My team is good but I need help against stalls and other things any recommendations?

:ss/skarmory:
Skarmory rocky helmet 252 hp 252 def roost spikes whirlwind toxic

:sm/pinsir-mega:
Mega Pinsir pinsirite 252 attack 252 speed swords dance return quick attack close combat

:sm/greninja-ash:
Battle bond greninja life org 252 SpA 252 speed extrasensory dark pulse water shurkiken ice beam

:sm/gliscor:
Gliscor toxic orb 252 hp 186 def 70 speed

:ss/porygon-z:
Porygon-z normalium z 252 SpA 252 speed
thunderbolt ice beam recover conversion

:ss/cinderace:
Cinderace Libero heavy duty boots 252 atk 252 speed high jump kick zen Headbutt pyro ball gunk shot.

Any recommendations?
 
I've been looking over this, and including mega pinsir, you have 3 electric type weaknesses, you do have glister, however it is quite easily countered due to it not being fast enough and being easily killed by ice and water types. Perhaps you should remove skarmory from your team and replace it with another setter.
