The idea would be to hit Heatran with HP Ground on the switch. It's a reasonable option seeing how Heatran is one of the most common (if not the most common) switch-in against Weezing.
WoW does come in handy against CBTar, but Taunttar and Boah will stop WoW anyway, so generally it's best to switch to a counter IMO.
