While discussing certain weaker ubers and whether or not they would ruin OU if they were allowed, I came up with a joke that actually sounded kind of fun. Essentially, an OM where every couple days or week or whatever, a different "weak" uber would be rotated in as the spotlight mon, in a tier otherwise identical to OU. This would let people play certain mons that they can't really justify in their natural habitat while also proving why those mons are still in ubers, rather than arguing if something like Darkrai or Lugia would be fine now. It would definitely be fairly imbalanced in favor of teams that fit the spotlight uber, but that would kind of be the point.
