Offensive Dragon Dance Dragonite is a phenomenal threat in OU. It can topple many threats such as Kingambit, Gholdengo, and Volcarona with a +1 Extreme Speed or Earthquake. Tera Normal allows Dragonite to receive STAB on Extreme Speed, allowing it to act as a potent revenge killer. Ice Spinner hits opposing can threaten opposing Dragon-types, as well as Great Tusk. Alternatively, Fire Punch is an option to check Corviknight, which otherwise walls Dragonite. Roost can be run for reliable recovery and also to restore Multiscale. Adamant boosts Dragonite's damage output further, as Extreme Speed is a priority move. Jolly can be run to speed tie with positive-natured base 100's.

Dragonite fits primarily on hyper-offense teams, so screens support from Grimmsnarl is appreciated. If not running Fire Punch, then teammates such as Cinderace and Iron Moth are recommended to defeat Corviknight and Air Ballon Gholdengo. Pokemon such as Great Tusk, Azumarill, and Rotom Wash, are appreciated as they can defeat Skeledirge. If not running Ice Spinner, then Chien Pao is a great answer to threats such as Rocky Helmet Garchomp, who check Dragonite. Hazzard setters such as Glimmora can help wear down the opposing team with entry hazards, which helps it sweep easier.

Offensive Dragon Dance Dragonite is a phenomenal threat in the OU metagame that needs to be accounted for when teambuilding Fluff. Maybe you can replace this with what makes this set a threat in the meta. It can topple many threats such as Kingambit, Gholdengo, and Volcarona with a +1 Extreme Speed or Earthquake. A Normal tera type Tera Normal is ran to give allows Dragonite to receive STAB on Extreme Speed, allowing it to also serve as a potent revenge killer. Ice Spinner hits opposing Dragonite, Garchomp, and Roaring Moon for Super Effective Damage can threaten opposing Dragon-types, as well as Great Tusk. Alternatively, Fire Punch is an option to damage check Corviknight, which otherwise walls Dragonite. Roost can be run for reliable recovery and also to restore Multiscale. I think you can also add a sentence or two on how each nature can benefit Dragonite.

Dragonite fits primarily on hyper offensive teams, so screens support from Teammates such as Grimmsnarl are is appreciated I'd say Grimmsnarl is the only screen setter worth running. If not running Fire Punch, then teammates such as Cinderace and Iron Moth are recommended to defeat Corviknight and Air Ballon Gholdengo. Ground, Water, and Rock-types such as Garganacl, Great Tusk, and Rotom Wash, are appreciated as they can defeat Skeledirge I would not be running Gargnacl on offensive teams. Rephrase this sentence to include Skeledirge checks that fit really well into Hyper Offense. If not running Ice Spinner, then Chien Pao is a great answer to threats such as Rocky Helmet Garchomp, who check Dragonite. Also add a sentence on hazard setters since they can help Dragonite sweep easier.

I suggest moving the 4 spare EVs to Def because Dragonite generally switches more often into physical mons and that extra point actually does impact damage rolls from Pyro Ball to Close Combat to Knock Off etc.

I also think that Jolly should be first ahead of Adamant because outspeeding neutral Gholdengo before DD and Dragapult at +1 are really important speed tiers.

Hurricane should be mentioned (or slashed in the 4th slot) with a Naive/Naughty nature and 4 SpAtt EVs because it OHKOs defensive 252/4 Tusk with 9/16 damage rolls. It is also a 99% 2HKO vs 248/0 Pelipper, which will switch in to reset rain/induce Tera Normal.
