Host Clarification time:

F4 players is when King roles activates.

F2 pairs is when F2 dropping-gear and buying new gear occurs. So, the F2 round could hypothetically happen with 4 or 3 or 2 players, but if everyone is solo, then that means it will actually be a f2 player scenario.
