Jellicent @ Waterium Z / Ghostium Z / Life Orb
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Water Spout / Hydro Pump
- Trick Room
- Shadow Ball
- Ice Beam / Sludge Wave / Recover

Offensive trick room set, using its passable special attack and high bulk and relatively low speed when minimised.

Water spout is a high power option that is more powerful than hydro pump when you are above 73% HP, that when coupled with waterium-z allows you to still fire off a 200 BP nuke when you are at lower HP.

z-shadow ball is another option that doubles in power when the z crystal is used, and hydro pump should be used if running this instead. Life orb is another option to get higher powered moves in general.

Recover is an option in last for longevity and to power up water spout again when you predict swaps. Ice beam / sludge wave are also options however for coverage.

General idea
Jellicent is a good spinblocker, but it is difficult to get past Dark-type pokemons and Pursuit users.
Luckily enough, most of them are weak to Dazzling Gleam and Colbor Berry, alongside a good bulk, allows Jellicent to weaken them to the point they are knocked out.

EVs (spread) and item
The EVs spread is the same as the defensive set.
The item chosen is the Colbur Berry and not a Z-crystal because we are able to counter Knock Off more effectively and it is useful towards all the Dark-type attacking moves (even though only one time).

Magic Coat is a very niche option to bounce back hazards and other non - attack moves. Jellicent can be a lead which can set rocks/status on opposing rockers like Empoleon, Hippowdon, and Azelf, which in Azelf’s case can also bounce back Taunt. This set is also excellent against stall as it can bounce back Toxic from Alomomola, Quagsire, etc.

The Spread is standard defensive to improve longevity and Colbur is there in case of a misprediction of rocks vs Krook.
