^ My gift of silence is their best

That one is pretty amazing, but for my money it's Cloudy Now or End of the World.

Snow Patrol - Make This Go On Forever

The emotions in this are so huge. For some reason I think DM should listen to it. If he hasn't already.

Nine Inch Nails - Hurt

I don't care what anyone says. This is the best NIN song and not even Cash's cover does the original justice for me. This is an alltime favourite song and it will always be. Hurt is special.

Scarsick: Pain of Salvation
uh... what's going on

edit: once again, i will have to listen to a POS album 5 times before it makes any sense
that's what i love about them :)

Bowling for Soup - High School Never Ends.

Everyone I've played that song to has said it's crap, but I think it's awesome. The chorus is the godawful truth about society.

9.5/10 - because the only song I'm ever giving a 10 to is Queen's Don't Stop Me Now.

The Black Dahlia Murder: Elder Misanthropy

Everyone that's heard that song says it's too hard for them, except fr 1 girl & 2 guys from my class. The guitars are just drop-dead-awesome. The rhytm is so simple, yet so addictive.

9.5/10, because the grunting is sometimes too...<insert bad word here>(vocabulary deficit)

Dream Theater - "A Change of Seasons"

10/10. This song is just a masterpiece. Many complex melodies, clocks at over 20 minutes long, and is one of Dream Theater's many "epics." This song is very emotional overall, and is definitely one of the shining moments in Dream Theater history. Everyone in the band does a fantastic job, and Derek Sherinian plays with the band like he was with them from the beginning. Don't just get this song, though; get the entire EP. It's very long, at 54 minutes (which is ironically longer than DT's first two albums), but the other songs in the EP are very good covers by the band. GET IT.

Why? - Light Leaves

9.5/10

One of my favorite songs by Why?, and Probably my favorite ending to an album.

!_!
llama we share alot of music taste from what i can tell, although i only recently got into why, elephant eyelash is quickly becoming one of my favourite albums

np: why? - gemini (birthday song)
this is probably my favoruite song by them, but light leaves is fanatstic too, alongside pretty much the whole second half of the album (speech bubbles is great, as is sanddollars, and act five is one of the most beautiful songs i've heard in a long time)

there is no grace in act fiiiiiiiiiiiive
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
