What is generally the way that people get on to an OMPL team? There was nothing in the OP about it. I saw a few team leadrs link to their discord servers, but that's it.
Trying out, whether that be playing against the managers or sending in replays of you vs top players
Are the teams already set up? If so who are their leaders?

[Gen 7] Anything Goes Drafting Guide for OMPL V written by Chloe. and Thimo
This is a drafting guide for OMPL V. Here you will see what the top buys are.
1) Thimo
- One of the most consistent players in the metagame
- Anything Goes Open Finalist
- Plays every playstyle imaginable.
- Most innovative person this very other metagame has to offer
- Only negative things about him are his pricetag and being too innovative on occasion.
2) HunterStorm
- Winner of Anything Goes Open
- Undisputedly an amazing player
- Very versatile with playstyles; however, prefers hyper offense
- Hunter along with Thimo reach far above everyone else on this list
- Past performance may plague pricetag, and make him much cheaper than his actual worth
3) PurpleGatorade
- Great player but nothing really to back it up
- Switches between offense and balance
- No solid tour performances, only because he hasn't joined any before now
4) Chloe.
- Great at balance / semi-stall
- Can play other playstyles well but balance is definitely strong point
- Can also play Mix and Mega very well
5) DonnotheFirst
- PS Account: Donno
- Semi-Finalist Anything Goes Open
- Relies on Thimo for teams often though
- Can also play Balanced Hackmons
- Thimo and HunterStorm taught him the meta
6) Fardin
- PS Account: FardinAG
- Known for his stall, can play other playstyles but not as well
- Might get drafted for Sketchmons instead (as he is Sketchmons council)
7) DontStealMyPenguin
- Banned from making polls in the Anything Goes room
- Has a tendency to not change up his playstyle much.
- Has issues with scheduling
- Major contributor towards Bidoofs win last OMPL.
- Is considering not signing up.
8) Yuga42
- PS Account: Erotic Pigeons
- Very good balance player
- Luckiest player on this list
Other Notable Mentions:
Megazard - obviously great om player, probably better suited for sketchmons tho
Quantum Tesseract - good om player, probably better suited for mix and mega tho
Synoptic - decent buy, a bit rusty though, will probably lose to everyone on the list. No hard feelings, we luv u syno
