Alphabet Soup Update 
- Neutralizing Gas is just a better Mold Breaker in Soup, at the cost of only being able to inherit from Weezing or Koffing. Mold Breaker by itself is already incredibly strong in Soup, with many Pokemon running Ability Shield. However, Ability Shields do not prevent Mold Breaker. Mold Breaker is mainly used on offensive mon to prevent defensive abilities from halting a sweep.

This is the main set for Neutralizing Gas. Being able to bypass Ice Scales and Well Baked Body are very useful tools.
- Alolan Ninetales is very good at everything it commonly does. Speedy utility. Aurora Veil and Nuzzle are able to greatly improve the ability to set up for the rest of Tales's team. Regen pivot. With snow now boosting defense, Tales is suprisingly resilient against physical and special attacks. Being able to immediately set up Veil also makes it last longer. While not consistent, Snow Cloak has made Alola Tales a more annoying with dodging moves that would take it out of the game every time, like Trick. Freeze Dry is also good because it can 2hko a lot of mons. Ninetales also enables snow sweepers, like Sandshrew or anything that wants Slush Rush.

- As I've said in previous posts, the Raichu bros are the same mon more or less. Kanto is more of utility by being able to set up Electric Terrain. Alola has Speed and the ability to hit on the physical side with STAB Psystrike (although Ice Scales still makes Psystrike weaker) and can outspeed pretty much anything in Electric Terrain.

- Timburr is maybe the strongest physical threat in Soup. Just like Conk in Pokebilities, it has Iron Fist, Guts, and Sheer Force. This means it has a 1.5x boost to its physical attack (when Neutralizing Gas isn't present), a 1.2x boost to punching moves like Mach Punch and Drain Punch, and a 1.3x due to Sheer Force (Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Thunderous Kick). Timburr getting access to T moves as well is very helpful. Tidy Up allows Timburr!Ursaring to outspeed most things after just one boost, even with a measly 92 speed. It's other usual moves are Drain Punch, Thunder Punch, and Knock Off/Mach Punch. Mach Punch is usually for Timburr!Haxorus, for hitting through defensive abilities like Fur Coat and Fluffy. Timburr on a team automatically requires offensive play to overcome.

Slaking - Whenever Slaking is freed from the shackles of Truant, it's a major threat. As mentioned above, the nearly peerless durability and power of Slaking (most commonly fused with Breloom or Gliscor) make it a meta-defining threat. As the tier develops, council will be watching Slaking closely to see if its influence is healthy.
Poison Heal - With two viable fuses donating the ability and a host of viable bases to take advantage (along with the recent ban Neutralizing Gas), the meta is prime real estate for Poison Heal. Perhaps the status immunity and passive healing is a little too free...
instead of their respective preferred items, drastically reducing their effectiveness. This would also have an unhealthy domino effect on gameplay involving some of the top offensive threats, such as Slaking[Breloom/Gliscor] and Miraidon[Mewtwo].

Boomburst: Haha, Adaptabilty Boomburst goes brr. The damage is just insane.
Quiver Dance: Because is not so widely spread, we're gonna give it a try
Tail Glow: +3 in Sp. Attack in one turn can be extremely threatening
Avalugg: This thing with his Titanic Defense and a good typing sometimes is completely unbreakable, specially if there's another Mon that can tank the special side to support It, like Chansey, Blissey or Goodra.
Skeledirge: Unaware + Cosmic Power + Torch Song + Stored Power is a overpowered combo in almost any mon, so it's banned
Espathra and Flitle: because they are the causes of Speed Boost being overpowered, is better to ban It again and for that.
Pelipper: with the combination of Water Spout + Drizzle, this is nearly unwalleable, while also having good coverage and priority to back it
Contrary: everything getting STAB High Base Power Attacks that boost Stats in Superpower, Leaf Storm and Fleur Cannon just make snowballing extremely easy
Eruption: Because Eevee gets Eruption with Adaptabilty, is nearly unwallable from him, more when you think of It getting Electro Drift too, but with this out, is still a good donor, but not an OP one
Ursaluna: because Heracross gives the exact same traits, Ursaluna not has something special to offer, so it gets unbanned
Iron Valiant: just banned from Base Inheritance, with Pult being free, Valiant is not really a Top Mon, so it gets unbanned
Dragon Dance and Tidy Up: just for testing purposes, these moves are gonna be allowed and see if they are the OP thing
