Munchlax (Hugo) (M)
Nature: Quiet (Special Attack increased by *, -15% Speed, -10% Evasion)

Type: Normal
Normal: Normal STAB. Can adapt comfortably to any surrounding after 3 actions. Able to use Outrage without losing focus.

Abilities:
Pick Up: (Innate) This Pokemon has a natural habit of collecting items. Whenever a hold item (its own or an opponents) is used or knocked onto the ground with a move like Knock Off, this Pokemon will immediately pick up that item without using an action. It can also grab dropped or naturally occuring hold items in arenas.
Thick Fat: (Innate) This Pokemon has a great deal of extra fat or muscle that increases its resistance to extreme heat or extreme cold, reducing the type effectiveness of Fire and Ice-typed attacks to the next level of resistance (2x weak becomes neutral, neutral becomes resistance, etc.)
Gluttony (LOCKED): (Innate) This Pokemon devours healing and stat increasing berries at 50% health (flat) instead of 25% health (flat).

Rebble (Clem)
Nature: Modest
Type: Rock
Rock: Rock STAB; Take 2 less damage from all special attacks during Sandstorm. Able to use Sand Tomb without losing focus.

Abilities:
Levitate: (Innate) This Pokemon naturally floats above the earth when released or easily takes flight, evading Ground moves like Earthquake, Bulldoze, and Magnitude. Other Ground moves can still hit.
Technician: (Innate) This Pokemon is more skilled at performing weaker moves, causing any of their attacks that normally deal 6 or below base damage to have their base damage multiplied by 1.5. (e.g. Aerial Ace goes from 6 to 9, Mach Punch goes from 4 to 6, etc.) The Energy Cost for a one-hit or two-hit attack is increased by one (1). Each hit in a multi-hit move is boosted by one (1) damage, and the Energy Cost for multi-hit attacks is increased by two (2).
Mold Breaker (DW): (LOCKED) (Innate) Whenever this Pokemon attacks, it emits an invisible, blindingly quick pulse preceding the attack that disables the opponents natural abilities (e.g. Levitators plummet towards the ground before Earthquake hits, Volt Absorb will not absorb electric attacks, Clear Body does not prevent stat-drops, etc.)

Munchlax's Thunderbolt dealt a good chunk to Squirtle, but the super-Water Spout combo dealt absolutely massive damage to Munchlax!
Munchlax went up and jumped onto Squirtle, but he could do nothing in return!
Squirtle fired off a massive Pump of water, but Munchlax just went and launched another Thunderbolt!

Will the next round be our last?! Make your actions and we will find out!

Squirtle makes a small barrier right in front of him, but is still pushed back a bit by the incoming Thunderbolt!
While Munchlax is trying to charge up a Thunderbolt-of-death, Squirtle Faked him Out!
Finally, Squirtle apparently got a little tired and Yawned! After a small discussion on IRC, it was decided that Munchlax would fire off another Thunderbolt, narrowly leaving Squirtle out of Torrent range!

Hey, sorry for unflashing this flash match. I had my two most important exams today.

Munchlax used Thunderbolt! (15 ENG)
Crit roll irrelevant, para roll irrelevant
15 DMG
Squirtle was KO'd! Typon wins!

As what seems to be our final round commences, Squirtle begins storing power. I wonder why? I mean, Munchlax is just going to slam him with a Thunderbolt... What's this?! Oh, I know now! Rag knew he would take a big hit, so he allowed Torrent to activate! WOAH! A double Hydro Pump attack with a Torrent boost?! No wonder Hugo went flying after that strike!

However, typon77 isn't going to let that slide! He just commands his Munchlax to fire off another Thunderbolt (where are these coming from...) at Squirtle! It did the same damage every time, but it appears that Shorin is really on the ropes now!

About to collapse, Shorin inhales and fires off one final Hydro Pump! As it connects with the little bear, a giant dust cloud pops up, obscuring Hugo from view!
...
ZAP! Out of the dust cloud, another Thunderbolt is sent off! Amazingly, the Munchlax survived again! However, Shorin was not so lucky, as the Thunderbolt sent him barreling into the wall of the arena! Only a second later, the turtle's head went limp, and cartoon X's appeared over its eyes!

Typon wins the match!
