I can notice at a first glance that your team is very weak defensively, a CBander(such as Heracross or Garchomp) will give your team alot of trouble.

Your team is just to frail.

Infernape gives you massive problems, nothing can switch in on him and he'll plow through this team. If you find yourself facing the CBer as a starter, it will Flare Drive your entire team to death.

I think to solve the Infernape problem you might want to use Gliscor over Absol, it can pass S-Dances and has moderately good defenses. Vaporeon over Mawile, it has better HP Subs and can pass defense too. those are my pokemon suggestions.

I like Swords Dance on Ninjask, Absol won't be able to take hits very well and can't switch in to much, and Swords Dance on Ninjask can promote an early sweep from Medicham. You might want it over night slash.

Speaking of Cham, I think Hi Jump Kick/Thunderpunch/Ice Punch/Psycho Cutter works the best, With an S-Dance HJK is a 2hko on skarm I think. You'll probably already have a sub up from your passing, and not many statusers can beat Cham.

Your Espeon set is killed by Taunt, which lasts a couple turns now.

ASGengar I think outspeeds Ninjask(Correct me if I'm wrong) and OHKO switch Thunderbolt, and its supposed to be a popular lead.

What you really need is a Manaphy counter, Heart Swap eats this team. If you can manage to sleep it with your Smeargle, you might be safe.

And if you get the chance look at Jumpman's post about the threats in the game.http://www.smogon.com/forums/announcement.php?f=43&a=21

Absol isn't tough enough to taunt stuff. People are probably not going to be that worried about phazing it anyway since it's easier to just KO it.

Give swords dance to ninjask instead. You can often get one in and pass it without even bothering to sub.

Scizor > Mawile, mainly because of better stats.

Ninjask doesn't need Max Speed and it could use Protect and SD > both attacks, or then just SD > one attack. If AS Gengar seems to be a problem, then just go Protect > Sub.

Vaporeon passes better Wishes than Espeon.

Absol won't see much use because of its fragile defenses and average speed.

AS Gengar used TBolt. Ninjask said ouch.
AS Gengar used TBolt. Vaporeon said ouch.
AS Gengar used ASphere. Smeargle said ouch.
AS Gengar used Shadow Ball. Mr. Mime said ouch.
AS Gengar used Hypnosis. Gliscor said zz zz zz.
AS Gengar used Shadow Ball repeatedly. Gliscor died in his sleep.
AS Gengar used Shadow Ball. Medicham said ouch.

6-0 to AS Gengar! Master of fast sweepers!

Hmm... I'll call that Gengar set the ASsASSIN, standing for Adherence Scarf, <something>, Aura Sphere, SIN. Nice pun.

You realize that you dont use your brain when you make posts, don't you? :/ I protect, I'm at 688 Spd. ASGar cant do crap. Pass to Mime, Calm Mind until Gar gives up. -_-. :/

Gengar doesn't learn Aura Sphere. It learns Focus Blast.

Also, Choice Scarf Gengar is stuck with using that same attack after using one. So it can't Hypnosis and then use a different attack versus Gliscor, unless it switches out.

Didnt notice that. Well thats another thing wrong in his post....

I also didnt think of that. TBolt on my Jask, I give it to Gliscor and it has to switch. Works out well. :)

Every team is going to be weak to something, regardless.

Maybe I'm the only one who would ever do it, but Gengar could affect this team by using Perish Song on Ninjask and using Shadow Ball on Mr. Mime, however, I doubt it's that serious of a threat (most Gengars that use Perish Song are trappers that can't attack, most sweepers don't use Perish Song, probably just the odd Gengar a paranoid person like me would use). I'm also not sure how Gengar would do against Mr. Mime 1 on 1 with Shadow Ball vs. Psychic. Speaking of Gengar and Perish Song, enemy Absol will love this team, as your Mime can't attack it, and switching gives it a chance to use Perish Song. Don't forget about Mismagius (Perish Song and stab Shadow Ball again). Smeargle could take care of these problems at some point with Spore, but chances are if an opponent is paranoid enough to have a Perish Song user in the first place, they might have a lot of back up or a sleep talker.

Also, your team can't attack Shedinja.

I noticed you don't have Mean Look/Spider Web, which may make it easy for an opponent to set up against your team unexpectingly.

I was actually thinking of Mean Look on Smeargle. Give it +2 Speed atleast, trap a Physical Sweeper, give it to Scizor and go for +6 Def, then proceed to set up with Swords Dance, get some more speed from Jask, and win. Lol.

Smeargle is going to have a hard enough time Ingraining without dying.
Three people on your team don't have attacks. Tauntrados would bust a nut with happiness. Even the best baton pass teams have interstitial attacks to ward off Taunters.

Those things I noted were based on experience from Advance though.
Always use Spider Web over Mean Look because of PP issues (in D/P, I'm not sure how Beautiful Skin works, but Somersault will be a definite issue). Perhaps screw it all together, since you won't need it.

Another (very serious) threat to beware of is Sneak/Tricksters.
Also, beware of Taunt. It last 2 to 5 turns this generation. Easy counter to Taunt is, Taunt.

I'd say you have your team well covered for almost anything else I can think of though (only Whirl Wind first turn is guaranteed to ruin things, chances of which happening are almost non-existant). Get something to protect you from Trick/Sneak & Taunt (plus using your brain when it comes with Smeargle's ingrain and Mr. Mime's Soundproof, expecting the "unexpected"), and your team shouldn't have any problems at all. (Screw what I said about Shedinja, it'll probably die to struggle)
