HP is to survive a Darmanitan-G Superpower or a Choice Band Haxorus Close Combat. Speed EVs helps outspeed bulky Goodra and non-EV invested Rillaboom and Speed tie bulky Corviknight. The rest of EVs go into Attack to make Cloyster hit as hard as possible. Naughty nature because Cloyster pretty much dies to any special attacker anyways so SpD doesn't matter that much anymore.
