Hey guys, I really like this team I have made, it was one of the first couple teams I've had and I really like what I got out of it to start off, unfortuantely it does have some weaknesses that I do need to take care of, because of the damn weather thats going around right now, the speed is massive and I definitely need to fix that. So I hope you guys can give me some suggestions as to what I need to change, because Im not really sure what I should replace as my team lacks synergy without one of its members. So without any further explanations, here it is.
Deoxys-S @ Focus Sash
Nature- Timid
Ability- Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/ 4 Def/ 252 Speed
Move1: Stealth Rock
Move2: Spikes
Move3: Taunt
Move4: Magic Coat
Standard Deoxys lead, I really like the ability to get a guarnteed 2 hazards up as the sash pretty much always ends up activating. Ive been thinking about running an attacking move as taunt kinda wrecks this guy if I choose not to use Magic Coat on a turn. But overall having the fastest lead in the game barring scarf is usually really beneficial for me, allowing residual damage to add up to take out sashes and what not.

Ability-Natural cure
EVs-252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 Sp. Def
Move1: Aromatherapy
Move2: Softboiled
Move3: T-Wave
Move4: Seismic Toss
My special defensive wall, along with the ability to take some hits on the Physical side, I dont need to tell you how awesome blissey is, my usual strat is to stall by taking a move that does about half and T-wave, then I Softboil up until parahax kicks in and S-Toss FTW. Rinse and repeat for multiple turns of stall.

Nature-Impish
Ability-Poison Heal
EVs-252 HP/ 184 Def/ 72 Speed
Move1: Earthquake
Move2: Fling
Move3: Toxic
Move4: Acrobatics
My Main Defensive wall, takes almost all things Blissey can't. Fling for a guarnteed Toxic on one poke, as well as protect for scouting and stalling when I need it. Acrobatics for the Boosted move after Fling, and EQ for main STAB. Gliscor is my main counter to that B**ch Excadrill and really saves me sometimes, still, I do have a lot of trouble with physical Pokes that carry a 4x weak ice move that Gliscor hates. So both Cloyster and Mamoswine do create some problems for my defensive core.

Nature- Adamant
Ability- Mold Breaker
EVs- 4 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Speed
Move1- Outrage
Move2- Earthquake
Move3- Dual Chop
Move4- X-Scissor
This is by far the MVP of my team, CB Haxorus with Mold Breaker absolutlely wrecks teams that don't have a proper counter, and can pretty much 2HKO anything in the metagame barring skarmony. EQ is for bronzong, Outrage is my stab of choice, Dual Chop is for those B**ches who think they can hide behind a substitute, and X-Scissor, well, I don't really use it, as Outrage with STAB is kind of soooo much better, but I guess it there for the ability to not get locked into a move, but hey, what a move. The only thing this guy has problems with is faster Pokes with an Ice move (Starmie, Etc.) as well as the obvious annoying Skarmony.

Ability- Pressure
EVs- 4HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Speed
Move1: Ice Punch
Move2: Ice Shard
Move3: Pursuit
Move4: Brick Break
CB weavile has lead to sooo many KO's its rediculous, the combination of 125 Speed and 120 Atk is so amazing its hard to express into words, Ice punch is the obvious choice of STAB against all those slower and weak to ice. Ice shard is for dragons who have set up and are faster, as well as Breloom, and pursuit helps kill espeon, who usually decides to calm mind or shadow ball deoxys after it reflects my rocks onto me, but no matter a switch or not, Pursuit still OHKOs it almost everytime. annnd brick break finally for T-Tar as well as the stopping of the occasional screener.

Move2: Focus Blast
Move3: Hidden Power [Fire]
Move4: Shadow Ball
Magic Guard is one hell of an ability, and I was so glad to figure out that Zam got it, because it makes him an ideal candidate for a Focus sash set. With his great special attack and speed, he is sure to get at least one or two hits off on their guys, and isn't hurt by burt or poison either, he's my #1 Ferrothorn killer too, because he can't even be phazed by Leech seed, so overall, he's just a monster and provides me for a great help when i'm in trouble. Also, Ttar is a common switch in to him, and he laughs then OHKOes with Focus blast. I love this guy.
Well thanks for the read guys, I hope you can help me with some replacements to help me complement my team, as I always get a really high rank and someone like cloyster or kingdra will come along and wreck me. So im tired of being swept by those guys, as I have an answer to most common threats but them. And was wondering who or what to replace, thanks.
