It also gained Teleport - I don't know if it's worth to lose Volt Switch - and Rising Voltage. Losing HP Ice/Grass is a problem for him. Honestly I don't really see a reason to use it over Raichu/Jolteon/Manectric but let's see what it can do.

Especially since its gonna evolve in a week or so. Electivire is basically a much better Electabuzz. Motor Drive is pretty interesting, and Electivire has all the perks of electabuzz.
