Noivern should never stay in against an Aromatisse, especially one at completely full health. His best bet is to sub in Flamethrower/Psychic/Dark Pulse in that 4th slot depending on the situation and team comp. Boomburst - Dragon Pulse/ Draco Meteor - Air Slash/ Hurricane; are all moves he should have as they cover everything rather well. Focus Blast is also something he can utilize in that 4th slot, although I've never needed him to take out anything using it, except for maybe the stray Umbreon popping up.

I bred this Noibat a few months ago:

Hasty Infiltrator Noibat 31/31/31/31/31/31 (+Snatch, Tailwind, Outrage, Switcheroo)

I want to EV train my all my 6th gen Pokes soon as I recently completed the collection full of 5+IV 4EM Matching Ball Pokemon on everyone so I was wondering what would be a good set to accomodate the nature/IVs? Its shiny so I dont want to replace it.

I want to try to test a few sets out on Showdown so any suggestions to try out would be appreciated.

Why are we bringing up Aromatisse and Rhyperior? This is Noivern's role in OU we're talking about, not UU/RU.

This is the set I use:

Noivern @ Choice Specs / Life Orb
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature / Hasty Nature
- Hurricane
- Draco Meteor
- Focus Blast
- Switcheroo / U-Turn

It's boringly standard, but I use it rain HO and I quite like it. The main thing is of course "why use it over Tornadus-T?" First, it's 1 speed point faster than Greninja and 2 speed points faster than Tornadus-T meaning that it isn't revenge killed by Greninja (offensive variants die to LO Ice Beam and using AV on Rain is dumb). On top of this, it gets Infilitrator, which makes it a better revenge-killer in the rain than Tornadus-T. Specs outdamage LO Torn-T and is personally what I would use, but I slashed it with LO just in case you prefer switching moves (which may honestly be a better idea). Hurricane's 30% paralysis chance is really useful in clutch moments as always. Yeah, I don't think Psychic/Dark Pulse coverage is going to help. Shadow Ball could theoretically be helpful though.

Also I wouldn't ever use Air Slash, even outside of rain, especially not when locked into specs. It's piss weak and you're honestly better off banking on Hurricane hitting than Air Slash doing damage.

maaan, Noivern is nothing short of incredible. It's totally viable in the OU metagame due to being one of the few things faster than Greninja. Sure, it lacks the overall offensive output most Dragons have in OU, but dat speed tho :pirate:. Plus, it's got a nifty (and underrated) ability in Infiltrator, which means nothing is safe behind a Sub. I like this mon a lot and I find myself using it every now and then for a surprise factor.

Still loses badly to Mamoswine tho :(
