I won’t write weird tooth-core posts like some of my fellow managers (Danny Sirwings) so apologies if this is just less flashy and gets lost in the thread
If you think you have what it takes to represent the Altarabbias, then shoot me a dm! We’re looking for people who want to be super active and can play/support multiple tiers, especially the ones Mewbby and I don’t cover. Good luck everyone except Danny!

sv people who haven't had many chances in team tours but probably should get more chances in team tours:
JustOut459 - plays every indiv and on the edge of qualifying for sv circuit, qualifying for classic circuit
Regiboob - host main, hasn't played many nu tours, but playing scl
Osipova - good individual runs and great NUFL in ORAS
Showl - in every individual tour, about to qualify for circuit and classic circuit
DeMarvelous - another one with a good circuit showing
Gom - decent NUFL and meant to be a rands god?
Zangoose360 - good NUFL, always hard to face on ladder
Wappy.kBs - been on the edges of team tours for ages, give them a chance. also qualifying for classic circuit
Hairoll - some big individual wins, has a wcop trophy
Click>Think - ladder tour qualifier, good open run
HisuiHeat - has shown up recently in ladder tour / ssnl, also yaps
Yourwelcomethanku - very good ladder tour run with some bs teams as well. annoying to prep for
Reminder that players like Shadow079 (4-2 in SCL) milliongatejumpguy (5-2 in NUPL) and brick (started in SCL) would have been on this list a year ago. give new players a chance and u might get a bargain

i’ll second django’s recommendation for yourwelcomethanku and hisui heat, very creative builders that can add a lot of varied but strong teams to their scout (being able to play the whole spectrum from stall/balance/offense) which is a good trait in SV. also both active right now. basing this off of seeing them in RU but the fundamentals are strong
ts brings a tear to my eye
For the first time ever im not managing so I can share my pool of players I want to see given a chance to play in the NU Team tours. I wont be repeating names from Django list but yeah Zangoose360 , JustOut459, HisuiHeat, Regiboob and Osipova specially are names there id extend my shout out too.
Other names I vouch and wanna see being drafted
Scarf Kricketune - I never saw him playing a single NU game. That said he is a good PU player and most important he grinds the builder and is an available and genuine nice person. He is a shenion he just doesnt know that yet.
Nara - SPBC definitely not a new face but is someone that is going to be pushing development of all old gens she touches and is an amazing person to have in a team. For sure someone that would be great to have as a regular in NU tours.
mipc - Multiple cup deep runs and whenever he plays team tours he does OK. He should be more recognized in our community kind of the BR middle stage of Xiri.
Braga - BR kid that played NU in a PTPL last year and went super positive. If integrated in our community could be come a regular of good lvl.
diego - New yapper but has 2 ZU circuits (thats like being super rich in monopoly money) So we need to bring him to real tiers and also make him a NU regular. Nice person and possibly can really click.
Dead by Daylight - One of the most importants shouts i have to make. DbD is chronically snubed. Finished +2 in FL in ORAS and has a good SV game. Is past the time he is given not only a draft slot but a playing one.
July - July likes GSC and is nice. Should be enough reasoning.
