ORAS OU New to Showdown, would love advice on my first team

Hey all, I've recently made my very first team for Showdown OU, I used one team before that I found online and changed about 3 moves and an item but this is my team that I built from scratch and I really want some advice on it as I'm not sure if it's that great or not x)

So normally my lead is Blissey or Mamoswine depending on opponents team. I appreciate any help or advice anyone is willing to give, thank you :)

With the team I wanted all three status moves (no confusion) and I thought Toxic/Twave would be acceptable on Blissey, but let me know if you think otherwise
Blissey @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
Nature: Calm
EV's: 252 Def, 252 Spd, 4 SpA
Flamethrower
Toxic
Thunderwave
Wish

I use Protect with Dusclops just for the stall if opponent has status. Also not really sure about night shade, is there anything else I can use instead?
Dusclops @ Eviolite
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Bold
EV's: 252 Hp, 80 Def, 176 SpD
Pain Split
Will-O-Whisp
Night Shade (?)
Protect

Everyone seems to ask why I run Leaf Blade and Psycho Cut instead of Zen Headbutt, since playing Omega Ruby I've always found use of Leaf Blade, especially with facing Azumarill, And I prefer the crit chance with Psycho Cut over the extra damage.
Gallade @ Galladite
Ability: Steadfast
Nature: Jolly
EV's: 252 Atk, 4 SpD, 252 Spe
Swords Dance
Close Combat
Psycho Cut
Leaf Blade

Used to use Air Balloon with this standard build but not really sure what item to have in place.
Volcaona @ Lum Berry (thinking of changing to something else)
Ability: Flame Body
Nature: Timid
EV's: 252 SpA, 4 SpD, 252 Spe
Quiver Dance
Fire Blast
Giga Drain
Bug Buzz

Not really sure about Mamo... He's been useful at times but normally gets killed pretty quick. Not sure whether to use Icicle Crash or Icicle Spear, which one does more damage?
Mamoswine @ Focus Sash
Ability: Thick Fat
Nature: Adamant
EV's: 252 Atk, 4 Def, 252 Spe
Stealth Rock
Ice Shard
Icicle Crash
Earthquake

Yes the horrible Toxic/Sub set, I love using him, most people rage quit against this guy! Not sure about EV spread, I want him to have a lot of Hp and Speed but without sacrificing too much Def, that's why I use this EV Spread. And I rarely use Earthquake with this guy as he is more of a stall, I am considering switching for something more useful like Knock Off
Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
Nature: Jolly
EV's: 40 Hp, 216 Def, 252 Spe
Protect
Toxic
Substitute
Earthquake

Hi Stone Caton and welcome to PS! and/or Smogon!

Overview

For starters, I notice that you're new. This means naturally you'll be running a few unviable mons / sets, which is fine. When I first started, I used pretty weird sets / mons myself. Even to this day I do. There are some minor issues with this team, as well as some major ones. In my rate, I'll tell you the threats, moveset changes, etc., and if it's too much to read, I'll provide a tl;dr section. Alright, let's get it.

Threats / Weaknesses & How to Deal With Them

tyranitar-mega.gif
- Just by glancing at the team, I can see that Mega Tyranitar is a prominent issue for this team. It can Dragon Dance on some mons and proceed to sweep your team. Your main stop to this is Mega Gallade, but it even doesn't appreciate a +1 Crunch; as it has a 25% chance to OHKO (one hit KO) it. To deal with it, perhaps you could run something along the lines of Keldeo. Keldeo provides an answer Weavile, Bisharp, Tyranitar, etc. I feel as if this would be for the best of the team, because you're pretty weak to this mons. Imo, add this over Dusclops.

Keldeo @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Justified
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Scald
- Secret Sword
- Hydro Pump
- Hidden Power Bug / Hidden Power Electric

Scarf Keldeo provides a solid revenge killer for this team, as well as always beating Mega TTar 1v1 (unless it has like 4-5 boosts for some reason, then sorry, you're outta luck). I chose HP Bug to nail Lati@s, Slowbro, Celebi, and more. HP Electric can hit Gyarados, if you want to hit that instead.

weavile.gif
- Again, a big weakness is Weavile, as your main answer is Gallade. You have no solid switch ins, though. Keldeo2 remedies this issue.

bisharp.gif
- As with the other three, Keldeo3 can beat Bisharp as well. It can set up and sweep your team with relative ease, but you do have Mamoswine with a sash I guess. But, that's more of a leading mon that'll die early game, so it's not very reliable.

charizard-mega-x.gif
- Charizard-Mega-X seems to be a really annoying mon for this team. Bulky / Wisp DD Zard can plow through this team, but standard offensive does the same essentially; just loses to Mamoswine, but again, it'll die early. To help with this mon I would add Landorus-Therian over Gliscor. It beats Talonflame and Charizard-Mega-X in particular, which are pretty big issues.

Landorus-Therian @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 8 SpD / 8 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock

Stealth Rock & Hazard Stack - You have a Volcarona with no hazard removal. This on its own is pretty bad. Hazard Stacking teams can have fun against this team, finding common opportunities to lay down Spikes or Stealth Rock. To help with this, maybe add a Starmie over Blissey or Dusclops. Personally, I'd go over Dusclops; considering how bad it is in comparison to other mons. Starmie gives the team Rapid Spin and a water resist.

Because that's all the mons I can add without changing your team, that is all.

Moveset Changes

gallade-mega.gif
- Change Leaf Blade to Knock Off. It hits more Pokemon than Leaf Blade would, and Close Combat still hits water- types for equal damage (120 x 1.5 = 180 | 90 x 2 = 180). Skill Swap can also work to annoy Mega Sableye.

mamoswine.gif
- If you added Landorus-Therian, I'd suggest you change your set from a sash- lead to a standard attacking set.
Mamoswine @ Life Orb
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Ice Shard
- Earthquake
- Icicle Crash
- Freeze-Dry

I suggest Freeze-Dry because you're quite annoyed by Rotom-Wash.

That's all! As I've said, welcome to PS! and/or Smogon, and I hope I helped.
