  • There will be 8 teams. If you are in NDPL VII, you cannot play in the tour!
  • Unlike previous additions, you can have three managers!
  • Managers can choose to, and should preferably signup with one or two co-managers.
  • Managers are required to participate in the auction to draft their players.
  • People who are managing or playing in NDPL VII can manage in NDFL.
  • The budget of teams and amount of players is 140k with 14 players minimum until manager signups are closed.
    • There will be NO self-purchases in this tournament.
  • Managers must select their lineup for the week and send it to the hosts before the week starts; please make sure you send in lineups on time!
  • Managers are responsible for their team's behavior. Make sure members of your team are abiding by the rules and remain active.
  • Managers are expected to facilitate substitutions when necessary.

The formats will mirror NDPL VII, so it'll be as follows (all natdex tiers of course):

Why would you make a Good Manager?:
This thread will be open for about a week or potentially sooner if we have necessary manager signups.
 
Manager: Sussaix

Team Name: Zamazenta Fight Club :Zamazenta:
List of Accomplishments: I played MFPL III, reaching the semifinals, and was also a semifinalist in NUFL II. I played UUFPL VI and am currently playing Mono PL I.
My co-manager, Guzot, played in the NDFL, was a UMFL semi-finalist, played twice in the NFEPL (winning the last one recently), NFEOL, UUFPL, NUCL, and MOMPL (where he was a semi-finalist, was a PTPL semi-finalist, and currently plays in the BWPL and EFL
Plague was champion of ADVPL SCL and several other tournaments.
Why would you make a Good Manager?: I am currently a BDSPPL V MCL I and BWPL VI manager.
Guzot was manager of PTSL where he reached the semi-finals, and he also reached the semi-finals in the current PTPL.
Plague was a manager in 2 PTPL, UUPL, ADVPL, SSPL, UUCL and several other tournaments not mentioned here.

List of Accomplishments:

Ani: Managed last NDFL to finals (as well as participating in the edition prior), qualified top cut of Natdex Majors and also made top cut of Natdex Swiss this year. Has also made top 16 of NDUU ssnl, showing his flexibility across tiers.

Medasus: Shadow managed last NDFL to finals, managed NDAMPL. Been involved in most natdex tts throughout the year, going positive in NDWC, SSNDPL and being drafted for this recent edition of NDPL. Also made semi finals of ND Slam and RU open last year.

Sami: Managed to NDFL finals last year and the past 2 editions of NDWC, went positive in SSNDPL and drafted to the past 2 editions of NDPL. Council member for Ubers and in general active and well-respected member of forums.

Why we would be good managers:
All of us are active within Natdex and know the community well, and we all want to foster a good team environment like last year. While we couldn't quite close it out last time, I'm sure we will this time! #CKC2026

We managed this last year as well as multiple other tours between us, I've got a crippling gacha addiction, Slopcat is the best thing to ever happen to NorthEast... ever, and Aso is tuff at pokemon and has the sleep schedule of a 70 year old. And well, we're good. Really fucking good.

Leroipolux is managing Champ PL, SSpl to semis and the recent NDPL he is well respected and accomplished within the natdex community and he just got drafted into SCL.
Rubyblood While he has limited Natdex knowledge, his consistency and years of experience should still show that hes a worthy asset to the winning team. self proclaimed manager god

Accomplishments: Winston managed NDPL, (real ones remember the Stalwart Skarmories) NDCL, and NDWC previously on top of competing as a player in various editions of those tournaments, also played in various other PLs across the site and won RUPL as a player. Oculars has managed NDWC, NDPL, NDBD, NDCL, NDFL, and RCOP, winning NDFL the last time he managed and getting finals as ghost manager once as well. Runo used to run natdex and is a highly competent manager having managed all the major ND tours as well as playing in them.

Why would you be a good manager?: We have extensive managerial experience, especially within National Dex. We are highly familiar with all the various metagames that will be represented in this tournament having played and managed them since the very beginning of natdex. All 3 of us have worked together in the past and we provide our players a unique building perspective as we both have very different building styles to accomodate a variety of different players and preferences. Winston also pours over OU usage stats every week for in depth usage analysis posts (which will be returning), which indirectly gives me us a lot of information on the current metagame structures and scouting that our team can take advantage of. Runo fills out our knowledge with specialties in the lower tiers and ubers, and is being paid by Big Stall to be here.

List of Accomplishments: I've made finals in all but one ND tour I've played in within the last 3 years, both as a manager and as a player. gephicka and I have EBK in doubles and lower tiers, while Boomer complements that with the OU backbone to make us successful.
Why would you make a Good Manager?: We are very motivated and love building up the next generation of natdex-ites.

List of Accomplishments: I (Vlarchoeps) went for last NDPL and had a decen record in 2-1, participated in NDCL and brought some victories for my winning team (outside of tiers of NDOU). During my time i n these tournaments, I helped out a lot for my team via teambuilding or testing. I am also very involved in the NDOU metagame in general. Ursauna's background is that she's an NDUU council member and recently drafted for NDPL and she's very familiar with lower tiers (mostly NDUU, but i know a bit about RU as well, mainly good players). Just like me, ChilliDewd also has experience in the NDOU metagame given he has placed top 50 on NDOU ladder several time and is also a huge helper in general. ChilliDewd also took part in some important ND tourneys, including ND Last Chance 2025, and NDFL 2024. ChilliDewd also has won games in rournaments reguarding SSNDOU, so he has aknowledge in this tier as well!

Why would you make a Good Manager?: We'll always make sure that our players will get an amazing experiece when they are going to play for us in NDFL, we'll help them to test and create teams to victory. We also emphasize big experience in the tiers (ChilliDewd and I in NDOU and Ursaluna in NDUU and NDRU) and we are mostly always active to help around people to get what then need (feedback, help or testing).

List of Accomplishments: Why would you be a good: Ash is an incredibly experienced player, having both tons of experience as a player, seen mainly through his incredible SPL success, and as manager, as he managed Victinis in 2025 and Solgaleos in 2026 in PTPL. Mok3s is a player with considerable experience as a manager, won a UUFPL as manager and currently managing Champions PL. They won CNPL as player and they play a lot of tours is this site. I'm has also had decent success as a manager, as he was able to manage his team to the finals of RUGL, and constantly works in manager-like roles in other tours he plays in.
Why would you make a Good Manager?: I think we're quite capable of having a good run; we've had good results in the tournaments we've managed
