newbie need help with team :)

ok this is my first time on smogon and Im not sure how everything works or if Im posting in the right place so sorry :P I need some help with my pokemon white team if you'd be so kind :D

physical lead: Terrakion jolly @choice scarf 4hp/252atk/252speed
close combat,stone edge,earthquake, x-scizzor

bulky physical sweeper: Gyarados adamant @ leftovers 176hp/128atk/204speed
taunt,dragon dance, waterfall, ice fang

special sweeper: zapdos timid @ life orb 4def/252 sp.atk/252 speed
thunderbolt,heat wave,roost,thunder wave

special sweeper/spinner: starmie timid @life orb 252 sp.atk/4sp.def/252 speed
t-bolt ice beam, surf rapid spin

tank: cresselia bold @leftovers 252 hp/136 def/120sp.atk
moonlight,calm mind,ice beam,psychoshock

annoyer: whimiscott bold @leftovers 252hp/252def/4sp.def
leech seed,substitute,stun spore,encore

so thats my team any help would be appreciated also if someone can explain to me how to work dream world abilities I havent figured out how to do that on my ds yet I would like to replace gyarados with a moxie salamence and zapdos would be better with lightning rod can anyone think of a better special sweeper than zapdos that isnt frail like porygon-z or alakazam? and the reason I run t-wave over hidden power on zapdos is its a pain to get the ivs right for ice so :/

You're going to need to check out the RMT Rules; we require descriptions for each Pokemon. You should try and elaborate on why you chose it, what it has over similar Pokemon, what the moveset and EV spread does, etc. Check out the RMT Archive for an example of what we expect out of RMTs. PM me expanded descriptions and I'll reopen this thread.
