new team

I ditched the other one because it was too close to my advance team.

This one is centered on sandstream, spikes and causing switches. I really liked Aninymouse's team (http://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18120)
and modeled mine after his. I focused more on the defensive side though. I admit I really don't know how to spot weaknesses, so I probably missed a few things.

Mojanbo@Leftovers
Leaf Guard
252HP, 100 Attack, 100 S. Attack, 58 Def
(+Def, -Att)
-Power whip
-Knock off
-Focus blast
-Leech seed

Starts things off nicely by scaring off common starting swamperts. Knock off is an awesome move, and I'm glad something usable gets it. Focus blast is for skarmory and Power whip for blissey, sort of an inferior CS Venusaur. I want HP:Fire but I'm not going to spend time breeding.

[strike]Flygon @ Leftovers
Levitate
EVs: 140 HP / 96 Atk / 108 Def / 164 Spd
(+Spd, -SAtk)
-Dragon Claw
-Rock Slide
-Screech/Toxic
-Roost

Standard, I think. I'm leaning toward toxic, because I really don't like screech's accuracy. Then again, if I use toxic, Skarmory has a good laugh.[/strike]

Slowbro@ Leftovers
Own Tempo
252 HP / 224 Def / 32 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
-Surf
-Thunder Wave
-Ice Beam
-Slack Off

Bulky water. I like psychic alot, and it worked well in advance, but I think I might need icebeam more in this generation.

Skarmory@ Leftovers
Sturdy
252 HP / 96 Atk / 160 Def
(+Def, -SAtk)
-X-Scissor
-Spikes/Stealth Rock
-Drill Peck
-Roost

No beautiful skin, because every one expects it and no team I've see recently even bothers with Jibacoil. X-Scissor for the Tyranitar/Starmie switch-in. The second move depends on the pokemon below...

Uxie@ Leftovers
Levitate
(Not sure about EVs here. Need help)
(+Special Def., -Attack)
-Stealth Rock/Rest
-Shadow Ball
-Psychic
-Psych Up

This thing is definitely underrated. Psych-upping calm-minds from Suicune/Jirachi/Raikou is a huge gift, given its stats. I can't decide between Stealth Rock and Rest. Stealth Rock is a bonus to the whole team, but this guy is my only defense against special attackers, so I need him alive.

Tyranitar@ Choice Band
Sand Stream
252 HP / 144 Atk / 96 Def / 16 SDef
(+Atk, -SAtk)
-Pursuit
-Rock Slide
-Focus Punch
-Sleep Talk

The old CBTar. This is the only one I can fit sleep talk on, and I don't have a cleric, so a sleep absorber is pretty much needed.

Threat List:
Tyranitar: Flygon, Mojanbo, Skarmory
Heracross: Skarmory (this is bad; the whole team goes down to hera if skarmory dies)
Infernape: Slowbro, Yuxie
Garchomp: Slowbro
Electivire: Tangrowth, Flygon (Depends on the moveset really. I completely forgot about this guy until about an hour ago, and can't add a 100% counter)
Raikou: Tangrowth, Flygon, Yuxie
Starmie: Yuxie
Gyarados: Skarmory
Azelf: Yuxie Slowbro
Salamence: Slowbro
Heatran: Yuxie, Slowbro
Rhyperior: Tangrowth, Slowbro
Porygon-Z: Yuxie
Swampert: Tangrowth, Slowbro, Yuxie

Whew. I started typing this an hour ago.

CB + Sleep Talk doesn't work - or rather, it shouldn't, but NB is dumb. Competitor will have it fixed. Just use the Stone Edge/Crunch/Pursuit/Earthquake (or Focus Punch) standard, IMO.

You're going to be dancing a lot to keep the bigger threats down... You have one Rock resist who takes around 50% from a CBtar Stone Edge... You have FOUR Bug weaknesses, so have fun with CBcross.

Rhyperior, Hippowdon, and Swampert are the standard Tyranitar counters - Hippowdon being the best.

I don't think Uxie is really helping you much, if you drop it for something that can give Heracross trouble (Gliscor, Weezing, or a flying type like Gyarados), you'll be looking a lot better.
