Needs Work, But good foundation (I think)

I am looking for help making an awesome team
Here are the current stats and spreads off all the Pokemon
Changes are made in RED

Smogon Bird (Talonflame) @ Life Orb
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk
Jolly Nature
- Bulk Up (In stead of sword dance, gives a better bulk to survive some hits)
- Flare Blitz
- Brave Bird
- Roost

Talonflame in its element, a janitor. My main goal with talonflame is to clean up weak pokemon and to kill mega pokemon before they can set up (brave birds to their faces while setting up SD/DD). The lack of rock sniping is a constant problem for Talonflame, but due to the nature of tallonflame, i can constantly roost off the rock damage when they are scared out.

To Fast, To Quick (Magnezone) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Analytic
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Flash Cannon
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Magnezone is my primary threat on this team, but not for the reason people think. This Magnezone is choice specs and analytic, this means that if he moves last (he commonly does) his SpAtk is boosted sky high and can 2KO almost all common special defensive pokemon in the tier.

Sup My Ninja (Greninja) @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Modest Nature
- Surf (changed from Hydro Pump, need the accuracy)
- Ice Beam
- Dark Pulse
- Extrasensory

Greninja is my primary special attacker, he is quick, powerful, and always has STAB advantage. He is very good at taking down weak pokemon and does a good job with the healthy ones too.

Big Ass Threat (Mawile) @ Mawilite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head
- Play Rough
- Sucker Punch

The mega slot has been one i have debated for a long time. This team original came with mega Charizard, but i could not have both him and Talonflam on same team, so i changed it to Mawile. Mawile is capable of taking down full teams with just his sucker punch, but it is in this sentence that shows its weakness, its best way of killing pokemon is dependent on them using atacks. This weakness is one i am working on overcoming, but i am open to sugestions for this slot.

NO ICE PLZ (Gliscor) (F) @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 184 Def / 252 HP / 72 Spd
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- Taunt
- Substitute

Gliscor has been one of my favorite pokemon of all time. Then they gave this beast Toxic heal, giving him something few walls have, a reliable recovery method. This set also takes advantage of a very useful move, Knock Off. By knocking off Pokemon item, you weaken them for the remainder of your battle.

Duck Tank WoOo (Porygon2) @ Eviolite
Ability: Trace
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Recover
- Ice Beam
- Toxic

Hear me out on this last one, this pokemon is so much better then most people say it is. Polygon is able of sponging allot of attacks, while weakening them with Toxic/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt. He is also able of copying their ability, this comes in handy for doing things like stealing glyscors toxic heal, Jolteons volt absorb, or Agrons filter.

Any help or advice you can give would be greatly appreciated, Hope to heat from the community soon

Hey! One thing that really caught my eye is the Talonflame you have there. See, I think that Life Orb and Bulk Up contradict each other. With Life Orb, your EVs and moves, I'd suggest putting Swords Dance back there. However, as you already have a SD booster in Mawile, I'd propably give Bulk Up set a shot. This is the set found on the official analysis on the site. It basically trades Attack and Speed for more special bulk, letting you gather more than one boost more reliably.
move 1: Bulk Up
move 2: Brave Bird
move 3: Roost
move 4: Will-O-Wisp / Taunt
ability: Gale Wings
item: Leftovers
evs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
nature: Careful

In addition, I must compliment you on SpecsLyticZone (sorry for the awkward name), I used it for some time in my own Talonflame team, and man that thing hits hard. It is a bit prediction heavy, but when it works out, it certainly works out. I also compliment on your Greninja set, I think that is the only set Greninja should be running in OU, as it checks a myriad of relevant OU Pokemon just with those 4 moves. I don't have really anything to suggest for Mawile replacement, although I think you need some Speed EVs. 124 Speed EVs lets you outspeed most Scizor, Azumarill and Aegislash, all relevant threats. I also think your defensive core of Gliscor + Pory2 is solid enough. Good luck in your future battles!
