Actions: Toxic Spikes - Grass Knot - Toxic Spikes
If he uses Fire Punch on any action other than action 1, use Water Sport on action 1.
If he uses Protect on action 2, use Chill on action 2.
Arena: Reverse Time Flow - turn order is completely reversed (ie, higher priority attacks happen after lower priority ones and a slower mon's attack happens before a faster mon's one of the same priority); for attacks with a charge-up or evasive action (eg, Focus Punch, Sky Attack, Dig), swap the priorities of the charge-up/evasive action and attacking action before reversing the turn order; the "cooldown" action for combos occurs on the action before the combo is executed rather than after.
Kimli continues his offensive fury, smashing Cruella with a frigid, furious fist, as she tries to set up entry hazard for her comrades to take advantage of. She trips the great behemoth up with ropes of grass, extending vines from her magnificent bouquets! There is no grass to use for the move! Kimli takes full advantage, beating his belly like a great war drum, cutting his HP to boost his attack to critical levels! OH MY, THIS IS GOING TO HURT! IT'S GIGA IMPACT! With a great smash, Cruella de Vil flies through the air, almost landing in the moat around the clock face, but she still manages to set up her second layer of Toxic Spikes - but will it do Team Objection any good? Time will tell. Speaking of time, the flow now returns to normal - time for straight up street combat. I celebrate with the original Song of Time.

... Damn it. THIS IS YET ANOTHER REASON I'M A TERRIBLE REF. Fixing now, then reffing.
EDIT: Actually, Snorlax lost a pretty sizable chunk of HP, and Roserade lost a lot of energy from the attack, so I'm giving you both a chance to reorder.

Regular Time Flow
Cruella de Vil is looking drained, but manages to create a doll of herself (whether it's made from dalmatian fur is up for debate) to shield herself from Kimli's next mighty attack, but his Headbutt shatters it effortlessly! As a last ditch attempt, she tries to trip him again with powerful vines, but while they take a large chunk of his health out, it doesn't stop him smashing her into the clock face with the power of ZEN.
Well, they say if Cruella de Vil doesn't scare you, no evil thing will, so can anything stop Kimli at this point?! And the arena roll is about to make things worse for Objection as we once again go to reverse time flow! With Objection having nothing to outslow the behemoth known as Kimli, can he turn this match around?

Lady Tremaine the Jynx, come back out. Thank goodness your Psychic typing means you can lift anything with Psychic no matter how heavy it is.
Psychic - Psychic - Psyshock
If he uses Protect and he didn't use Protect on the previous action, use Reflect the first time and Light Screen the second time, pushing remaining actions back in each case.
I should point out now that in reverse time flow, the "cooldown" action for combos occurs on the action before the combo is executed rather than after. By my calculations you'd still be able to execute it before I can KO you though.

Reverse Time Flow
As Kimli charges for his mighty combo, Lady Tremaine gives him a toss using Psychic power, but it's not enough to deter him from charging her with a powerful flaming fist, only made worse by her Dry Skin! However, the mighty combo proves to be too much of a strain for the behemoth, who finally falls, though the attack took one hell of a toll on Lady Tremaine...
Fast time flow, gogogo!

Actions: Rock Slide~Earthquake~Rock Slide.
Major Ursa is sent in to try and sweep the remnants of Objection's team, but as he does so, he stubs his toe on Cruella De Vil's Toxic Spikes! Will they contribute to his defeat? We'll soon see. Once again seeing the terrifying bear before her, Lady Tremaine sets up a protective screen to weaken his onslaught - just as she did at the beginning of the match. And again, just like the beginning of the match, Major Ursa attempts a Rock Slide, before remembering that the clock face has no rocks to slide. This fatal error in the late stages of the game allows Tremaine to blast him with Psychic (evidently Objection's favourite attack, not that I blame him) as the bear counters with a mighty Earthquake, rocking around the clock til broad daylight. The Major flounders furiously now, knowing his trainer expects a rock slide from thin air, knocking Tremaine out with a stray swipe - but not before she crushes his puny mind again! Objection recalls his fallen Jynx, and Judge Frollo the Medicham again faces this terrifying foe!
As for the arena... Lookee here, CRAZEH FLOW!

It explicitly said there were no natural elements. You did the same thing in the first round of the battle.
... And indeed it says not to ref actions that are "illegal" (though that could probably have been clarified...). Would you prefer to do that round again, or continue?
I deeply apologise for all this, I'm an enormous idiot.
Or, y'know, I could be a lying arsehole and do it now. That too.
Team Objection:
Frollo@Expert Belt (Pure Power, Telepathy)
HP: 59
Energy: 55
Speed: 92
Stats: 0
Status: Reflect 3a
Actions: Drain Punch - Brick Break - Drain Punch
If he uses Counter, use Bulk Up on that action
And we're back for the final showdown, as the flow of time goes completely out of whack, and allows Major Ursa to smash Frollo with a brutal Double Edge attack, but the conniving Judge is able to restore part of the damage dealt with a handy Drain Punch attack. Perhaps realising that he's done for, Major Ursa raises his middle finger to Frollo as he closes in for the kill with a Brick Break, sealing Maxim's fate. Objection wins!
