn't any smogon dm at all and what matters is on 12/29 it was said out loud that I have "multiple" discords acknowledging the fact. I had my correct one set on Smogon but needed the formal invite. This just looks like you both didn't really care and it looks like Oculars flat out lied that he was even doing anything. Then the conversation just jumps to a sellback without a DM even occurring. I was active in my NU teamcord on Dec. 23rd (Day 1 of the tour)
 
Oculars posting a discord invite link on somebody's wall for 61 minutes before deleting it isn't really contacting somebody on Smogon. Hoping you made a forum conversation after realizing it's not a great idea to leave an open team discord invite link on a wall?

While I'm a bit surprised that roxie didn't check to see if they got drafted at all, and it took this long to realize after the sellback, this is a good example of why hosts demand managers make multiple efforts to have players be active (or join in the first place) before accepting a sellback.

Probably more than a bit too late now to revert the sellback, but unless there's something showing that the managers did reach out on Smogon (for more than an hour) it probably shouldn't have happened in the first place. No blame on Runo for believing their co manager about the reach out on Smogon though.

Note: this is not a TD telling the hosts what to do, still up to them on how they want to handle things. This is mostly outside TD jurisdiction.

yes this is my bad and ill be taking all responsibility for this, none of this is on Runo, was definitely low effort on my part to reach out after your smogon had shown you were offline for over a week since the tour started and teammates had told me this wss a pattern of behavior. I should have tried to reach out better and do not believe this should negatively reflect on you whatsoever. I was the one who wanted to draft you in the first place because i respect you as a player and thought you would be valuable for our team.
