New metagame: No Evolutions

I searched this forum and found nothing like this idea, so im here to suggest it:

A new metagame, that only allows pokemon that don't evolve, such as absol. Some legends should be banned, like suicune, because it would be too powerful in this metagame. Ubers are also banned. Here's the list of pokemon that should be allowed in my opinion:

Not only I find the "allowed list" you posted very weird (Porygon unallowed in RBY? You serious?), this is not the place to post about new metagames. Your best shot at trying this metagame is a tournament (like it has been done for similar "new metagames" like noSTAB, Forgotten OU and so on), but I question the enjoyability of such a metagame.
