Need help to my team!

Hi everyone! So I have just finished pokemon emerald again. My main goal this time is to collect and save all the usefull items and TMs so I can make the best/most competetive team possible to beat my brothers old savefile in firered; dont know his team.Thus far I have catched these and intend to use the duplication glitch for rare candy to get them to lvl. 100, and need help to fill in for the last one. I also need recommendation for moveset for each one and hold-item. If recommended I will of course switch out anyone of these with better options for a competetive team, but I would prefer as many of these as possible.

- Gardevoir
- Metagross
- Salamence
- ???

Notice: I can and will use the duplication glitch for as many TMs I want and iron, HP etc. for every single pokemon. I have not used the move tutor for substitute or explosion, and can breed a dragon dance salamence if recommended. As well as the move tutor at battle frontier for rockslide, swords dance, etc. Let me know if you have any questions, the nature and IV is not that important to me.

Hey animalsss, welcome to Smogon. This is not really what the RMT section is for, this section is more for showcasing/asking for help with teams following the Smogon formats or Nintendo official formats (basically the tier you can play on Pokemon Showdown), not for ingame stuff. You can still post an ingame team if you want, but you'll have to follow the rules of the section which ask for a complete team of 6 Pokemon with movesets and EV spreads... + at least 3 lines of description for each Pokemon to explain their role.

If you want to post a complete team with descriptions feel free to pm with all the stuff.
