Sami: Council member, used to be one of the greatest players in the format, but I think he might be a little washed.
He has to be if he lost to me. Still, very solid player, got 10th in points.
Squeeby: My only firsthand experience with him isn't great, what with him being the only person to have lost more than one to me in tours, having a 0-2 record (1-4 when it comes to games). Still, solid player, has to be to get 7th in points.
Spy1198: Don't know a lot about them, but tied for 35th in points. Had an all things considered solid performance in Last Chance, being eliminated in Round 4 (this was single elimination) by Entrocefalo, something that is in no way a thing to be ashamed of, as they are 3rd in points and the winner of Last Chance, but Spy has no other apparent tournament results in the tier, so IDK.
unfuuny: Don't let his 32nd place fool you. While he doesn't often take battles seriously, he is very active in the tier, and when he locks in, unfuuny is dangerous. I have first-hand experience against him, and it was the hardest set I've won. I only did so because of an absurd amount of preparation, and if I was 5% less prepared, I think I would have lost. I don't think he's the best by any means, but he is very good, and a rock solid pick.
Runo: Used to be a council member, but hasn't entered a tournament since last winter. He hasn't been active on the discord for a long time, but that recently changed, and it seems he's getting back into the tier, though only time (or someone else who knows more than me) will tell if he's washed.
ILoveGarchom: Never fought them myself (EDIT: turns out I have faced them in tournament and they beat me in 2), and don't even think they are even in the discord (EDIT: they are in the discord, their username is just different), but got 15th and made it to round 10 of Summer Seasonal, so they are probably pretty good.
veti: Also don't know a ton about them, but similarly is 13th in points and made it to round 9 of Summer Seasonal before dropping out funnily enough against ILoveGarchom. However, veti also got past the first round of the Circuit.
Xurkiyee: was expecting a lot since I know they beat both me and Sami back in Winter Seasonal, but turns out that's their only result.
Calmmind75 and Iride: Don't know a lot about them, but tied for 35th in points.
Lightniong: I've seen them around frequently, was once on a team with him where I think he clutched his game against unfuuny, though that was a long time ago and I couldn't be bothered to check. Regardless, that's too far back to count for points, and he's 48th in points.
Mipc: alright to solid performances across numerous tournaments put them tied for 16th in points, and in round one of the Circuit won an upset victory against entrocefalo. Unfortunately as of an hour ago at the time of writing this, is the first one out in round 2.
Tocause: 42nd in points.
Anchor9: Another very solid player, 12th thanks to very solid performances in both the Winter and Summer Seasonals. Also managed to make it past round one of the Circuit, beating Squeeby, though he has just fallen to the person 5th in points, default0 this round.
IMrJamesI: tied for 43th in points.
Corvifaka: IIRC they took a break from the tier at some point before coming back for Summer Seasonal. They could have fooled me, as their performance there was outstanding, making it to semifinals before being taken out by 2nd place in points and the eventual tournament winner Splendid Silver Star, which made them 8th in points.
xinnobu: 26th thanks to a solid performances in Summer Seasonal. Oh, also apparently the NDPL champion, which given the fact that they only have Ubers listed as what they play, probably means they popped off there. This is how I realized that NDPL doesn't give points for this, so keep that in mind.
MirrorSaMa: Don't have any personal experience against them, and haven't seen too many of their games, but what I do know is that they are an outstanding player
minus their scarf Ribombee team they made once, what the fuck was that? I'm pretty sure they placed first in a huge tournament a while back, though I don't remember what it was, and it didn't contribute to this score. Even still, they are 5th due in large part to coming second in Winter Seasonal, although they also had great performances in NDUbers Open and Summer Seasonal. Definitely a force to be reckoned with.
liliou: Placed 21st due to a good performance at Summer Seasonal. Don't know too much about them otherwise.
Bobsican: Council member and good player, although apparently hasn't scored any points. Does know a lot about the game though.

Jumpheart/Pumpkins: Don't know how active she's been lately, but she used to be fairly active in the tier, and she's a solid player. Ranked 33rd due in part to a solid performance in Winter Seasonal.
Cancel cult: Oh hey, that's me. So, I'm going to keep this as unbiased as possible. I actually did really well in points, getting 9th, which surprised me and probably everyone else. This is due in large part to my pretty good performances in Winter Seasonal and Last Chance, in the latter of which I made semifinals, and in both was only taken out by great players in bumboclaat and Kunvirgo respectively. That being said, I kinda bombed in every other tournament. I do have some impressive wins under my belt, beating Zrp200 in 2 in Winter Seasonal, Squeeby in Last Chance and Winter Seasonal, unfuuny in Last Chance, and Sami in Circuit Playoffs. I also won a tournament game against bumboclaat with Murkrow. Ok, that's far less impressive in context. This was in a ghosting tour, meaning both me and bumbo had two other people consulting with us. This was an unserious tournament that didn't give points, and in bumbo's own words, "this is why you shouldn't build in 5 minutes" and "broke all of my normal teambuilding rules and got giga-punished." So uh, call me lot the way I should be taken with a pillar of salt. Overall, I don't feel comfortable saying how good I am. I'd say I'm good, maybe great, but I wouldn't say I'm exceptional, though I'm certainly one of the better picks you could choose.
Retereereeeree: Don't really know him, but he has alright results. 28th in points.
Rothcore: I've faced him in tour, solid player, 30th in points. Pretty active in the discord.
jjjnkn: Tied for 31st, don't know a ton outside of that.
Kunvirgo: I didn't know a ton about this player and slept on him in Last Chance before he took me out in Semifinals. Prior to this, he took out Sami in the same tournament. Then he lost to Entrocefalo in Finals, but again, that's not really a dock. This performance, as well as a victory in the SS Tour (IDK why that counts for points) put him at 6th.
