with which album should i start by these guys? i have an album i think, but don't know which one.

well they have a distinct drone side and a distinct folk side.

i started with Shadow Kingdom, which showcases both.

however i'm quite partial to Ghost Folks and today my first listen of The Dance of the Moon and the Sun might very well vault it into my "favorite" position of what i've heard.

they have a massive fucking discography, and most of their releases are 2 discs with 75+ minutes on each, so it's a daunting task to dive in to.

so i'd say just pick one of those three and then just work through at whatever pace you feel compelled to, but i'd say give all three atleast a couple listens before you make up your mind on whether or not to pursue them further. it's a fucking LOT of material to absorb.
