Rules
  • Follow all rules listed here.
  • Schedule via Smogon VMs. It's easier for us to make decisions for activity calls when we can actually see what went down with scheduling.
  • If you are unable to schedule with your opponent, please let your managers know ASAP so they can communicate that to us or the other team's managers for a potential substitute.
  • Substitutions may be made after a week has started. When making a substitution, please tag myself, the managers of the opposing team, and all of the players affected by the substitute to ensure that everyone is made aware. Players who have already played in the week or were subbed out in the same week cannot be subbed back in.
  • If a match remains incomplete by the time of the deadline, it will be subject to an activity call.
  • Replays are mandatory. Not only are they useful for confirming wins, they contribute to usage stats and allow the people who couldn't watch the games live to watch them later.
  • All players must conform to the username requirements specified here. In short, alts must be voiced on the Smogtours server, and/or closely resemble the player's Forum Name in an identifiable way.
TERA BLAST IS BANNED IN SV. DO NOT USE IT. USING IT IS AN AUTOMATIC LOSS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Glacial Glastriers (5) vs (5) Money Maker Musharnas
SV: hellom vs HAVOCKNIGHT - both new to SV NU in teamtours, I think hellom is the better player overall
SV: GeniusX vs mind gaming - haven't seen geniusx play this and mind is obviously an excellent player
SV: lotiasite vs Fogbound Lake - similar to the above prediction really
SV: tier vs JJ09LIE - expecting tier to have a good season after NUCL, and JJ is new here also
SS: aerobee vs Thiago Nunes - basing this solely on experience with the tier
SM: Fc vs robjr - Fc is a demon at SM NU, robs results have been up and down here recently
ORAS: NoName6293 vs Trade - Trade is very good at this tier, while NoName is very good at ORAS OU and a bunch of other tiers. I'll bold Trade just based on tier experience, but wouldn't be surprised to see NoName take it and be bolding him a lot later in the season
BW: MZ vs seraphz - idk how much experience MZ has in BW NU, but I think he's a good enough player to pick it up and win
DPP: HSOWA vs Ninja - a big highlight this week, Ninja seems more active in building and pushing the tier ahead, I think he could pick up an advantage before the game and take it. Very fun match though and don't count HSOWA out
ADV: SEA vs mayo

Flamigo Amigos (6) vs (4) Vitriolic Vileplumes
SV: Shengineer vs Fusien - another fun matchup, 8-1 SCL vs OST winner. One for the mainer vs tour player enjoyers
SV: S1nn0hC0nfirm3d vs Cow
SV: OranBerryBlissey10 vs Ruffles - Interested to see how Ruffles picks up SV, will go with the more proven record in SV NU for now
SV: myjava vs big tony 2014 - the crackhead builds will be too much for myjava early in the tour
SS: Stareal vs C0nfiden1 0yster - consistently excellent records in SSNU, Oyster is newer and has less results
SM: Hacker vs Xiri - hacker sucks
ORAS: Brandonlee1 vs Ampha - never seen brandonlee play this and Ampha always puts up consistent results
BW: Tack vs Baddy - baddy won BW NU open and is top of BW Slam. He will win again here
DPP: Sirwings vs Heysup - hard to predict against Heysup, this will be a funny match though
ADV: goldmason vs mielke - goldmason loves this tier and think he will be very motivated to start strong

Diancies are Forever (6) vs (4) Tailor-made Talonflames
SV: DugZa vs Danny - danny is washed and dugza is good
SV: Diamonds_realm vs Tuthur - this is another highlight, huge implications for upcoming SCL. I think Tuthur will just have the edge but it's insanely close
SV: Gondra vs milliongatejumpguy - I would love to bold mgjg but Gondra is a really tough opp and I think experience will win out here
SV: Dangerous vs THE_CHUNGLER - sorry rik, chungler has looked good in a number of tours and will be strong this year
SS: Pokeslice vs The Strap - as much as it pains me to say it, slice might be near the top of this pool, while strap doesn't have too many results here
SM: Bouff vs EviGaro - Bouff has been doing well in a lot of different tours so hope they can continue here
ORAS: asa vs poh - asa is good
BW: Real FV13 vs Bughouse - good matchup, Bughouse always shows up for NUPL
DPP: neomon vs Expulso - close matchup but neomon is self declared washed and expulso seems to enjoy this tier a lot
ADV: Xrn vs Oathkeeper - cool to see xrn return, he's a powerful player
