a 50/50 here for both. Snorlax using Encore into Swords Dance (or any non-physical move) wins, while it loses to any strong physical move. Counter into any strong physical move (with Chople of course) also wins, while it loses to a Swords Dance. HOWEVER:
+3 252+ Atk Zacian-Crowned Behemoth Blade vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Snorlax: 468-552 (89.3 - 105.3%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO
+3 252+ Atk Zacian-Crowned Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Chople Berry Snorlax: 374-441 (71.3 - 84.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Because Snorlax has two turns to get it right, with Counter being a safe play turn 1, and Zacian needs to play exactly right every turn, I'm giving this to Snorlax as it has a slight edge.

In essence Shaymin wins because it can afford to go Timid or Jolly and go twice first for the 2HKO. Running out of time unfortunately, but the flexibility it has lets it win.

They both have Counter and Encore and can't OHKO each other. There is no way this doesn't come down to plays and EVs.
:kartana:Kartana vs Glimmora:glimmora:
Kartana can win reliably by running Air Balloon of all things, and investing enough in bulk, Attack, and Speed to outpace Timid Glimmora, 2hko back, and avoid the OHKO from Power Herb Meteor Beam.
