In consultation with Forum Mods, taking on account number and investment of current signups, and with the intention of expanding the involvement of the general community on ND, it has been decided that for the first time, NDWC will host 12 teams. These will consist of the following countries/regions:

Latin America & Caribbean
Spain

The current regions may still be altered due to inadequate signups; if you have any questions or concerns regarding this, feel free to PM us and we will address them.

Re: skimmythegod vs Ikaishi

Ikaishi suggested a time, which skimmy agreed to. Skimmy wrote on Ikaishi's profile 10 minutes before the accorded time, but Ikaishi did not appear. 36 minutes later, the Team Latam managers were pinged, but they also failed to respond for about an hour to provide a sub. While there were some allegations about confusing timezones, those are beyond a reasonable excuse for missing a scheduled team tour match. Team India gets the activity win.

Re: SOMALIA vs Sheik :
As it won't change the outcome of the week, the managers agreed on deadgaming. Dead game.

Re: Home compatibility.

Since Home compatibility is being estimated to happen on May 30th per official Pokemon sources, the hosting team has discussed with tier leaders and a head TD, and are taking on account that:
- This will effectively free Hisui exclusive Pokemon and formes on SV ND.
- This will free only very few movepool additions.
- This will happen once Week 5, the last week of regular season, has started already.
- Tier leaders don't believe that any of these metagame changes will require extreme tiering action like quickbans.
- We have already got a week of delay because of PS outage a few weeks ago.
- TDs suggest playing on current metagames if these aren't extremely chaotic due to massive changes.
- TDs suggests not delaying week's start to wait for midweek metagame changes.

With all this in mind, the hosting team has ruled that Week 5 of SV ND formats will be played on a pre-home metagame, while playoffs will be played on the Home metagame if it's effectively implemented on PS during this upcoming week.

Re: SeraphZ vs Docutel Irene-2002

The game was scheduled for 7pm GMT+2, at which Spain became aware their own player was not online. 11 minutes after the scheduled time, Docutel was subbed in for Irene-2002 and the Spanish managers asked for Brazil for a substitute when seeing Seraphz was not online. Because a substitute was not provided within 30 minutes, Spain is granted an activity win for this matchup.

Re: Thiago Nunes vs Dasmer03

While it appears the game may have been played from VMs between the players, no replay or win post was made, and managers for Brazil and Spain did not reply when asked about the outcome. As the game does not change the outcome of the week due to the above activity win, the match has been ruled a dead game.

Re: baconeatinassassin vs FatFighter2

Both managers agreed to dead game.

Re: Week 5 activity calls

SV: Beraldo vs entrocefalo
Brazil yielded the win to entrocefalo for this match.

SV: siras vs Aera
Siras missed the scheduled time, admitted as such, and despite no notification attempts being made to Brazil's managers at the time, no response was given when I contacted them after the activity call was posted. The activity win is awarded to Aera.

Monotype: Raceding vs Cherbou
Cherbou missed the scheduled time and responded more than 1 hour later admitting such. Despite no notification to the opposing managers, they did not refute the call after it had been posted in the week's thread. Thus, the activity win is awarded to Raceding.

Re: Week 5 dead games

The following games were not played and neither side called for an activity win, and as they do not affect the outcome of the week, they have been ruled dead games.

SV: DugZa vs Jho
SV: vstra vs SwordIsBored
SV: KeldeoCrowned vs Lily
SS: kaifengyyds vs Clementine
SS: adem vs Milo
SS: mateospulario vs Stareal
Ubers: Ampha vs Guard

Re: Ursaluna ban

Ursaluna has been banned from Gen 9 NatDex OU and therefore will only be usable in National Dex Ubers and National Dex Monotype slots moving forward.
