- Ogerpon-C serves as an offensive threat with its strong STAB moves while providing redirection support paired with Sturdy, which guarantees Ogerpon-C can take a minimum of two hits, allowing for reliable redirection support in keeping its partners healthy. It also threatens Pokemon such as Chi-Yu, Tornadus, Kyogre, and Ho-Oh. Furthermore, Ogerpon-C mitigates Amoonguss and Brute Bonnet's effectiveness, as it is immune to Spore and can safely redirect Spore while ignoring Rage Powder, allowing it to maintain offensive pressure on their partners.
- Power Whip is used over Horn Leech, as it is able to achieve OHKOs where Horn Leech would not, with examples including Kyogre and Urshifu-R. Power Whip also deals no recoil damage unlike Wood Hammer, which would break Sturdy. However, Power Whip's main drawback is its lack of accuracy, making it a less consistent attacking option compared to its alternatives. Follow Me's great synergy with Sturdy allows for reliable redirection, which gives Ogerpon-C's partner a safer opportunity to switch in or set up.
- Terastallization can be a secondary supporting option if Ogerpon-C is not at full health, as removing its Grass Typing and gaining Embody Aspect would make Ogerpon-C able to wall specific foes like Ho-Oh, Tornadus, and Incineroar.

Teambuilding
=========
- Ogerpon-C struggles against opposing Steel-types such as Zamazenta-C and Zacian-C, which can easily threaten Ogerpon-C without taking any meaningful damage in return.
- Urshifu-R can act as a check to Ogerpon-C, as Choice Scarf variants can easily OHKO it with Tera Water Surging Strikes or break Sturdy with U-turn. Iron Hands counters Ogerpon-C, threatening to break Sturdy with Fake Out and threatening it with a KO afterward with Drain Punch.
- Ogerpon-C performs well on Calyrex-S and Terapagos teams; it can help Terapagos set up safely with Follow Me while also putting Koraidon in a difficult position, as Koraidon is KOed by Psychic from Calyrex-S if Koraidon doesn't Terastallize into a Fire-type, and it is KOed by Ivy Cudgel from Ogerpon-C if it does.
- Incineroar has good synergy with Ogerpon-C in supporting their partners, as its slow Parting Shot allows Ogerpon-C to switch in safely without breaking Sturdy, and it also threatens Zacian-C with Flare Biltz. Incineroar is also able to mitigate Iron Hands's effectiveness with Intimidate, Fake Out, and Parting Shot, reliably keeping it in check.
- Ogerpon-C is a good option on Lunala compositions, since it can provide Follow Me support to let Lunala set up Trick Room and allows for a fast mode without Trick Room on those teams. Miraidon also pairs well with Ogerpon-C, as Follow Me can redirect Ground-type attacks from Landorus and Ursaluna while also threatening them back with Grass-type attacks, allowing Miraidon to have more opportunities to use Electro Drift, which threatens Zamazenta-C and Urshifu-R.

I was going to do an AMQC, but first can you copy paste these changes. I went through for some standard analysis conventions and overall readability because the original had quite a few weird sounding spots

- Ogerpon-C serves as an offensive threat with its strong STABs while providing redirection support aided by Sturdy, allowing it to keep its partners healthy while threatening relevant metagame Pokemon such as Chi-Yu, Tornadus, Kyogre, and Ho-Oh. Ogerpon-C also has a good matchup into Amoonguss and Brute Bonnet, being able to safely redirect Spore from both and Sucker Punches from Brute Bonnet while ignoring Rage Powder, allowing it to maintain offensive pressure on their partners.
- Power Whip is its preferred Grass-type STAB move, as it can pick up certain knockouts that other Grass-type attacks such as Horn Leech would not have been able to achieve—examples including Kyogre and Urshifu-R. It also deals no recoil damage unlike Wood Hammer, which would break Sturdy.
- Although spread moves can render redirection ineffective, Follow Me is a great supporting move. It pairs well with Sturdy, allowing Ogerpon-C to take at least two hits, giving its partner a safer opportunity to switch in or set up.

- Ogerpon-C performs well on Calyrex-S and Terapagos teams that play a setup-oriented style, as it establishes itself as one of the most reliable redirectors thanks to Sturdy, which enables it to take at least two hits. This helps Calyrex-S or Terapagos set up safely. It also puts Koraidon in a difficult position, as it is KO’d by Psychic from Calyrex-S if it doesn’t Tera Fire, and it is KO'd by Ivy Cudgel from Ogerpon-C if it does.
- Incineroar has good synergy with Ogerpon-C in supporting their partners, as Parting Shot allows Ogerpon-C to switch in safely without breaking Sturdy. It also makes Follow Me more effective, forcing opponents to hit Ogerpon-C more to KO thanks to Intimidate and the stat drops from Parting Shot.

- Rillaboom and (Rillaboom doesn't counter it like Hands, but Grassy Glide breaking Sturdy can still be problematic) Iron Hands also counter Ogerpon-C, being able to break Sturdy with Fake Out (Not really, you can just click Spiky Shield) and threaten it with a KO afterward with Drain Punch.

(A lot of the time this doesn't hold true, but I would say in terms of Pokemon choice, there are probably more direct synergies to discuss with other Pokemon. A fair amount of Ogerpon-C's usage at Utrecht has been on Miraidon, Calyrex-I, and Lunala compositions, take a look at some of those team and discuss the synergies there)

Ogerpon-C also has a good matchup into Amoonguss and Brute Bonnet, being able to safely redirect Spore from both and Sucker Punches from Brute Bonnet while ignoring Rage Powder, allowing it to maintain offensive pressure on their partners (do you really beat these two? Amoonguss in particular but also Brute Bonnet carry Helmet, and you are forced to Cudgel them which breaks Sturdy. Spore immunity should be mentioned though, probably somewhere in the beginning).
- Power Whip is its preferred Grass-type STAB move, as it can pick up certain knockouts that other Grass-type attacks such as Horn Leech would not have been able to achieve—examples including Kyogre and Urshifu-R (can you shorten this? Stating that it is the preferred Grass-type STAB isn't too necessary, just say something like "Power Whip is used over other, more reliable options like Horn Leech to pick up OHKOs like Kyogre and Urshifu-R"). It also deals no recoil damage unlike Wood Hammer, which would break Sturdy. (Put a bit on Knock Off here, it doesn't need a separate bullet point)
- Knock Off is a move exclusively in Calyrex-S and Terapagos compositions, as it works nicely in the Lunala match-up as Ogerpon-C naturally outspeeds Lunala, threatening heavy damage immediately. As well as being able to Knock Off opposing Assault Vest users like Iron Hands and RIllaboom which allows Terapagos to deal a higher amount of damage afterwards since Ogerpon-C naturally outspeeds Terapagos. (majority was fluff/niche info, just move the fact that it threatens Lunala and Calyrex-S and removes particular items, no need to go too in depth)
- Although spread moves can render redirection ineffective, Follow Me is a great supporting move. It pairs well with Sturdy, allowing Ogerpon-C to take at least two hits, giving its partner a safer opportunity to switch in or set up. (You could probably condense this. Noting that it is ineffective against spread dmg is fluff. Just talk about how Ogerpon-C can use Follow Me in conjunction with Sturdy to provide reliable redirection)

Note: Knock Off and Power Whip should be in the same point since they are slashed; Follow Me can be on its own

Teambuilding

- Ogerpon-C struggles against opposing Steel-types such as Zamazenta-C and Zacian-C, who can easily activate Ogerpon’s Sturdy without taking any meaningful damage in return. (I would just say that they can threaten Ogerpon-C. Saying they break Sturdy makes it sound like that's all they can do)
- Urshifu-R can act as a check to Ogerpon-C, as Choice Scarf variants can easily OHKO it with Tera Water Surging Strikes or break Study with U-Turn
-
Rillaboom and (as noted by code_vg, rilla doesnt counter ogerpon-c) Iron Hands also counter Ogerpon-C, being able threatening to break Sturdy with Fake Out and threaten it with a KO afterward with Drain Punch. (condense into one point please)

- Ogerpon-C performs well on Calyrex-S and Terapagos teams that play a setup-oriented style, as it establishes itself as one of the most reliable redirectors thanks to Sturdy, which enables it to take at least two hits, helping Terapagos set up safely. (You mention no way to beat Zamazenta-C or Zacian-C, no way to beat Urshifu-R, and don't outline any way to beat Iron Hands. Make sure you have these mentions in here! Calling out Incineroar in particular should just be slow pivots with Incineroar as an example. The whole part on CSR and Terapagos is also very long, trim it down please.)

Ogerpon-C also pressures Amoonguss and Brute Bonnet, as it is immune to spore and can safely redirect Spore from both and Sucker Punches from Brute Bonnet while ignoring Rage Powder, allowing it to maintain offensive pressure on their partners. (being a bit nitpicky but I have a few suggestions here; "pressuring" isn't the best word choice because that's not really what you are doing, more so just circumventing Spore. You also don't need to mention redirecting Sucker Punch tbh, especially since the Spore shout is far more important)
- Power Whip is used over Horn Leech, being able to achieve OHKOs Horn Leech would not, examples including Kyogre and Urshifu-R. It Power Whip also deals no recoil damage unlike Wood Hammer, which would break Sturdy. Knock Off is a move exclusively in Calyrex-S and Terapagos compositions. (Kind of just fluff; you also already expand on this in the teambuilding section [its place on CSRTerap teams]) It Knock Off works as an alternative to Power Whip, threatens threatening Lunala and Calyrex-S, as well as being able to Knock Off remove Assault Vest users like Iron Hands and RIllaboom, allowing for allies like Terapagos to deal more damage afterwards.
- Follow Me is a great supporting move. (Is this really necessary? I would change this to something like "Follow Me is a great supporting option that pairs nicely with Sturdy, as Sturdy allows for...") It pairs well with Sturdy, allowing reliable redirection which gives its partner a safer opportunity to switch in or set up.

As well as Miraidon (this whole highlighted section is very confusing, can you try and clean this up?), as Follow Me is very valuable towards Ground Type attacks from Calyrex-I Landorus and the Ursaluna Forms (dont like CIR as a mention because it isnt pressing HHP into Miraidon anyways and Ursa-BM is pretty irrelevent rn) while also threatening them back with STAB attacks, allowing Miraidon to have more opportunities to use Electro Drift, which also threatens Zamazenta-C and Urshifu-R.

1/2, nice job!
(next qcer please weigh in on knock's inclusion)
pengu_qc.gif

Not doing a full AMQC, but i don't really think knock off is worth mentioning - it won't be great on most teams IMO and while there is a case to be made for an exception, we don't really do it for many other mons (and i also just don't see the general value of mentioning it here.)

Looks solid, you may mark this as 2/2 after implementing!

Miraidon also pairs well with Ogerpon-C, as Follow Me can redirect Ground-type attacks from Landorus-I Landorus and Ursaluna while also threatening them back with Grass-type attacks, allowing Miraidon to have more opportunities to use Electro Drift, which threatens Zamazenta-C and Urshifu-R.
