Won vs Kapper and thus the whole tour. Yay.
It's a little too late to vouch for Kapper but I do want to at least congratulate him on his performance. While he wasn't very high on my PRs, he did beat players who were - and with a very dominant performance too, only one game dropped until finals.

You know, my motivation's been in a bad place recently. I kinda just wanna stare at Denreze fanart for hours and forget about the mons, about uni, about life. I'm a little tired, so I was originally going to stay out of this. But you know, for how much the bracketmaker keeps trying to troll me, it actually kind of helped me here. "Hey, this guy beat me in NUFL, let's get back at him", "hey, this guy knocked me out of LT, let's get revenge", "hey, please don't lose to Matt, thank you". I ended up caring enough to drag myself back to the builder and do stuff. Even built a few extras I ended up not needing. Did proper scouting for each of my opponents. At the end of it all, it was fun. And for that, I'm happy.
I know it's a smaller tour so no one wants to get pinged, but I still want to thank all sorts of folks. The ladder goons who helped me test, namely Loocas, Midwest Emo Band, Matthew, Uberfiend, and all sorts of secret alts and folks who don't have Smogon accounts. The people who asked me for tests, inadvertently helping me test too, like Shengineer, Dr. BJ and Django. The folks who I stole teams from, namely Suzuka and Shen. And everyone who's been cheering for me in the thread and outside of it. Thank you.

gg, deserved. congrats to both for making it to finals and obviously to mgjg for winning the entire thing
Can't lie was kinda rooting for a Kapper win after they knocked me out but can't be mad at getting 2 shoutouts in a win post so I'll let this one slide :)
