The Team: Ambipom, Honchkrow, Hitmonchan, Quagsire, Regirock, Tangrowth.

Team Changes: Quagsire > Vaporeon.

Here We Go.

dpfba424.png

Ambipom. (F) @Life Orb. ***** BeckyQuick.
Technician.
Jolly. (+Spd, -SpAtk.)
252Atk, 252Spd, 6HP.
Fake Out.
Aerial Ace.
Brick Break.
U-turn.
[She's mah lead Poke. Unless Weavile is scarfed, she'll be able to outspeed it with U-turn and switch it to either Quagsire or Tangrowth, and as for dealing with Hariyama, AAce is solely for it. Ambi's my most favorite non-Water-type Poke. EVAR!]

dpmba430.png

Honchkrow. (M) @FSash. / CScarf. ***** HeadHoncho.
Super Luck.
Naughty.
252Atk, 232Spd, 24SpAtk.
Sucker Punch.
Pursuit. / Night Slash.
Drill Peck.
HP: Grass.
[One of my most experimental Poke's ever with an unusual spread don't you agree? STAB Sucker Punch and Pursuit for Zam and Mismagius, and HP: Grass for Quagsire before it does Yawn. There's a reason why I nicknamed it HeadHoncho, to outpredict. He's the soul of this team.]

dpmba107.png

Hitmonchan. (M) @Life Orb. ***** BKZabJudah.
Iron Fist.
Adamant. (+Atk, -SpAtk.)
252Atk, 252Spd, 6Def.
Agility.
Close Combat.
ThunderPunch.
Bullet Punch.
[Brooklyn's own Zab Judah, my all-time favorite Professional Boxer. Perfect name for Chan. TPunch for Gyara, and Bullet Punch for the knock out. Taken out Bulk Up for Agility as suggested.]

dpmba195.png

Quagsire. (M) @Leftovers ***** Waldo.
Water Absorb.
Relaxed. (+Def, -Spd.)
252HP, 220Def, 36SpAtk.
Yawn.
Ice Beam.
Surf.
Earthquake / Counter.
[Taken out Vaporeon for it. Perhaps a Yawner. It'll be in handy against Sandslash.]

dpmba377.png

Regirock. @Leftovers. ***** Aztec.
Clear Body.
Careful. (+SpDef, -SpAtk.)
252HP, 252SpDef, 6Atk.
Thunder Wave.
Stealth Rock.
Ice Punch. / Stone Edge.
Earthquake.
[I really need Stone Edge for Charizard which will be a dead duck if I were to stick with IPunch, and of course, I made my Rock an SRocker.]

dpmba465.png

Tangrowth. (M) @Leftovers. **** Rick James.
Chlorophyll.
Bold. (+Def, -Atk.)
252HP, 230Def, 26Spd.
Sleep Powder.
Leech Seed.
Energy Ball.
HP: Fire.
[STAB Energy Ball for possibly most Water types, I'm not so sure about Lanturn. HP Fire for Pinsir.]

Threat List:
Aerodactyl: Ambi can Fake Out before Aero can Taunt, on next turn, U-turns *no pun intended* to Quagsire.
Azumarill: Problem if Growth is KO'd.
Ninetales: HypnoPlotting is gonna be hell for Growth and Quagsire.
Crobat: Like Ninetales, this one can outspeed most of my team. Perhaps ParaFusion.
Regice: Switch in Ambi or Chan.
Registeel: Worried about Toxic.
Hitmonlee: I'm relying on Quagsire's Counter or Ambi.
Pinsir: MyGrowth has enough Def IV's to survive Pinsir's XScissor.
Dusclops: Regirock and TWave it then Growth can drain it with LSeed, forcing it to switch.

If it's BL/UU, Vaporeon can't be there... and you are talking about OU stuff like Gyarados or Heracross. You should say if it's focused to play in BL or in OU, but with Vaporeon...

Hitmonchan shouldn't have Bulk Up + Close Combat in my opinion, because you are losing your Defense boost. Try an Agility one or a Choice Banded with Mach Punch.

If you are afraid of Yawn in Honchcrow, then use Insomnia over Super Luck.

Ambipom will need a strong STAB move like Double Hit to break Substitutes.

From what I have been reading up and I am a total noob Borderline is not even a metagame and your team clearly breaks UU, even if Borderline Pokemon were allowed in Underused your Vaporeon would still break the rules. I have never had one competitve battle, but mabye you can use Hitmontop over Hitmonchan, because Hitmontop is sturdier to pull it off and Intimidate can help you out as well. But since this team is for Standard Machamp or Heracross would probally be the best choice over Hitmonchan if you are looking for a Fighting-type Pokemon. Machamp is strudier than Hitmonchan and Heracross can be used for its higher Speed an awesome type coverge.

I'll sub Vaporeon with Quagsire right now. Thanks for the tier update.
As for Agility on Chan, I'll try it.
