Yeah, Nidoqueen needs 168 EVs to hit 230 Speed, and I believe it gives you a chance to tank a Life Orb Moltres Fire Blast/Hurricane and kill it with Thunderbolt. I find the bulkier spread more useful when using Stealth Rock, but don't try to win any Nidoqueen Speed ties since most of the time it won't work. Just a small note, since you're aiming to outspeed Crawdaunt with that spread, that you can not only OHKO it with Thunderbolt but also Earth Power/Sludge Wave, and that eases prediction when your opponent has a Manectric or Electivire on their team as well.

Gurdurr does well vs Nidoqueen if it has Ice Punch. I would add that and Sigilyph and Lickilicky to checks and counters.

This is ready for GP checks! Added Sigilyph and Lickylicky but not Gurdurr, as it is 3hkoed by Nidoqueen, while being unable to ohko back, and most of the times it can't even 2hko back (Ice Punch does 43.47 - 51.55% to 4 HP Nidoqueen)

EDIT: I also removed the mention of a HC set from OO, as it seemed too gimmick and unneded even for there. If anyone disagrees i can add it, i may be missing something that it can actually do better than the special set.

[Overview]

Nidoqueen is one of the most influencial influential Pokemon in the RU tier. It's unparraleled Its unparalleled power, perfect coverage, amazing ability, lack of Life Orb recoil, as well as good bulk and typing, make her the one of the best special attackers in the tier. Besides destroying stuff When not spending ripping apart the entire opposition, Nidoqueen is able to set up an excellent user of Stealth Rock, making her one of the best offensive users of the move, mainly due to all the many switches she forces, and not to mention the fact that she can 2HKO any every spinner in the RU tier. Despite all of those advantageous traits, Nidoqueen does have a major flaw, her disappointing Speed, which means that she can be quite easily revenge killed by most offensive Pokemon, and the fact that she has four quite very common weaknesses doesn't help either. Just make sure that you cover Nidoqueen's few flaws, and rest assured because if you do, she will always pull her weight by destroying defensive cores and setting up those nasty rocks! Stealth Rock.

[SET]
name: Special Attacker
move 1: Earth Power
move 2: Fire Blast / Flamethrower
move 3: Thunderbolt
move 4: Sludge Wave / Stealth Rock
item: Life Orb
ability: Sheer Force
nature: Modest
evs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

Nidoqueen's best and only set. With full SpA investement investment, a Modest nature, Sheer Force, and a Life Orb, she hits a sky-high 461 SpA Special Attack. This monstrous power coupled with her perfect neutral coverage, means that with the right prediction, the whole entire RU tier can be OHKOed, except from excluding Clefable and Munchlax, which are both quite rare. Earth Power is her main STAB move that destroys anything not resistant to that does not resist it. Then a Fire-type move A Fire-type is chosen the best option to deal with Grass-, Bug-, Steel- and Ice-types that could otherwise tank a few hits otherwise, such as Cryogonal, Escavalier, Rotom-C and Ferroseed. Fire Blast is preffered preferred for the greater power, but Flamethrower can be used if you prefer the perfect accuracy and higher PP. The next move piece of Nidoqueen's impeccable coverage is Thunderbolt, which allows Nidoqueen to get past Water- and Flying-types, such as Slowking, Aerodactyl and Moltres. In the last slot, (add comma) she can use Sludge Wave to lessen the need for prediction, as it hits many targets for neutral damage, while also 2HKOing Uxie and Mesprit (the first needs requiring Stealth Rock), or Stealth Rock for great team support, as Nidoqueen will find many opportunities to set it up with all the many switches she forces.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

Nidoqueen's Special Attack stat is maxed and Modest is the chosen nature to hit as hard as possible. Maximum Speed investement is optimal to outspeed max Speed neutral natured Absol and minimum Speed Cryogonal, while the 4 remaining evs EVs are dumped into HP. A Timid nature can be used, as with it, Nidoqueen outspeeds to outspeed many important Pokemon, such as max Speed, neutral natured base 80s, max Speed, positive natured Jolly Smeargle, 156 Speed Klinglang Klinklang, (add comma) and max Speed, neutral natured Feraligatr. However, it is worth noting that the power loss is quite big large, and turningseveral OHKOes and 2HKOes will be missed into 2HKOes and 3HKOes. Ice Beam hits Dragon-types very hard, ohkoing OHKOing max HP Druddigon after Stealth Rock, and at least 2HKOing any of the NU dDragon-types, such as Fraxure, Dragonair, and Altaria. Focus Blast can be run to 2HKO Clefable and Munchlax, but it can only do it 49% of the time due to its bad accuracy, and it low accuracy makes it undesirable, as it serves no purpose otherwise. Shadow Ball is the only move of Nidoqueen learns that can 2HKO support Gardevoir and Misdreavus, however rare they may be, and also deals the best damage out of any other move to Psychic-types, namely Uxie and Mesprit. Substitute is an option to ease prediction against offensive teams. Lastly, (add comma) a more bulky spread can be used, with 88 HP / 252 SpA / 168 Spe and a Modest nature, to outspeeding max Speed, positive natured, base 55s, mainly Jolly Crawdaunt. With those HP evs EVs, Nidoqueen always survives a Fire Blast from Life Orb Moltres and OHKOs can OHKO back with Thunderbolt. (should i mention that adding a few moe Speed evs might be good or no?)

As with most offensive Pokemon, entry hazards are very helpful, as Nidoqueen forces many switches, while also protecting those hazards, as it can due to its aforementioned ability to 2HKO any every spinner in RU. Smeargle, Uxie, Ferroseed and Aerodactyl can all set up hazards and work good synergize well with Nidoqueen. Smeargle works good well because of it's ability to keep maintain the hazards it sets up by using Explosion, and the rest because they have decent synergy with Nidoqueen, resisting one or more of her weaknesses. Partners to handle the Pokemon that can outspeed and hurt Nidoqueen badly, if not OHKO it, are valuable. A good one is Slowking, that which resists three of Nidoqueen's weaknesses, while Nidoqueen checks most Electric-types that threaten Slowking. Aerodactyl also works good well with her, as he it checks most Fire-types that can force her out, while also outspeeding anything else that might give Nidoqueen problems trouble, such as Sceptile, Rotom-C, Sigilyph and Uxie.

[Other Options]

Nidoqueen can run a mixed defensive set with an EV spread of 252 HP / 132 Def / 126 SpD, a Bold nature, Leftovers and the moves Earth Power, Fire Punch, Ice Beam and Stealth Rock. This set can check some a decent number of threats, (add comma) such as Manectric, Galvantula, Electivire and cChoice-locked Fighting-types attacks, while having better longevity than offensive Nidoqueen but much less power. However, you are better off not using Nidoqueen as a defensive Pokemon, because her very exploitable weaknesses, and lack of reliable recovery will let you down. A set utilizing a Choice Scarf can be used, mainly for the surprise factor, which can lead to some OHKOes against Pokemon that would otherwise outspeed you, but except from other than that, she is outclassed as a Choice Scarf user by pokes Pokemon with better Speed, power and STABs. Finally Lastly, Toxic Spikes can be used over Stealth Rock, but in a tier where one of the most- used Pokemon is a Poison-type, Nidoqueen herself, (add comma) you will rarely manage to keep them up for longer than a few turns. <Nidoqueen is not on every single team, and it is one of two Poison-types in the tier. You should mention that if the opposing team lacks a Poison-type, Toxic Spikes are very effective.>

[Check and Counters]

Nidoqueen has only a handfull of counters, but plenty of checks. Clefable and Munchlax are the only true counters she has in RU, as aside from Focus Blast, they are not 2HKOed by any other move she carries <What can they do in return? Both are piss-weak, perhaps you should mention that they cannot do much do Nidoqueen either.>. Lickyilicky, Misdreavous and Garedvoir work too if you want to look in NU <again, how can they hurt Nidoqueen?>. Slowking and Cryogonal are good checks, as they are able to come into half of Nidoqueen's moveset and deal great damage back, if not OHKO. Other than that, anything that can switch into some if it's her attacks, outspeed and hit her super effectively will do the trick. For this reason, (add comma) Moltres, Entei, Aerodactyl, Uxie, Mesprit, Sigilyph, Sceptile, Rotom-C, Gallade, and Kabutops are all great checks <this is a really long list, perhaps you should split it up a bit and explain them a little more, ex: "Moltres is an excellent check, as its Fire Blast does a large amount to Nidoqueen and it can switch-in on any move not named Thunderbolt." or something like that>.

What is the policy with am GP checks? Do i wait for a GP checker to give me the green light, do i just implement it, or finally do i implement whatever i think is right/ok?

You take all of the checker's suggestions and changes as if they were done by an actual GP checker, but if there is something you completely disagree on or find questionable, you ask the am checker here in the thread. An actual GP checker you'd take all of their changes almost unquestioned (like 95% of the time).

Added most of the stuff pokemon0078 suggested! I didn't mention how each check mentioned in the last paragraph of checks and counters can deal with Nidoqueen, as i think it is quite obvious, but if anyone disagrees let me know, so that i can flesh it out a bit more.

Added c_l's GP check!

Also here are my comments on the changes and additions that c_l proposed:

Explained in details how each check deals with Nidoqueen in the checks and counters section.

Explosion is very common in Smeargle so of 'course it will be mentioned.

Also it doesn't matter if Sheer Force boosts the BP of the move, as the BP of the move is multiplied with the SpA stat to determine the product, so it doesn't matter if i put the 1.3 multiplier of Sheer Force into the BP of the move or into SpA. Life Orb affects the SpA stat, and its multiplier is 1.3, so this is what i did. Basiacally to determine the SpA stat of a Modest Nidoqueen with LO and Sheer Force all you have to do is multiply 273 * 1.3 * 1.3 = 461.

Mentioned that Sludge Wave 2hkoes many pokes with the right coverage move.

But Sheer Force doesn't affect the stat, it affects the Base Power of the move. It just so happens that Nidoqueen gets a Sheer Force boost on every move that it would normally use. Just say that it has the equivalent of 461 Special Attack, since it technically doesn't have that stat itself.

Also, implement those serial commas, it's site policy. There's also no need for bolded

tags, since whoever uploads the analysis will just remove them anyway.

Anyway i don't care about theory, as practically what i said is true. You can move the Sheer Force boost to SpA instead of the BP of the move, and the product remains the same, because this is multiplication. So practically Nidoqueen's SpA stats IS 461 after the ability and the LO boost. Anyway if there is a so huge problem about such a minor theory thing (in theory Nidoqueen's SpA doesn't become 461, as Sheer Force affects the BP of the move, but because the BP of the move and the SpA are multiplied in order to get the product, you can put the Sheer Force wherever you want, thus practiacally it is the same as boosting Nidoqueen's SpA), then i suppose i could change it, but i think it is ok really.

And c_l for what serial commas are you talking about, i implemented everything you proposed.

Serial comma:

A Fire-type move is the best option to deal with Grass-, Bug-, Steel-, and Ice-types that could tank a few hits otherwise, such as Cryogonal, Escavalier, Rotom-C, and Ferroseed.

There were a few others that you missed as well, I think that's what c_l was talking about.

Also do not bold the
tags please, it's just a nuisance to whoever has to upload it.

Also c_l is correct about the Special Attack stat, as we don't want to mislead the readers; Sheer Force doesn't directly affect the Special Attack stat, so change it to equivalent or whatever c_l suggested.

Nidoqueen is one of the most influential Pokemon in the RU tier. Her unparalleled power, perfect coverage, amazing ability, lack of Life Orb recoil, all in tandem with her good bulk and typing, makes her one of the best special attackers in the tier. When she's not ripping apart the entire opposition, Nidoqueen can set up Stealth Rock and support her teammates. That's not all, Nidoqueen is one of the best offensive users of the move—not only can she force many switches, but she can also 2HKO every spinner in the tier. Despite all of these advantages, Nidoqueen does have a major flaw: her mediocre Speed. Furthermore, her four common weaknesses make her easy to revenge kill. As long as you can overcome her flaws, Nidoqueen will always pull her weight by destroying defensive cores and setting up Stealth Rock.

This is Nidoqueen's most effective set. With maximum Special Attack investment, a Modest nature, Sheer Force, and a Life Orb, she has the equivalent of 461 Special Attack. This monstrous power coupled with her perfect neutral coverage means that with the right prediction, the majority of RU can be 2HKOed. Earth Power is her main STAB that destroys anything that does not resist it, while a Fire-type move is the best option to deal with Grass-, Bug-, Steel-, and Ice-types, such as Cryogonal, Escavalier, Rotom-C, and Ferroseed. Fire Blast is preferred for its greater power, but Flamethrower can be used for its perfect accuracy and higher PP. The next piece of Nidoqueen's impeccable coverage is Thunderbolt, which allows Nidoqueen to get past Water- and Flying-types, such as Slowking, Aerodactyl, and Moltres. Sludge Wave can be used for its decent neutral coverage, while Stealth Rock can be used to support Nidoqueen's team, as she will find many opportunities to set up on the many switches she forces.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

Maximum Special Attack and a Modest nature is required to hit as hard as possible. Maximum Speed investment allows Nidoqueen to outspeed max Speed Absol and minimum Speed Cryogonal, while the remaining EVs are dumped into HP. A Timid nature can be used to outspeed many important Pokemon, such as max Speed base 80s, max Speed Jolly Smeargle, 156 Speed Klinklang, and max Speed Feraligatr. However, it is worth noting that the power loss is quite noticable, turning several OHKOes and 2HKOes into 2HKOes and 3HKOes. Ice Beam hits Dragon-types very hard, OHKOing max HP Druddigon after Stealth Rock, and 2HKOing Fraxure, Dragonair, and Altaria. Focus Blast can be used to 2HKO Clefable and Munchlax, but its low accuracy makes it undesirable. Shadow Ball is the only move Nidoqueen learns that can 2HKO support Gardevoir and Misdreavus, however rare they may be, and also deals with Psychic-types, namely Uxie and Mesprit. Substitute is an option to ease prediction against offensive teams, and it works pretty well considering the amount of forced switches. Lastly, a bulkier spread can be used with 96 HP / 244 SpA / 168 Spe and a Modest nature, outspeeding positive Crawdaunt. With 96 HP EVs, Nidoqueen always survives a Fire Blast from Life Orb Moltres and Leaf Storm from Life Orb Sceptile and OHKOes back with Thunderbolt and Fire Blast, respectively.

As with most offensive Pokemon, entry hazards are very helpful. Thanks to its ability to force switches and 2HKO every spinner in the tier, Nidoqueen is an excellent offensive pivot. Smeargle, Uxie, Ferroseed, and Aerodactyl can all set up hazards and synergize well with Nidoqueen. Smeargle works well because it can use Explosion to bring Nidoqueen in safely. Uxie, Ferroseed, and Aeroactyl have decent synergy with Nidoqueen, resisting one or more of her weaknesses. Partners that can handle the Pokemon that outspeed Nidoqueen are valuable. Slowking is a good example as it resists three of Nidoqueen's weaknesses, while Nidoqueen can take care of Electric-types that threaten Slowking. Aerodactyl is another great partner as it can take out the majority of Fire-types that force her out, as well as threats such as Sceptile, Rotom-C, Sigilyph, and Uxie.

[Other Options]

Nidoqueen can run a defensive set with a Bold nature and an EV spread of 252 HP / 132 Def / 126 SpD. Earth Power, Fire Punch, Ice Beam, and Stealth Rock provide the highest level of utiliy and coverage, and the EV spread means she can check a decent number of threats, such as Manectric, Galvantula, Electivire, and Choice locked Fighting-type attacks. A set utilizing a Choice Scarf can be used for its surprise factor, but other than that, she is outclassed a by Pokemon with better Speed, power, and STABs. Lastly, Toxic Spikes can be used over Stealth Rock, but in a tier filled with Poison-types you will rarely manage to keep them up for longer than a few turns. If you can remove opposing Poison-types from play, then Toxic Spikes can affect many dangerous Pokemon, such as Entei, Cofagrigus, and Sceptile.

[Check and Counters]

Nidoqueen only has a handful of counters, but plenty of checks. Clefable and Munchlax are the only true counters she has in RU, as aside from Focus Blast, they are not 2HKOed by any of her moves; in return they can wear her down with Seismic Toss and Body Slam, respectively. Lickilicky, Misdreavus, and Gardevoir can wall Nidoqueen and kill her with Body Slam, Shadow Ball and Psychic, respectively. Slowking and Cryogonal can switch into half of Nidoqueen's moveset and deal great damage back, if not OHKO her. Other than that, anything that can switch into her attacks and hit her super effectively will do the trick. Moltres, Entei, Aerodactyl, Uxie, Mesprit, Sigilyph, Sceptile, Rotom-C, Gallade, and Kabutops are all great examples of this. Moltres can switch into Earth Power, Fire Blast, and Stealth Rock, and proceed to deal huge damage with Fire Blast, Entei can switch into Fire Blast, Thunderbolt and Stealth Rock, and dent Nidoqueen with Flare Blitz, and Aerodactyl can switch into Earth Power, Fire Blast, Sludge Wave, and Stealth Rock, and threaten her with Earthquake. Uxie can switch into anything apart from Sludge Wave and 2HKO Nidoqueen with Psychic or Zen Headbutt, while Mesprit can threaten Nidoqueen with Psychic or Psyshock. Rotom-C can switch into anything bar Fire Blast and Sludge Wave and hit hard with Leaf Storm. Offensive Gallade can switch into any unSTABBed move that Nidoqueen carries and OHKO back with Zen Headbutt. Finally, Kabutops can switch into Fire Blast, Sludge Wave and Stealth Rock and threaten back with Aqua Jet or Waterfall.

There were a lot of repetitive sentence structures, missing commas, awkward sentences, and general clunky prose. I'm not going to highlight my changes because there were so many, but here is a copy and paste version for you.

Thx for the GP check Komodo, and sry for all those mistakes, i am a pretty crappy writer. Implemented most of it.

Some stuff i didn't remove was the part that i was talking about Sludge Wave's usefulness. You removed the part where it eases prediction by 2hkoing many of her checks in combination with the right coverage move, and that it 2hkoes Uxie and Mesprit, which no other move can do. These information are important and help the user understand why he should use Sludge Wave, so they stay.

This and some other minor things, have a final look at it, and tell me if it is fine.
